Welcome to British Bliss. I’m Chris, and today I wanted to share a quick update with you.

Whether you listen every night or simply dip in when you need a moment of calm, thank you for being here. Your support means a great deal, and I hope these stories continue to bring you comfort and rest.

I’ll be taking a short two-week break to recharge, and I’ll return on Sunday 5 April.
