I’m back and joined by a community member, Kay! We're both excited to see where this conversation goes because we're connecting almost 11 months after we did a Taoist Stone Medicine soul retrieval process, which we did in January 2025.

When we had that remote session, we agreed when the time felt right to come on the podcast to unpack that and share, we would honor that. And then Kay went and had an epic year!

Kay is evidence of a deep reconnection into the body, mind, so that she can powerfully notice and be present. 

She's someone that's done a lot of somatic work. And while somatic work definitely helped, when our essence, our True Self, our Wise Woman, is not really down and in sometimes somatic work can have diminishing returns for some.

We recorded this just hours before the last full Moon of 2025. The full Moon in Gemini while we're in Sagittarius, which is limitless thinking and the ability to change your mind, so this all just feels divinely timed. (Although there’s never not a good time for a session!)

Kay’s intention for the session: liberation around romantic partnership with men, a final frontier in her path to liberation.
