Hello love, this is Mama Lark, welcome to Good Mama Meditations. If you've ever yearned for a loving mother to lay you gently to sleep, this meditation is for you. And now, it's been a long day, but you made it here. Rest well, dear one, with Good Mama Mariah. Hey you, I'm so glad you're here. Thank you for taking this moment to take care of yourself and to spend a little bit of time with me so I can show you my gratitude. The weight on your shoulders, the weight on your shoulders, the weight on your shoulders, and everything that you carry does not go unnoticed. You are a warrior, and I am so proud of you. Your ability to take whatever life throws at you and continue to push forward while remaining kind and compassionate exemplifies your fierceness. You are a warrior. You are like the lioness, brave and bold enough to protect what you love, but gentle enough to also nurture what you love until it exhibits the same level of strength and marvelousness. But I'm here to tell you that even the lioness must rest. This is the moment you get to neglect the rest of the world and focus solely on yourself. There is no one who deserves this more than you. Now close your eyes. Focus on my voice. Breathe in the gratitude that you have in this moment. I'm here to take care of you. And breathe out everything that made your day feel heavy. No worry, no stress, no pain, only love for yourself, complete, complete love. I want you to embrace your dreams. Visualize. Where you would like your life to go. Who is it that you would like to be? Where do you want to be? There are no limits. Now let yourself sit with your thoughts and breathe it in unapologetically. I'm here to take care of you. In and out. Now, choose calm. Think about how much resting is going to benefit and heal you. Give yourself permission to drift off as your imagination takes you to all the magical places that your heart desires. You are going after your goals by just thinking of them. You are making them a reality. You are in control. Your body is relaxed. Sleep is relaxed. Your mind is peaceful. You are worthy of this self-love. You are enough. Tomorrow is a brand new day, a fresh start. Allow yourself to manifest those goals while you sleep tonight. You are in control. Speak to your inner lioness and be loving to her. Release today and allow her to rest. Everything is perfect in this very moment. You are safe. You are surrounded by love. Allow your body to relax. Your body will powerful energy wont and our mind. You are very well. Your body will try to guard and empathize primarily on yourself. This almost surely will help you try to stay productive and relieve your mind, become confident, and finally strong enough to ease your pre-emspiriting stress. Do it to confidence, toajrawduhi.com! Strength, to portions of you. Darkness, to calm, to repression! Feel pressed up against your sheets? Is your blanket heavy or is it light? Can you still feel the coolness or is it now warm? Think about where your arms and legs are placed. Let yourself sink. Let yourself feel heavy while your bed carries all of the burden. You will soon drift off into a deep sleep and you will sleep all night long. Tomorrow is the last day of your life. It's full of hope and new opportunities, and now it's time to further surrender yourself by taking more of those deep breaths. Breathe in and breathe out. Breathe in and breathe out. You are loved. You are safe. You are loved. You are not alone. Everything is going to be okay. Just focus on those breaths. Just on those breaths. And with each breath, sink further into your bed. Surrender yourself to sleep. Surrender yourself now. Grant yourself that permission. Manifest the good and don't allow the bad. Keep.
