Question, are ovaries the most underrated organ? Answer: Yes. They're the workhorse of your menstrual cycle, this critical process that happens again and again and again to preserve your fertility, which may or may not be a top priority for you, but it is of top priority for the embryo that made you.
And today I'm gonna focus on this workhorse. Your ovaries, not only are they critical to health overall, but obviously also critical to the success of a pregnancy since they're the living vault of your fertility.
