Today we talk to Alyssa White, and she speaks “After surviving and escaping domestic abuse, I have spent the last 15 years not only fighting for my own survival and recovery, but working toward a place of stability and strength where I can now support others. Many years after leaving, I was left with complex PTSD from prolonged trauma as well as PTSD from the events of the day I escaped. For a long time, I withdrew from the world, struggling to function day to day, living in fear that it would all happen again, and carrying deep shame about what I had endured. Through deep self-work, resilience, and a commitment to healing, I began rebuilding my life from the ground up. Starting my YouTube journey was a deliberate step outside my comfort zone and a way to reclaim my voice, freedom, and strength. I’m passionate about using my lived experience to speak openly about trauma, fear, shame, rebuilding self-worth, and reclaiming personal power, leading by example to show others that healing is possible and that there truly is light at the end of the tunnel. I’m open to discussing most topics, bringing strong but open-minded perspectives shaped by my journey, and my goal is to create the kind of supportive, honest community I wish I had when I needed it most”
