Mindset Connection Episode 21: Myrna Bridges

Jennifer Clearwaters and Cynthia O'Connell Season 1 Episode 21

Welcome to the Mindset Connection Podcast!

Thank you for joining us for our 21st episode, and for taking the time to learn about our incredible guests who are changing the world each day! In this episode, we sit down with Myrna Bridges, Associate Warden from the Federal Bureau of Prisons, to discuss her work in a medium security men’s facility. Myrna was clear in letting us know that working in a prison setting is not how it is portrayed on TV and movies. While it is often a demanding and stressful job, Myra talked about how much she enjoys helping-both the inmates and the staff. We were amazed by her calm energy, her desire to try new things, and her drive to maintain a beginner’s mind. We hope you will be inspired by her mission and purpose to guide others to becoming better versions of themselves.

The Changemaker for Uplifting the System of Incarceration
