We are kicking January 2025 off with the 'I AM Becoming HER - 2025 Reset'
Your 4 day reset guiding you through the three crucial steps to create a life aligned to your true desires and gifting you all you need to know to begin your FINAL reset... because once you nail the simplicity of creating a reality you love, you'll never have to restart again!
Day Three we continue with the three step process, the I AM method, I use to bring my goals from being just a desire to a creation into my daily aligned reality. The I AM method encompasses three elements, your Intention, Action and Mindset, and today's episode we dive into our Actions..
Your takeaway exercise from today's episode...
1) Pick you main goal you wish to start 2025 focusing on.. and decide the next three steps you can take towards that goal and the three actions you are going to commit to over the rest of January.
2) Thinking about the version of you who has your desires, write down what her daily/weekly habits and routines are; you can do this in a list format, by journaling or if you enjoy visuals, why not create a day planner for yourself where you block out and structure the daily habits and actions of your future you.
