Tom LeNoble
Tom LeNoble is an executive leader, speaker, coach, and author with a career spanning Fortune 500 companies including Facebook, Walmart.com, and Palm. He is the CEO of the Academy for Coaching Excellence, where he trains certified coaches, and serves as a leadership coach at the Miller Center for Global Impact at Santa Clara University.
A three-time survivor of life-threatening illness, Tom lives by the mantra “I’m Still Here.” His work focuses on helping individuals and organizations embrace risk, build resilience, and reinvent themselves through adversity. He is also a passionate philanthropist, advocating for a mindset of giving through time, talent, and service.
