Hi, I am Tarinah. I am a mom to 1 earth-side baby and 2 angel babies. I am also a wife, high-achieving professional woman, and I love God with all my heart. I had two miscarriages and now have a babygirl from natural conception. After those losses, I felt completely broken. I was completely broken. I felt angry with God and overwhelmed by grief. I questioned everything, cried often, and slipped into a deep, raw depression. BUT God began to gently restore my heart. As I learned to trust His plan, I started finding clarity and answers where there had only been pain. I realized that if I was going to get out of bed and move forward, I had to fully surrender and lean into His wisdom. That’s when I created a plan to heal my mind, body, and soul. I believe that my unique, one-of-a-kind God-led approach helped me get pregnant and stay pregnant with my beautiful rainbow baby.

What happens when you still love God… but you start to doubt?
After miscarriage, doubt can creep into places you never expected. You may begin questioning whether God really wants you to become a mother, whether He sees you as worthy of motherhood, whether you did something wrong, or whether He is actually listening to your prayers.
In this episode of Healing After Miscarriage, I’m sharing honestly about the doubts I wrestled with after loss—including wondering if God had a plan for me to become a mother and questioning why He would allow something so painful to happen.
And even after having my rainbow baby, I’ve learned that doubt doesn’t always disappear. Sometimes new fears emerge: “What if it happens again?” “Can I trust God with this pregnancy?” “Why did God allow it before?”
If you’ve experienced miscarriage and are struggling to trust God again, I want you to know that your questions don’t make you a bad Christian. Your grief doesn’t mean you’ve lost your faith. And having moments of doubt doesn’t mean God has abandoned you.
In this episode, we’ll talk about what it looks like to bring your doubts to God, process the fear and grief underneath them, and begin rebuilding your trust—even when you don’t have all the answers.
