This podcast is about the twin flame ascension path. The journey to realigning with and re-embodying the you that YOU love. It will include many discussions and insights regarding themes of the journey, direct experiences, wisdom gained from the journey, general knowledge to help you navigate this journey and healing modalities that can assist in the process of recalibrating you inner twin flame, your Divine blueprint version of self. It will also include discussions around the challenges encountered and the confusing and sometimes traumatic exchanges when relating with 'the other', the Divine compliment to you at a soul level, and how to resolve those whether physically in a conventional relationship with them or navigating the experience at more of a distance with that soul/energy at an energetic/spiritual level.

In today's episode I'm chatting with owner of the Peach Pole Studio in the Central Coast of NSW, Daisy Adelle Bastick. We are discussing how pole dance can be utilized as place to explore and integrate all aspects of ourselves, from the child that wants to play on the monkey bars to the woman that wants to build strength, flexibility and learn a new skill to the showgirl who wants to perform professionally.
We acknowledge and honour both the stripping roots of pole AND what it has become as something more mainstream that people do for many other reasons beyond wanting to work in the industry. We also discuss the unexpected benefits of doing pole such as being able to carry the shopping bags more easily ;)
