THE BIRTH STORY BEHIND THIS DREAM PODCAST:
The pieces of this dream "Podcast" was born in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, when the world came to a screeching halt. I found myself hustling to find a way to stay connected to my congregation, ensuring they received an Uplifting Word of hope in that crises time. Sunday after Sunday, while the church doors were locked and closed, I was challenged to find ways to keep the congregation inspired and uplifted. That very first Sunday, I used my cell phone to share a video message with them. The following Sunday it was Facebook Live and from there many other creative ways were embraced to Speak Inspiration and keep them Encouraged. It was during this time the idea of developing a Podcast became fully embedded in my heart, not just to inspire and uplift my congregation, but the entire world. So here it is, some four years later. Indeed I am thrilled to share with you "Words For The Soul Food For The Heart" Podcast. May it be instrumental in blessing your life and living everyday.
With Love

Day 239 Daily Morning Prayer “ONE THING AT A TIME”
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this prayer, we pause to confront a quiet truth: many of us are not stuck, because we lack vision or ability — we are overwhelmed simply because we are somewhat scattered. Surrounded by endless options, responsibilities, and expectations, it becomes easy to divide our attention and lose focus on the work, that truly moves our lives forward. This prayer asks God to help us narrow, the lane, calm the noise, and give us the discipline to focus on the “one thing” that matters, most right now. Rather than chasing everything at once, we learn to build patiently, step by step, trusting that steady attention to the right work, will lead us toward the life we desire.
