In this episode of PVD POV, we sit down with Kat Craddock, editor-in-chief and CEO of Saveur magazine, to talk about her deep ties to Rhode Island’s food scene. From her journey in restaurants and food media to bringing Saveur back to print with a Rhode Island-based printer, Kat shares her passion for storytelling, quality publishing, and, of course, great food. We also dive into her role in the Providence Culinary Collective, the exciting new food festival celebrating the city’s vibrant dining scene. Plus, we discuss her latest cookbook on how food impacts sleep and, naturally, debate the best Rhode Island clam cakes and bakery pizza.
