- Clint jumps at the opportunity to make a bunch of references to his favorite band and hones his Mariner Valley drawl.
- Brigid posits that Amos already knows that he's invincible and gives a rundown on the literary and cultural significance of the chosen names.
- We compare the pace of storytelling between the Expanse and The Captive's War.
- The entire crew (sorry Shed) narrowly escapes the Donnager in one of the most pulse pounding action sequences in the narrative.
