Season 2: Episode 3 -#NewYearNewEpisodes. Welcome back to more new episodes, rewinds of past ones, and so much more! Kicking off this episode with my chat with JAMIE FORSHAW, the current Executive Producer- Madison Wells Live. Jamie is a producer with years of experience working alongside some of the best in the business!
Growing up in the UK, Jamie wanted to perform and be an actor and was studying to do so. After taking an internship with Cameron Mackintosh his career shot off and he grew to became close with Cameron Mackintosh and eventually Disney Theatrical Group when MARY POPPINS opened in the West End in the early 2000's. He then became the right hand man to Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber for many years, and now he works for the live division of Madison Wells Live.
Jamie chats with me about his advice for fellow producers, what he learned working alongside some of these legends, why you should always stay humble and grateful, and what his new venture with Madison Wells Live--who is represented on Broadway right now with HADESTOWN and SHUCKED-- brings to this exciting company!
