Every Entrepreneur's Dream (The pinnacle of entrepreneurship)

Hello and welcome! My name is Henning Dierolf, and I am the host of the Heyrolf podcast.

Today's podcast will outline what it means to achieve perfection in entrepreneurship. What is the ultimate goal of perfection? What is every entrepreneur's dream?

How wonderful would it be to have lots of self-employed people willing to put all their energy and willpower into your company, who would invest more time and energy than any collective agreement would allow, and all without pay, not even the minimum wage?

In this dream scenario, the entrepreneur would also have no obligation to pay social security contributions for these people, pay vacation days, or provide health insurance, pension, or long-term care insurance!

The self-employed would pay for their own offices (mostly set up in their own homes), internet, car, electricity, equipment, heating, food, drink and everything else.

What if legions of these workers offered their services to the company for free, allowing it to expand rapidly, extend its power far and wide, and steadily increase its financial and material prosperity?

What if all these people only ever wanted to see the good in the company and its leaders?

What if the families and children of these workers were systematically encouraged to see things the same way?

What if the children of these workers eventually took over from their parents, having been brought up from an early age to join the company?

What if the children were taught from an early age to see only the good in the company and its leaders?

What if they wanted to instill this view in all outsiders as well?

Hence, the company would never run out of qualified staff!

What if, thanks to this army of supporters, you could achieve great things with your company?

You could buy real estate in every village and build branches!

What if you could even have complete control over all of these workers so that the continued existence of the company was secured and its growth would be permanent?

What if this control wasn't expensive at all? What if you didn't need a huge control apparatus to achieve it? What if the people who work there always kept an eye on themselves and each other, especially since the company and its leaders are (to be) seen as purely good and any criticism is seen as reprehensible?

It would be a very dynamic form of control, deeply embedded in the corporate culture and language!

What if every troublemaker who thinks and believes differently from the company and its leaders could be quickly identified and, with group dynamics, eliminated without the company and its leaders being (publicly) condemned or even found guilty in any way?

What if these activities did not tarnish the company's reputation in any way because the group dynamics used to eliminate critics and opponents is so arranged that none of the participants would ever contribute individually enough to the overall result, namely the eradication of the competition, to render themselves guilty?

What if the company leadership orchestrated the followers in their group dynamics in such a way that (long-term) the goals were always achieved, the company's existence and growth were secured, without anyone ever being doomed in the service of the company (in the long run)?

It would be a company with unlimited potential!

It would be a company that could last forever!

It would never go bankrupt, not least because personnel costs are kept to a minimum, the company has much power and influence, its activities are widespread and branched and also secured through the nobility and the assets are diversified and invested in stable-value real estate, land and intellectual property.

World domination would even be possible!

Founding a church is the pinnacle of entrepreneurship!

Der Traum eines jeden Unternehmers (Der Olymp des Unternehmertums)

Hallo und willkommen! Mein Name ist Henning Dierolf und ich bin der Gastgeber des Heyrolf-Podcasts.

Im heutigen Podcast geht es darum, was es bedeutet, Perfektion im Unternehmertum zu erreichen. Was ist das ultimative Ziel der Perfektion? Was ist der Traum eines jeden Unternehmers?

Wie cool wäre es, wenn viele selbstständige Mitarbeiter bereit wären, ihre ganze Energie und Willenskraft in dein Unternehmen zu stecken, mehr Zeit und Energie zu investieren, als jeder Tarifvertrag zulässt, und das alles ohne Bezahlung, nicht einmal den Mindestlohn?

In diesem Traum-Szenario müsste der Unternehmer auch keine Sozialabgaben für diese Mitarbeiter zahlen, keinen Urlaub bezahlen und keine Kranken-, Renten- oder Pflegeversicherung übernehmen!

Die Mitarbeiter würden ihre Büros (die meist in ihren eigenen vier Wänden eingerichtet wären), Internet, Auto, Strom, Ausrüstung, Heizung, Essen, Trinken und alles andere selbst bezahlen.

Was wäre, wenn Heerscharen dieser Mitarbeiter ihre Dienste dem Unternehmen kostenlos anbieten würden, sodass es rasch expandieren, seine Macht weit ausbauen und seinen finanziellen und materiellen Wohlstand stetig steigern könnte?

Was wäre, wenn all diese Leute immer nur das Gute im Unternehmen und seinen Führungskräften sehen wollten?

Was wäre, wenn die Familien und Kinder dieser Arbeitskräfte systematisch dazu ermutigt würden, die Dinge genauso zu sehen?

Was wäre, wenn die Kinder dieser Arbeitskräfte irgendwann die Nachfolge ihrer Eltern antreten würden, weil sie von klein auf darauf vorbereitet worden wären, in das Unternehmen einzutreten?

Was wäre, wenn den Kindern von klein auf beigebracht würde, nur das Gute im Unternehmen und seinen Führungskräften zu sehen?

Was wäre, wenn sie diese Sichtweise auch allen Außenstehenden vermitteln wollten?

Dann würde dem Unternehmen nie qualifiziertes Personal ausgehen!

Was wäre, wenn du dank dieser Armee von Unterstützern mit deinem Unternehmen Großes erreichen könntest?

Du könntest in jedem Dorf Immobilien kaufen und Niederlassungen eröffnen!

Was wäre, wenn du sogar die vollständige Kontrolle über all diese Mitarbeiter hättest, sodass der Fortbestand des Unternehmens gesichert und sein Wachstum dauerhaft wäre?

Was wäre, wenn diese Kontrolle gar nicht teuer wäre? Was wäre, wenn du keinen riesigen Kontrollapparat bräuchtest, um sie zu erreichen? Was wäre, wenn die Mitarbeiter sich immer selbst und gegenseitig im Auge behalten würden, zumal das Unternehmen und seine Führungskräfte als durchweg gut angesehen werden und jede Kritik als verwerflich gilt?

Es wäre eine sehr dynamische Form der Kontrolle, die tief in der Unternehmenskultur und -sprache verankert wäre!

Was wäre, wenn jeder Unruhestifter, der anders denkt und glaubt als das Unternehmen und seine Führungskräfte, schnell identifiziert und mit Hilfe der Gruppendynamik eliminiert werden könnte, ohne dass das Unternehmen und seine Führungskräfte (öffentlich) verurteilt oder in irgendeiner Weise für schuldig befunden würden?

Was wäre, wenn diese Aktivitäten den Ruf des Unternehmens in keiner Weise beschädigen würden, weil die Gruppendynamik, die zur Eliminierung von Kritikern und Gegnern eingesetzt wird, so gestaltet ist, dass keiner der Beteiligten jemals individuell genug zum Gesamtergebnis, nämlich der Ausschaltung der Konkurrenz, beitragen würde, um sich schuldig zu machen?

Was wäre, wenn die Unternehmensführung die Anhänger in ihrer Gruppendynamik so orchestrieren würde, dass (langfristig) immer die Ziele erreicht, der Fortbestand und das Wachstum des Unternehmens gesichert wären, ohne dass jemals jemand im Dienst des Unternehmens (auf lange Sicht) verdammt würde?

Es wäre ein Unternehmen mit unbegrenztem Potenzial!

Es wäre ein Unternehmen, das ewig bestehen könnte!

Es würde niemals bankrott gehen, nicht zuletzt, weil die Personalkosten auf ein Minimum reduziert sind, das Unternehmen viel Macht und Einfluss hat, seine Aktivitäten weit verbreitet und verzweigt sind und auch durch den Adel gesichert sind und das Vermögen diversifiziert und insbesondere in wertbeständige Immobilien, Grundstücke und geistiges Eigentum investiert ist.

Sogar die Weltherrschaft wäre möglich!

Die Gründung einer Kirche ist der Zenit des Unternehmertums!
