SPEAKER_00:

Hello, hello, hello. Welcome back to Hashtag the Authentic Minute, a short, intentional pause we take together to ground what we're learning and turn it into something you can actually carry with you. This moment is for you if you've been listening, reflecting, nodding your head, but still trying to figure out how to move forward without forcing yourself or rushing your process. Today, this hashtag TheAuthentic Minute is about momentum because momentum is the antidote to being stuck. Not pressure, not perfection, just movement. So instead of overwhelming you with more information, I want to give you one idea to hold on to, one truth to anchor you, and a few affirmations you can return to when fear shows up. Let's start with the anchor. That's our quote. We cannot become what we want by remaining what we are. Max Dupree. This quote isn't about blowing up your life. It's about recognizing that staying exactly where you are, out of habit or fear, will never produce the change you're hoping for. Becoming requires movement, even when that movement is small. Now let's turn that idea into something personal. Three affirmations to carry you through. Number one, I release the fear of moving forward. I trust that growth will meet me there. Let me repeat that. I release the fear of moving forward. I trust that growth will meet me there. Number two, I am not waiting. I am walking. Every step counts. Let me repeat that. I am not waiting. I am walking. Every step counts. And number three, I am worthy of the life that action builds. Let me repeat that. I am worthy of the life that action builds. These affirmations aren't meant to hype you up. They're meant to steady you, to remind you that progress doesn't come from knowing more, but from choosing to move even gently. So before you go, pause and ask yourself this one question. What small action can I take today to interrupt the pattern of being stuck? Not tomorrow, not when it feels perfect, today. And if this minute gave you clarity or permission, don't keep it to yourself. Share it with someone who might need the reminder that movement doesn't have to be loud to be powerful. Peace and blessings from your girl Keisha.
