We are so happy to participate deeply in life wherever we are. We collect community regardless of location and it enhances our life and experience. We share about our experience teaching a warmup for a class @theweckmethod in San Diego. We were invited by Andrew Martinez and got to share about fascial work and movement with his students. We share about range of movement and breath and lots of other goodies.
