The boundaries that were non-existent were replaced with anger, fear and cortisol.”
So, what happened, well the first thing I did was understand the reason why I wasn’t setting
boundaries.
Why? Because I wasn’t taught how to stand up for myself and of course I will use the “catch
word.” Looked at my inner child and my shadow, those things that me and many other people
used as an excuse for their behaviour, not doing a f***ing thing about facing the demon and
CHANGING THE MIND SET. I would say with setting a boundary is the realisation of what is
happening in your life that you must say no too.
