Maybe you will be "un-retiring" and jumping back into the workforce. The workplace is changing and evolving to support people staying on the job. Join us and stay informed and navigate the landscape. How is everyone navigating this path? I know, understand and relate to this, I am post-career and wanting to keep engaged in the workforce in new ways. The more I researched this topic, the more inspired I was to create this podcast.
In Canada (where I live) 20% of those over 65 are continuing to work in various capacities. Global work trends in general, are also following this pattern (according to The World Economic Forum).
