We are kicking January 2025 off with the 'I AM Becoming HER - 2025 Reset'
Your 4 day reset guiding you through the three crucial steps to create a life aligned to your true desires and gifting you all you need to know to begin your FINAL reset... because once you nail the simplicity of creating a reality you love, you'll never have to restart again!
Day Four we end our three step process, the I AM method, focusing on our Mindset. The I AM method encompasses three elements, your Intention, Action and Mindset, and today's episode we dive explore the crucial role of our mind, subconscious and beliefs when we are achieving our goals..
Episode notes... following on from today's episode, write down your goal, and underneath it write down what you believe about this goal, keep following this thought down, asking yourself why.. eventually you will get to the belief you're holding about this goal.
Next reframe that goal, and write at least 5 pieces of evidence as to why your belief is not true from true life examples you have.
Now repeat this reframe, and repeat it, and remind yourself of it every time your subconscious tries to sneak in those old unhelpful beliefs.
