Kelly Mazur & Savannah Dill, two successful people in our community, shared a few thoughts on how far they have come, the importance of varied mentorship, and despite the stagnating rate of women in tech (23% +/-) I get a feeling of encouragement from these two, that despite more work to be done, success can be found.
