consciousness and return you to THE ENTERAL ocean bliss Within allowing you freedom from LOWER FREQUENCY Narcissist or Jezebel's wavelength 
Time to create the reality your soul intended allowing you to
Stay present and conscious (ALERT) of what you do and say able to take responsibility and accountable for your actions to yourself or others which creates the reaction or action you take on in the physical as BREATHE controls the Nero logical and nervous system within so it all depends on what spiritual wavelength you are on are you present With the HOLY SPIRIT wave length or are you still creating from a dark matter wavelength from the past Generations before you? You'll know by the way the frequency feels does it feel good to you? or is it making you feel uncomfortable or unworthy 
 the way to increase the frequency is through BREATHE OF LIFE 
breathing into THE NOSE  TO THE count to 7 FILLING YOUR UPPER CHEST holding for 3 SECONDS then exhaling through the nose Into the Heart ❤️ 
Its like sending love into every part of the body PURE OXYGEN through breath connecting you to your Divine frequency Within
BREATHE IS THE PATH  it is that SIMPLE 
Always surrounding you in Love while surfing the waves of the Light
