Remember, new patterns become new habits, and will eventually become new rituals. Pause, Breathe, and then Respond. Do hard things, and invite discipline into your mind. You will certainly hear about this concept throughout this episode.Thank you for watching and listening, and please continue to give us your feedback. We hope you continue to enjoy the incredible guests we are showcasing and we hope you will be inspired by the work they are doing.
