President Trump says it may be time for his administration to "intercede" when it comes to the homeless. Rev. Faith Fowler has ideas on what that should look like.

In this "best of 2019" podcast, I spoke with the Reverend Faith Fowler of Cass Community Social Services about best practices for helping those that are homeless.  The discussion came on the heels of President Trump saying it may be time for the Federal Government to "intercede" on the issue.  Reverend Fowler has been doing amazing work in this city for decades.  I am always happy to have her on the show!
