Are you tired? You know what I mean, tired, lethargic, but you're healthy. You're drinking the amount of water you're supposed to be drinking, you're eating healthy, you're exercising, but you're still tired, you're still lethargic. Is that you? Well, if it is, this episode's going to really help you out. Let's get to it. Thank you for tuning into the Mr. Mind Podcast. Your twice a week dose of living well, tired and sleepy and sleepy and tired. You know what I'm talking about. It's happened to me many a times over working out, drinking enough water, getting enough sleep, eating right, still tired, and I know what it is. And maybe you know what? It is too subconsciously, but for me, it's consciously, I totally know what it is, but I'm telling you sometimes it's hard to do it. So what is it that I'm talking about? I'm talking about your purpose.

Are you doing what you need to do so that you're in line with your purpose? That's the question. A lot of people are not, and then they wonder, why do I feel like this? Why do I feel sad? Why do I feel down? Why do I feel lethargic? I just woke up. Why am I not excited? Why am I not excited? Last week, I woke up and I wasn't excited, and it was weird because usually when I do wake up, I'm excited for the day because I have things to do, people to see. I got in my beautiful family, the business, and I'm excited. But I stepped off the path and I woke up and I wasn't excited, and that was a wake up call. I said, what? What's going on? I stopped doing the things that I usually do. I usually do things, usually wake up, work out in the morning, and that usually jump starts the day.

I usually go and follow my routine rigorously, but I fell off just for one day, and then I woke up the next day and I wasn't excited, and it happens that fast. Then it was weird because you ever not notice that you're hearing something until it turns off. You know what I mean? All of a sudden a noise will stop and then the room gets really quiet and you're like, oh, crap. There was a buzz going on. I didn't know it was like that for me, but in reverse. I was like, yeah, man, this is great. I'm having a good day and another good day, and another good day and another good day. And all of a sudden, boom, it turns off. And I was like, what the hell? Why did it turn off and what was it? And about half the day I was like, why do I feel like this?

What the heck is going on? And then boom, I realized what it was. It's very interesting. The rest of the day I was like, Hey, I need to get back on this horse and keep moving. And I did, and I felt better that morning and have been ever since. So what do I mean by get back on the horse? Well, you see, guys, I have a blueprint, right? I have this thing is called the Best Self Blueprint. That's what I have. That's what I made for myself. And it works wonders. And it's very interesting because I looked at the blueprint that day and I realized, oh my goodness. I stopped doing that. And then I stopped doing that, and then I stopped doing that. Wow. It was like a ripple effect. And then it ended up how it ended up. So I started to do the small things again that day to small things.

And then boom, I got right back on. A lot of people say subconsciously, man, if I stop doing that, it's fine. It's not going to matter. Let me tell you, it does. It matters. Even the smallest thing, I'm not going to make the bed today. Well, that's usually where I mess up. The bed is fine. It's okay. It doesn't need to be made. And then what happens next? I'm not going to finish the full workout. At least you did something, Ryan. Oh man. Two steps off and then it goes downhill from there. Does that sound familiar? Guys? This is why it's so important that every single thing matters. And I'm not telling you this, I'm telling myself this as well because this is something that I need to be constantly reminded of as well. No, I'm not perfect. So the question is, what is a best self blueprint?

Best self? What is that? Right? Best self? Well, you could think of your best self as the ideal version of you, right? And everyone's going to be different. But what is your ideal version of you? Everyone works different, but what is your ideal version of you, right? Someone who acts in alignment with their values, their passions, their dreams. What is your best version of you? Now, a blueprint is the foundation to build that vision. And I'll tell you what, a lot of people fail to visualize their best self. Clearly. They say, oh, I want to be a millionaire. Oh, yeah. How are you going to become a millionaire? I'm going to have a great job. Oh yeah, I'm going to be an entrepreneur. Oh, yeah, what are you going to do? No, no, I'm just going to be an entrepreneur. What job are you going to have?

I don't know. What are you going to do in the morning? Well, I'm going to do things that the rich people do that the wealthy people do. And what is that? I don't know. I'll figure it out. And what that does is it kind of gives you a false sense, a false sense of accomplishment, because you're like, yeah, I kind of got my foot halfway in, but I didn't really jump in. But that little dip of the foot, it does feel good. Well, imagine what happens when you actually dive in, when you completely immerse yourself into it. Well, I'll tell you what, it feels amazing. And you're not going to be tired anymore unless of course you have health problems. But that's different podcast. So yeah, a lot of people don't visualize it correctly. They don't visualize it clearly. Think of it like this. You go to an architect, you say, Hey, I want this house built. He says, okay, where's the blueprint? You tell him, well, I just want it big. I want it modern.

You're going to get a lot of questions and you might be exhausted. Why are you asking me all these questions? How many floors? How many doors? How big do you want the door? How big? Do you want your front door? Do you want a gate around the house? Et cetera, et cetera, so on, so on, so on. Why are you asking all these questions? And he'll say, because I want to get it right. I want to be clear on what it is you want, so I get it right? It's the same thing. You want to be just as clear, just as clear in your ideal version of you. I promise you. No architect builds a home without a blueprint. Well, what about the old Hawaiian Chas back in the Hawaiian days? Well, they did have a blueprint, but it may not have been on paper. They knew it. Their families would build it, and that was their blueprint. It was all in their head. Guys, this next part may be a little uncomfortable for a lot of you out there, but I'm going to do it anyways. We're going to go through a brief visualization exercise. Close your eyes unless you're driving. Do not close your eyes if you're driving, okay, close your eyes.

Now picture yourself and now picture yourself a year from now as your best self. Where are you? Where are you? What are you doing? How do you feel? What are you proud of? Notice the details. And when you go shopping, what store do you go to when it's Christmas time? What are you getting? Your family, your friends for your friend and your family's birthdays? What are you getting them for your birthday? What are you getting yourself? Be as clear as possible. How much money are you making? What investments are you doing? I don't know how to get into those investments, so I can't imagine. Yeah, you don't. But your best version of you does. I promise you it does. So what investments are you doing? How much money did you make the year before? Connect with your emotions because that's key to making the vision feel real. Our brain is powerful. You got it. You got the best version of yourself. Great. Now let's bring this vision into your daily life.

What I'm going to do is give you three actionable steps that you can use to bring this version into your daily life. What you're going to do is you're going to identify one habit or action that reflects your best self. It could be a morning exercise or a morning journaling, whatever it is, but get real specific morning exercise. Well, what is it going to be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday? Is it going to be arms, shoulders and legs Thursday, Friday? Are you going to break once? Are you going to do real heavy or are you just going to do 10, 15 minutes a day? I personally recommend if you're going to do the morning exercise, try about 10, 15 minutes a day. Because if you do too much, and this is a problem that a lot of people run into, they'll make a resolution. They'll say, Hey, I'm going to start working out four or five times a week, and they're good for the first month.

But what happens after that? Well, it becomes too much because the initial flare of the whole excitement of the whole thing, it wears off. Now you're stuck doing this workout for an hour, doing something that you don't really like doing at this moment for an hour. Oh gosh, an hour a day. I promise you it's a lot easier and a lot better if you just make it for about 15 minutes a day, 15 minutes a day. So how long are they working out? How long is the best version of yourself working out journaling? How many times? Once a day, twice a day? Again, I would just start off with once a day. How long? 10, 15 minutes. Again, you don't want to stress yourself out. We're just going to do one habit or one action that reflects your best self, not more than one. So not journaling and exercise, just one. The second actionable step is you're going to ask yourself each evening, did my actions today match my blueprint? Set your alarm on your phone right now. If you're not driving, if you're walking and listening, stop, just stop.

Put it in your calendar. Sorry. Put it in your alarm for at night, an hour before you go to bed every single night. Did my actions today match my blueprint? Number three course correct. Weekly, you're going to review progress and adjust where it's needed. Every Sunday you're going to go over it. Hey, what did I do correctly? What do I need to do or do I need to improve on? I promise you guys, if you tooth this, you'll feel so much better. You'll feel so much better because you're going to be going towards something that you want your best self. You're going to be going towards your best self. Does it work well? Think about the habits that you're doing right now. Think about all the habits that you're doing right now. Your current habits are affording you your current life, your current habits are affording you, your current life, whatever you're doing, whatever your habits are, that is the reason why you are where you are currently in life.

I'm serious. Even for me, I understand that where I'm at financially with my business, it's because that's where my habits have taken me. I cannot go any further until I change my habits. I cannot go any lower until I change my habits. If I change my habits, I want to feel it. Just like what I was talking about earlier last week, I changed my habits subconsciously, and then it happened. I changed my habits, and guess what? I started feeling like crap. If I continued down that road, my finances would've dropped. My relationship with my family would've dropped. My relationship with my friends, with my kids would've dropped. And why? Because that's just where the mentality will take you. That's the energy level. You have to raise your energy to be able to go ahead and get to where you want to be. And that's the important part about this whole visualization process is because you have to visualize it.

You have to see, Hey, that's the frequency that I want to be on. How do I get to that frequency? How does it feel? And it all starts from the habits. I want you guys to know and understand that your best self isn't some far off dream. It's a series of choices made daily, and with your blueprint, you're one step closer to living it. Take five minutes today, guys. Take five minutes today to sketch your best self blueprint. Share one piece of it with me on social media for Instagram. It's the Mr. Mind. There's two D's in that.
