Andrea Comastri, CEO and co-founder of Hotel Etico, Australia’s first not for profit social enterprise hotel and Saraya O’Connell, General Manager of Hotel Etico. will be your hosts as they talk about the importance of breaking down barriers in the workplace with a particular focus on hospitality and other customer facing roles, and how businesses can lead the charge toward inclusion.

Jane is the Founder and CEO of Melbourne social enterprise florist, The Beautiful Bunch, and is an advocate for using the power of business to create a more inclusive and sustainable economy. Most recently, Jane has been working on a first-of-its-kind rose growing operation, Rooftop Roses, and is on a mission to disrupt the floriculture industry, growing local roses that are good for people and the planet.
