    • Practical self-care techniques to nurture body, mind, and soul and reinforce self-worth.
    • Encourage self-expression, like through creativity or personal style, as a way to cultivate confidence and authenticity.
  5. Letting Go of Comparison and Embracing Individuality
    • Discuss the role of comparison in diminishing self-worth, especially in today’s social media world.
    • Share strategies for focusing inwardly and celebrating individuality to build unshakeable confidence.
