Ladies, if you’ve ever wondered why a man pulls away, shuts down, or doesn’t fully open up to you, I need you to hear this: A man will only be vulnerable in a space where he feels safe. And if you can master making him feel safe, you will unlock a level of connection, trust, and love that most women never experience. Today, I’m going to break down five ways to create that space—five things that make a man feel seen, heard, and valued in a way that makes him WANT to be closer to you.

We are often our OWN biggest obstacle to success—whether it’s struggling with clarity, refining our habits, or even allowing ourselves to receive the blessings meant for us. More often than not, we get in our own way.
The Western mindset around success is distorted. We’ve been conditioned to believe that if someone else has something, we must be missing out. This scarcity mindset fuels resistance to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Those who oppose these values often fear that someone else's gain means their loss.
But here’s the truth: when you get out of your own way, you also remove the blocks to your growth, your business, your finances, and your opportunities. The only real competition is you vs. you. When you make others your competition, negativity, unnecessary struggles, and self-imposed barriers arise.
Let’s talk about it in this next podcast episode—The Art of Getting Out of Your Own Way. Tune in!

Let's talk about life as we look at the player modes or phases of living - consumption, contemplation, and creation mode. In this podcast, we delve deep into these modes of existence, emphasizing the importance of transitioning between them seamlessly.
Discover how failing to make these transitions effectively can lead to emotional struggles and even depression. Depression often manifests when we become stuck in one phase without progressing to the next, unable to heed the call to change from within.
We’ll also discuss the pivotal role of intuition and inner guidance – the “Spirit” if you will – in recognizing when it’s time to shift gears. Join me as I examine which game mode we are in.
We’ve waged war on doubt, wrangled our time-wasting habits, and set crystal-clear intentions. Now, it’s time to do what all that soul-searching has prepared us for: step onto the stage—literally. In this episode, we’re taking the leap from comfortably chatting with our houseplants to speaking in front of real, live humans. We’ll cover how to build a standout speaker toolkit (spoiler alert: yes, you do need headshots that don’t involve your phone’s selfie cam), create a compelling speaker one-sheet, and even map out your fees. Because guess what? Your brilliance is actually worth something.
And there is an audience out there for you.
And that’s not all. We’ll talk about how to line up the perfect PR opportunities so folks know your name before you ever hit the stage. From developing a polished PR deck (that doesn’t read like a message in your spam folder) to keeping your digital presence in tip-top shape, we’re loading you up with the tips you need to make your big debut. Think of this as the pep talk your middle school self always wanted—except now you’ve got a fancy reel, a contract template in your back pocket, and a new BFF in the PR department. Grab your notes, ditch the final bit of doubt clinging to your pant leg, and let’s do this!

In this first vlog, I discuss the steps I took to simply pay attention to what I am feeling, what's bothering me, and what my needs were as I took the transition out of full time entrepreneurship. I have made many leaps in my life, some astronomical (divorce), moving across states, to smaller ones like choosing to eat certain types of food each week. Fear doesn't discriminate - but what I do know for sure is that we can either move with fear, or not move with fear. We will always have the choice.

As we kick off 2025, intention is everything. Only 9% of people actually stick to their New Year’s resolutions. It’s hard to map out where you want to go if you don’t take a moment to reflect on where you’ve been—and why you want to move forward.
Here’s a quick exercise: Take a moment to sit down and think about what you truly want this year to look like. Do you want more fun, engagement, communication, or content creation? Or maybe you’re craving more quiet, balance, and personal time? If you’re a business owner, ask yourself: How do you want to connect with your audience this year? What do they need to hear from you? If expanding your speaking opportunities or building your brand is on your list, now’s the time to get clear about it. Write it all down. There’s no right or wrong answer, and this isn’t meant to add stress—it’s about gaining clarity. When we take the time to map out our thoughts, magic happens.
