The end of 2024 hit me hard, leaving me in a dark mental space with a storm of emotions —many of which contradicted each other. Stuck, confused, and searching for clarity, I turned to Freud’s Iceberg Model—exploring the Superego, Ego, and Id—to make sense of it all. In this episode, I share the perspectives that helped me unpack my conflicting feelings and begin the journey back to myself.
