Geoff, Mike, and Derrick discuss the ninth and tenth episodes of the fourth season of Scrubs (2004).  We discuss misconceptions around HIPAA, "ambulance chasing", medical malpractice lawsuits, depositions, and Doug, the (new) pathologist.

Just like the Ludacris arc on Law & Order: SVU, it was long overdue for Scrubs to do an arc on the Not So Grand Jury.  Expect a few more Scrubs episodes to come out shortly as we get ready for the Scrubs revival premiering on ABC on February 25, 2026.
