For a number of months, I've been talked with my friend Rick Gonzalez (eXp Realty) down in Florida about doing a podcast of sorts where there is no format, no notes, no nothing.
Just two real estate agents sitting down and 'shooting the 'shit'', so to speak.
And just like that.....the 'Shitshow' was born.
We had soooo much info as part of the initial conversation, I had to break it up, so here is Part 1 of the Inaugural 'ShitShow'...we hope you enjoy it.
