January 1998, a time for new beginnings. 23 year old Shery Sheppard was bringing in the new year, with her new fiance after a televised New Years Eve engagement. A few days later her mother came home after being out east for the holidays to Sheryl missing and her new fiance had not reported it to anyone.. What began as a typical day quickly spiraled into a search filled with unanswered questions, chilling discoveries and an aging mother desperate for answers.
