Here on the 60 and More Crowd Podcast we shine the spotlight on the many people  in their 60's and 70's and beyond keeping a work chapter in their lives:  what used to be traditional retirement ages and timelines an provide a modern viewpoint. Older workers bring much value to the economy and the marketplace.

Many people are choosing to keep a work chapter for a few reasons and working in different ways.  In this episode we will look at recent worker surveys and reports that indicate that  this is a generation where many will work into their 70's and beyond. The trend of the hard stop at a certain age will pivot to many staying on the job, finding new flexible ways of working or un-retiring and jumping back into the workforce.

These are short on the go episodes less than 8 minutes covering the different aspects of the older workforce staying engaged.
