Highly accomplished Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Consultant and Trainer
with over 20 years’ experience supporting employers in the public, private and
voluntary sector. Strong advocate of an evidence-based approach. Victoria has supported clients on strategic and operational programmes including
conducting DE&I Audits, coaching HR Directors, training and supporting
organisations with their DE&I Strategies.
With extensive experience in facilitation and training, Victoria has delivered a wide range of training on topics such as inclusive cultures, micro-aggressions, inclusive recruitment and selection, leadership, diversity data, Equality Impact Assessment and DE&I for HR.
