She shares all the exciting details of her spontaneous time there, and talks about expat parenting and the importance of cultivating your own village if you don't live near family. Filling up our own cups as busy people is such an important to-do that many of us toss aside because we don't feel it's important enough. Laura reminds us how much taking some time for yourself can really build you up and make you even better at conquering your day to day. Whether you're a parent or not, prioritizing what brings us some joy is so important.
