Mop Duty And Factory Reality
SPEAKER_00You man, you got it. As I say, if I had your hand, bro, I saw my land.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, just man, just uh not even that's a that's an uneventful week, so cool, and I appreciate it. Uh, with the exception um I had to clean man. I I actually swung a mop for eight hours Friday. Oh man. Oh wow. I mean, swung a mop. Dude, they had me cleaning, uh, they had me cleaning barriers, barricades that's like keeping from uh keeping the high lows from the workstation. So they all yellow, so he got all these fingerprints on it. I had to go around there and clean those boys, sweeping them up. I'm not at home when I tell you, oh man, it felt like I was swinging them up for eight hours. That can be brutal, bro. I was in the bed by 6 30.
SPEAKER_00Man, dude, I tell you. So, okay, so sweet, so doing that up against what you do on a regular basis, man. Was that like other than the manual labor part? Was that was that like a cool, you know, little day off of doing that? Would you have rather been doing your normal stuff?

SPEAKER_00Because so big ups to the people that be putting the janitorial work in.

Because they usually hire that out, like you know, because it's all because of uh, you know, uh some type of uh it's not an audit, but we having some type of tour coming in Monday, and so and they even uh offered overtime for Saturday. So people, I mean I'm telling you, I'm watching floor scrubbers and mobs, people just clean it up.
SPEAKER_00They must got the big wigs coming in.

SPEAKER_01I'm gonna tell you what this is what's going on. They had they had us going over the same spots. Wow, wow the spot that I cleaned Friday. The guy said, Man, I cleaned that yesterday. Wow, and then they had then they had people coming in Saturday to do the same thing.
SPEAKER_00Wow, wow. It's and like they're gonna keep it tight, man.
SPEAKER_01I just want to get one of my co-workers, he looked at me with his side eyes like bro, it's a factory.
SPEAKER_00What are we doing here? They expect industrial debris, bruh.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, no, it's oil, transmission fluid, right?
SPEAKER_00Right. I just kind of go with it, you know.
SPEAKER_01I'll tell you how bad it is, and this is this is on a serious note. Uh one of my co-workers went to the doctor and um got checked out, you know, his and um come to find out all the stuff that we use, products, air we breathe, is of course it's fact and I already know that. I already know that because when I worked in my previous department and I will have five days off, my body would just feel different. And then as soon as I get back into plant, I could just uh I would get congested. Yeah, so yeah, and this stuff is long term, and and so that's why uh uh that really gave me the notion of the the to uh retire early because I don't want to deal with that crap, man. I'm you know yeah, bruh.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, man. I saw that uh that took a toll on my dad, man. You know, he had dealt with carpo tunnel, you know, and for years, man. And uh yeah, man, that that that factory life, bro, it takes a toll on you, uh, obviously, as other other, you know, careers do too, depending on what you're doing. But yeah, that physical and manual labor, bro, that's that's that's not that's not meant to be consistent and constant every day for 30 plus years, bro.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, just the repetition in it. Because right now, uh my elbow, I'm I'm I'm having issues with my elbow, and I've never had issues with my elbow before. But now like I pick something up, it just like many hurts.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's yeah. That's that, that's that uh, you know, that sowing and reaping deal, bro. It's yeah, when it says God ain't mocked, it means it, man. Like you keep on doing this, you know, over long periods of time, they're gonna it's gonna have its consequences, man. But yeah, this is this, but this is why we we turn to the kingdom, we get redemption, you re redeem the time, we go, Lord, this is what I was doing. You know the toll it takes, and you know, and you know, I I've come to claim, you know, regeneration in these areas, man. And he's about that life, man. He he know what we're doing, bro. You know, and he ain't he ain't pissed about it. It's like, man, you was putting the work in. I feel that, bro. You know, but don't re don't don't just succumb to the consequences of it, like you don't have any, you know, any any benefit, you know, that come in for. So, and that's what we gotta get more into, man. It's like get out of this, and not by any means that you were by any means, because you're saying, look, I need to retire from this because I I don't plan on having to deal with all these physical ailments in my, you know, in my latter, you know, years after retiring from work. You know, I did I put all this work in in these years, and I got to deal with the consequences of it for the rest of these years, you know. And I don't mean rest as coming to an end and dying today, but you know what I mean. So, yeah, that's there.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's funny because I was having this conversation because like these people don't know who they're talking to when they're talking to me, man. My coworkers, like, why you allow her? You're talking about a team leader. Why you allow her to just to dictate everything? I like because these aren't my machines, I care less. These aren't my machines, it's not my building now. If it's something I'm trying to learn and she intervened, then yeah, I have an issue. It's not, and I told her it's not like I've never I've never spoken to her before about being overbearing. I've I've said it to her not a couple of times, and I was sarcastic and I was humorous in it. So right, right. Uh, but that's just who she is. Well, I don't take that. Well, you don't have to. I to me, just don't I don't care. It's not my building, it's not my yeah.
SPEAKER_00Here's the thing, man. You know, they can say they don't take it, but you, but you I like you said, you're doing this ain't my machines. I ain't gonna stress all over this stuff. They ain't gonna take it, but you stressed out over it, so you know, yeah, yeah. How's that working out for you? You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_01Because I want to what I was trying to get at is because uh at my plant, they have when you walk certain areas when you enter when you enter the building, they have a plaque of all of all the retired soldiers, and you know, so they want to give you, you know, they want to give you your property and my picture's up there, my pictures and my daughter's pictures. So on a random day, I could just be chilling. Somebody come up to me and say, Man, thank you for your service.
SPEAKER_00Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_01Okay, and um, and I was talking to E West, and I was like, I say, I you know, when people say thank you for your service, because he said he just started to get to the point where he does that, he didn't do that before, you know. He was raised Joe's witness, they sure they try to remain neutral, and uh okay. So he was saying that, you know, now he he understands well, you know, uh you say thank you for the service, but you know I said, Yeah, people say that to me, and um, I was like, I'd be laughing inside, like, man. First of all, I was in reserve. Second of all, I was I was your running the mill Gomer Powell up in that boy. I made a mockery of the whole system, bro.

Health Risks And Retiring Early
SPEAKER_01fitty, and fitty was like uh like a sneeze to me, man. Because you were so used to doing, yeah, I was such a mess up. And my butt says, What uh what do you want me to do now? I did my 50. Like, what you want me do now? You're giving me 50 rolls to my mouth. Oh, yeah, right. He was like, Oh, oh, okay, okay, I got some for you. And sure enough, I'm cleaning the stairs with a toothbrush. There it goes, there it go.

You went from Dominican Duke, bro.

Um, whenever I had to leave the state, Michigan, either it's in college or uh AIT or basic training, I was always surrounded by somebody from Inkster, bro.

SPEAKER_01And I just that was nothing but love. And I thank the father, bro. I want to thank the father for that because um without those people or that that familiarity that I had with these people that I could just sit there and chop it up about the neighborhood and all that, and people, you know, mutual people and mutual friends that we had. Man, I don't know how that was spiritual with it been, man.

SPEAKER_01And I'm gonna tell you, and then it's gonna get dark. No, it's gonna get a little dark. We we we we really didn't have a subject to talk about, but we got one now. Uh, this is pretty dark. Um I went through my stage, you know, my party stage, I was a DJ. I threw parties, and so when I was at Rosenville Plant, uh we had a it was a there was a party store across the street from the plant, and our our lunch was 30 minutes, and we had it down to we had a routine down to a T. We had two cars, two vehicles, we had a van, we had a car, we were all load up in there, go to the party store, get us a deuce deuce, get us a shot, and whatever extra stuff that you were doing, we did that, and we would go back to work. And um, this guy, one of the one of the guys that I worked with, he did he did the white stuff, he did a powder. And um, he would be he would be the only one. Everybody would just do weed and and drink, but he would do that. And but this guy was a cool guy. As a matter of fact, I um I he invited me over to his house uh to a graduation party at his at his home, which was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever seen. Wow. Um, I mean, given the you know, given this dude did cocoa. Like it's so because I remember I I mean, I I you know I was in group grew up from Inkster, so I was around crack, but I was around coke. And there are levels to this, and it's you know low end and high end, yeah. And so I had made this comment. I said, man, he was he was showing me. I said, well, you do you do crack? He said, Do I look like I do crack?

SPEAKER_01He was like, he started, he's like, Do I look like I do crack? Do I look like I hate what people that do crack? Oh man. He said, This is different, right?

SPEAKER_01I say all this to say that uh I gave in. He was no peer pressure, but he glore he glorified it to the point I'm like, I'm gonna try this. Yeah, yeah, and when I tell you, and I'm not glorifying this, but when Rick James says that uh cocaine is a hell of a drug, it is, it's it's crazy. It's crazy. But what I want to get to is the fact that um when I say God kept me, yeah, all the things that cocaine would do to a person, it didn't do it, it didn't do it to me. I could I I could do like people do cocaine and be up all night maybe over 36 hours. I could do cocaine and be sleeping the next hour. Wow, and and um the guy that used to sell it to me, I you know, I know he was leery of me buying it because all of a sudden this man why this clean cut guy all of a sudden now he wanted to buy this stuff, right? You know, and so I ended up in a situation where we were all together and he had his product with him and they were passing the plate around. I
Work Stress And Letting Things Go
SPEAKER_01just didn't feel like I didn't want to do it that night. I didn't want to do it that night. And he looked at me like ninja, you you better do this.
SPEAKER_00Don't tell me he thought you was a UC, bro. Oh, for sure.
SPEAKER_01Uh man, I'm dude. I mean, he gave me that look, like, man. Wow, and he you know, and I say, I'm good. And he just he stayed in front of me like, like, yeah, no, you're gonna take this. Uh uh, I gotta see you do this.

SPEAKER_01And I did it, and I did it, and um, yeah, uh, it was a bad experience, man. Um, one guy was it, it was it was a situation where it let me know that this was probably the last time I was gonna do that. Uh one guy was crying, and he just confessed that he was molested by his uncle. I'm like, I'm in the middle of this. As he's as he telling us that story, he's in a fight with his girlfriend, who was a stripper and was walking around half naked around all these guys. Oh wow. He's telling her to put clothes on, and she's like, Well, you know who I am. You know, you know, you know I was a stripper, so this is what I do. And it was terrible, bro. And I say all that, I did what I did, and I went to sleep, and I woke up. The guy and his girlfriend were still fighting, and um I was like, me get out of here. Sun was good, sun was coming up. Uh, she was on the porch crying, and I just put my hand on the shoulder, like, you know, yeah, you know, keep your head up. And that's and I kept moving. And I and then I I have I when I left that house, I didn't see any of them ever again, bro. None of them, none of them. Yeah, but but yeah, man, um that's heavy, man. Yeah, because it could have it could've got really bad because I know those people that was doing it have issues with it, you know.

SPEAKER_01An addiction, the fact that I was I didn't I wasn't able to get addicted to it or and made it sleep on it. It was crazy.

SPEAKER_01It was a really dark place, and I remember crying. And this is before I even established, I mean, a deeper relationship, but I've always but I've always was around. I mean, I always talk to him all the time, yeah, sure. And I remember talking to him and saying, uh, yeah, get me out of this. This I was in a dark place, I was so depressed.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, for sure, man.
SPEAKER_01I was depressed, man. I remember reaching out to an ex-girlfriend. But man, that's you know what, man.

SPEAKER_01No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I was I was just saying that I was so desperate. I was reaching out to people who I shouldn't have because uh yeah, they made a mockery of my me reaching out to her, but yeah, go ahead.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, bro, bro, you know what, man, I'm glad you shared that because it, you know, it it it actually lines right in with the topic of what we were talking about off, you know, off uh off the mic, off of air. Um, man, that the father's protection, his hand, man, his love, his mercy, bro, it's so it transcends uh uh the traditional religious perspective of who he is, man. Like it's it's not that once you develop a relationship with with him, now his benefits and his love and grace starts working in your life, man. It doesn't work like that. It is because of his mercy, it's because of his love and his goodness, man, that actually brings us to him. It's it's him being good to us and merciful to us in situations that would would not merit it, man. This meritocracy, man, that we that we have, man. It's it's like we was even talking about last week. Like when once you come to the altar, you your your sins are now forgiven. How they've been forgiven, bro. And if you going to the altar is something that woke you up to that, then that then that's what that is. But don't sell the narrative like you coming, you're now coming to Christ, you know, when you make that that that altar call or whatever. Bro, he's been there all along, man. He's been there and looking and striving to get in somewhere. The way he can reveal himself to you. And then when the person, whether you're doing crack, cocaine, um, heroin, whatever, it doesn't matter, whatever, the worst place you can possibly be in, he is there, man. And he is not there with judgment, he's not there with condemnation, he's there with salvation, man. And this this has got to change the the perception that we have about him. And the reason that we have it, man, is because it's been taught us that way. You know, that that this judgment, that he has this looming judgment is over you, man. These these programs that we're running in the background. I don't care all this. Smiling and coming at you again, you know, it's not a coming to this, bro, that we tape these podcasts on Sundays. You know what I mean? It may not air till Wednesday, but we're taping it on a Sunday when typically all this religion and all this this heretical stuff is going to be said about the Father and about his ways and about his kingdom and about heaven and about hell and all this stuff, bro. It is a it is a it is a tyrannical loop that we've been sucked into that we're just doing, man. It just if it's like if you could see it, it's almost like a mindlessness, man, that we're just swept into, and it's just week after week after week after, bro. How many times do you have to hear that you're a sinner? How many times do you have to hear that that God's judgment is coming? How many times do you have got to hear that we're living in the last days? And that, bro, that cuts on a fight or flight mechanism that's constantly running in the background. And and what people don't realize is when you're in that state of fight or flight, you can't learn anything new, bro, because you're in survival mode. God gave us fight or fight to cut on for a minute, man. That means I have to perceive that my life is in danger. And I either got two things to do here. I either gotta fly and run, flee the situation, or I gotta fight. But it's a survival mechanism, bro. How many people for the simple fact, man, that people don't equate and put this stuff in a practical and intelligent process of way of looking at it? All the rapture is in that doctrine is a flight doctrine, bro. It's a it's a fleeing. It's a I'm getting out of here. Because it's gonna get so bad that you know I gotta get out of here. And people that live like that, they see the world is getting worse, bro. The world is the world is not getting worse, man. It is not. I don't care what they say, you can't even statistically show it. Yeah, I ain't talking about comparing it in the in the contemporary state. I'm talking about look at it historically. Everything is getting better, bro. Everything. And but when you're in that fight or flight mode, you can't see any of that, man. You're shrouded.
SPEAKER_01Man, it's like uh what's going on in these churches, it's like a sadist mentality. It is, it is. It's you know, you got the cross, which we shouldn't be sitting there just constantly looking at and wearing around our necks. Yeah, you got death there, then altar call where where they were grabbing animals to kill them. And look, and I was just and I just I saw this video and it turned my stomach. It was a cow about to go to slaughter, and this cow was fighting for its life. I mean, dude. I mean, it was sh first of all, it just started to shake. And then when it's getting closer to, or I guess you could just smell it, it could smell the blood, it started kicking all that. So it couldn't imagine that scene going, you want to get your sins forgiven. So you grab your animal and it's just fighting. You're gonna take it's gonna take men to hold it down.
SPEAKER_00Yes, you gotta tie it up, man. You have to literally tie it down to the altar. And and what do you think that that don't preachers don't realize, man, that when they're saying that, you're tying people down with their sins and and remembrance of that and putting them in, bro, and it's not just happening with them. They're thinking of generational, this this trim, this trauma is generational, bro. And and you're tying people down to that and get your sins forgiven and wrench out your sin and confess your sin. Bruh, that is nothing but bondage, like you said, it's sad as behavior, it's manipulation, it's witchcraft. It's literally witchcraft, man. And you wouldn't what people have done is they because you slap Christ's name on it, because it looks like it, this is this gotta be right. You submit to the architecture of that, man. You you know, social engineering, bro, with all this fraud, okay, man. Bro, you just we talking about what just happened. You said you had an uneventful week. Well, mine wasn't necessarily like that. Mine was uh on Memorial Day, bro. And I don't, I'm not switching gears, like this ain't a cold switch, it's just kind of bringing some foundational support to what we're talking about. Bro, I'm sitting here on Memorial Day, man, enjoying my day off out with wifey. You know, we grilling up. I get this text, man. It's like, was your credit card just, you know, trying to that? Somebody trying to get me to click this link because they want, you know, they want to get at me, man. I ain't doing nothing with my card or whatever. And it's Memorial Day. My fraud, my fraud protection wouldn't even, you know, be trying to contact me on Memorial Day. This is my mentality. And I'm telling wifey, and she's like, maybe you need to check, look, look at it. So I go and I'm like, okay, we'll see. But I go into my app of my credit card and I don't see anything there. You know, I'm like, okay, yeah, they're trying to set me up. A few minutes later, bro, I get a call. You know, it's an 800
Army Stories And Surviving Basic
SPEAKER_00number. I'm like, okay, man, this is this is really getting suspicious. She was like, answer it. I answered it. And it was like the automated message that I get from my credit card company. You know, I know how the promptings are set up. So I'm like, this is actually sound like my card company. So I'm listening. It goes through all of the automations. It said, did you make these, you know, we noticed some fraudulent charges, you know, on your card. Or could be possibly fraudulent charges, you know. Was this you and asked and all of that? If not, press this now. I said, okay, I'm gonna go ahead and press it. Took me through those little promptings, and then it said, I'm gonna put you on with it, you know, it switches you stay on to be to talk to an agent. So I'm like, man, who's working today on Memorial Day? Well, you know, that's my mentality, you know, that that that thinking. So I get on the line, so we're going through it, man. And I mean, it's all legit. Like the woman is asking me the questions and all of this, and my suspicions, you know, when I really, when she still really started getting into it, I'm like, okay, yeah, this is this is real, man. And uh, so I went as I'm talking to her on the phone, I opened my app back up, and now they go. These pending charges pops up, you know, like they were pending. And I said, No, I am, I am not the one that did that. And she was like, I said, can you tell me where these charges are happening? You know, she had Decatur, Georgia. I was like, Yeah, no, no, no, that ain't me. Um, so she, you know, we go through all of that, and she was like, you know, at first, you know, she was asking me information. I said, Well, just so I can know, tell me something, you know, you know what I mean? So I so I know that you're not frauding, trying to fraud me, you know, like this. It's like, well, I, you know, I can't really do that because I need to know, you know, it's just it's kind of like we're both like trying to check each other, make sure we're not frauding, you know what I mean? So uh she finally said, she said, if you can just tell me the last two digits of this, I'll tell you the, you know, I can tell you, you know, this, this. So, you know, we went through that, through that, man, and it was all legit, you know. And I obviously I when I saw the pending charges in my app, man, I knew it was at that point. So, so they canceled it, and um and then they sent, you know, and said they was gonna send me another another card and all that. So I said all that, man, to say, so I'm I'm having no idea that all this stuff is going on, bro. You know, this this fraudulent stuff and and everything. I'm trying to enjoy my Memorial Day. And um afterwards, man, Holy Spirit was like, and he was like, Do you know that that is happening in the spirit, you know, of people's lives? They're like, all these transactions are just happening and people don't now. If I wouldn't have had my alert notifications on, they wouldn't have been able to push that through and say, like, is these are you doing these charges? They would still monitor it because that's what the that's what the credit card company offers. But for me to get the alerts, I have to cut that on. And so if I wouldn't have had that on, bro, somebody would have been making these charges. By the time I realized it, who knows when that would have would have been, you know, a lot of them go use it and it declined or whatever. So, man, as me and the Holy Spirit, as we always say, bro, everything is kingdom. Everything. There's no aspect of our life that is not exactly connected into the kingdom of God. So when the Holy Spirit starts saying that, he's like, nah, if you wouldn't have had that push notification, those alerts on, he's like, you know that that would have just been people would have just been out there fraudulently running your car because they only give you so long to respond and say that these ain't your charges before they let it go through, you know, and or they'll decline, see them and they'll just decline it, and then you're somewhere where you really need your card, and and your card is off. You know what I mean? So it's like this stuff is affecting you whether you realize it or not. If we don't have this relationship, and that's the Holy Spirit is like, you know, having the alerts on and like that, and being aware of what's going on in real time, that's a relationship with me. That's not just my protection, it's always there. And I'm always warning, you know, that not warning us about judgment, man, warn protecting our righteousness, bro, protecting our joy, protecting our peace. That's what the judgment of Holy Spirit come to do, is to get us awakened to those things, not to tell us, man, you such a sinner, bro. You know, you such a you bro, is it my fault that somebody out there didn't got grabbed my card, man, and out here trying to do fraudulent stuff with it? It's not my fault, man. That's somebody else doing that, bro. And then the Lord let you see in that moment, you know, to have it where you actually got out of it, you know, and recognized he had been protecting you through this, whether you was aware of it or not. And you and then you get to a point, Lord, get me out of this. And you know, and didn't allow you to become addicted. Do you know some people get as soon as they do with one time? I know, I know that's it. That's it, bro. And and and just to get that access to you, man. What do you and then the Holy Spirit started taking me through all these different things when it comes to fraud stuff and subscriptions that's running, and we don't even realize, you know, you forget you got them, and in the setup of the free trials, you get a free trial, and then you sign up and you forget, and all of a sudden they're just charging you, and you ain't put it's just so many things is going on in our lives because it's flooded with so much stuff, and all these subscriptions and all these programs and all of these things that's running in the background, these applications, these things we're doing, bro. And then we wonder why we so so taxed and so exhausted, and so you know, uh you you done slept eight hours and you wake up and you still feel tired. Why? Because this stuff running in the background, bro. There are things that you got just happening and you don't you aren't aware of it.

And this is what a lot of people don't realize, too. Like with any major purchase, like a house, cars, it doesn't even matter what it is. You on by law, you have 72 hours to pull out of that. But if you don't know that law exists, you know how many people say I had buyer's remorse, bro. No, you you you need to take heed to that because see, God gives you a peace that passes all understanding, bro. So if you don't have peace about something and you be like, Man, I shouldn't have done that, you you need to listen, and that's something that because you done already done it, and this is like the mercy kicking in of God. But if you have a moment, man, God's peace and say, Nope, you step away from that, man. That's and it might not even be something that you need to step away from from for good. It's just right now. Yeah, this is not the move to make. And this the Holy Spirit is partly part of what he does, other than bringing us comfort, is which his major thing is in our life, man. He also tells us of things that to come, so that means he he's really dealing with us in real time. If you got the person that knows everything right there with you, bro, how hard is it to do something and just stop for a minute and be like, Holy Spirit, should I do this? Should I do this? Moses, even the one who has the law that everybody wants to live and die by, he said, Look, when I'm giving you this, and this is partial. I'm piecemealing this information to you by God. But when the one who truly comes, that the scriptures are speaking of, listen to him. Don't be married to what I said when he shows up. And Jesus literally comes and says, Moses said, but I'm saying. So you don't even have to wonder. You know, this is him, he's that prophet that Moses said. So he says, Jesus, verse 3, who being the brightness of his glory, of the father's glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself alone nobody else with him, not your pastor, not your apostle and your prophet and your teacher, Jesus by himself purged our sins and sat down on the right hand of the majesty on high. Jesus did purged, purged, purged, purged, bro, meaning it's gone. It is gone. And anybody else who tells you they're not, they are a liar, bro. And the truth is not in them. People that say God is getting ready to judge. Oh my God, bro. Let's let me let me just say this other scripture. Jesus literally says this himself in in the gospel of John. Chapter 5, verse 22. For the Father judges no one, but has given all judgment. And I'm reading this from the Amplified Bible, that is the prerogative of judging to the Son, placing it entirely into his hands, so that all will give honor, reverence, homage to the Son, just as they give honor to the Father. In fact, the one who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who has sent him. Jesus literally tells you, the Father ain't judging nobody. He didn't told us what to do, he told us what the deal is, he said it's about the kingdom. The kingdom is here. Now learn how to operate in the kingdom. All that this writer shows up. The Hebrew writer's probably writing this about, you know, who knows, 25, 30 years after. He says, therefore, leaving the principles of the teachings of the doctrines that Christ brought, let us go on to perfection. So obviously, what Christ was teaching was not the perfect will of God. He was teaching redemption and that the kingdom is now
