Syed from Hyderabad (The Problem of Globalization)

Hello and welcome! I am Henning Dierolf, the host of the Heyrolf podcast.

In today's podcast, I explain the fundamental problem of globalization and how each and every one of us is affected. Of course, it is related to outsourcing and the pursuit of profit, but there is much more to it. It is not only a societal problem but also poses a major risk to the large companies involved due to how they position themselves in the global competition for higher profit margins, for example.

In mid-June 2025, Henning, a German citizen, was in the process of relocating his company, Devarai, from Malta to London, England. For years the company had had a Google Workspace subscription to manage email accounts, access Google Cloud storage, and the Google word processing apps.

Google issued one invoice per user per month for Workspace, and until now, this invoice has been addressed to Devarai in Malta using the Maltese VAT number.

The latter now had to change. Henning could not hand over an invoice issued to a no longer existent Maltese company to the new accountants in England.

Proper accounting was required!

Henning contacted Google Workspace support to change this, which is included in the subscription.

Their website opened a chat window, and it took 30 minutes for a representative named Manisha to respond.

Henning explained the situation to Manisha.

It took another 20 minutes for her to conclude that she needed to escalate the problem to a team of experts. This took another 30 minutes until someone named “Syed” responded.

“Syed” is an Arabic name that translates as “master, lord.”

Syed opened the conversation with, “I hope you are doing good!”

From Syed's point of view and according to his surroundings in Islamic Hyderabad, Syed had, of course, been doing good all day long.

Allah looked very kindly on Syed!

Henning then explained his case to Syed.

Syed wanted a copy of the incorporation certificate for the new London-based Devarai. Henning was urged to show his credentials to justify himself before the Lord (Syed)!

Henning sent the incorporation certificate from the company house and provided the dates of incorporation, address, his telephone number, and his full name.

The company had been moved from Malta to England. The billing address had to be changed to England. Henning did not want any more invoices to be sent to Devarai in Malta because Devarai was now an English company. Henning explained this several times in proper English.

The VAT number was now also English and no longer Maltese.

Supposedly superior, Syed looked down on Henning and judged him a little.

Syed saw himself in this superior position, even though someone in technical support at Google in Hyderabad only earns a gross salary of €6,000 per year. But that is a pretty good salary in India.

So Syed told Henning via Google Chat: “You are not eligible!” You are an inferior!

Syed's team agreed altogether. The Muslim community was in unison.

God is present through the emergent behavior of a group of believers orchestrated and channeled by the means of a religion.

The Indian Muslims wanted to position themselves above the supposed “inferior” others to feel assured that they would be better and superior.

The Muslim sees himself as a powerful creature, chosen by Allah to be a leader above all others. They would be the chosen people, stronger, mightier, capable and in charge of subduing even a German like Henning.

However, Henning did not want to submit. He stated that he is an experienced business leader and clearly explained the (bookkeeping) case and that Syed should please do his Google support job properly.

Then Syed wanted to give Henning a (telephone) “call” to resolve the matters.

Language pronounced in sound is the most dominant!

Henning should submit to Allah. The god of Mohammed is the greatest! There is no more powerful religion on earth than Islam!

The Koran is the holiest of all books.

Of course, Muslims always get everything they want in the end!

One should seek the sympathy of the Muslims and strive to please and serve them. So, after some time, the customer is turned into the servant. Of course, it should not be too obvious, and the customer should not be too conscious of it. It is important that the customers’ will is oriented toward the well-being and success of the Arabs and the Indian Muslim people.

The Muslim father (often the customer support team leader or an Imam close by) shall become the first father figure. The one supposed to lead one to greater (Indian) Muslim love.

It is then a love in harmony with Indian Islam and also the Arabs.

However, what Henning wanted was not highly valued there.

He should always have the well-being of the Arabs and Indian Muslims in mind. If this were achieved, from Syed's point of view, Henning would then be “doing really good!”

After all, Syed had already opened the conversation with the statement: “I hope you are doing good!” And it now seemed that Syed had in mind to influence and change Henning's assumptions about good and evil in a lasting way.

Henning did not accept the call. Instead, he told Syed that Malta, where Henning was resident, is in Europe, and his European telephone does not accept calls from Hyderabad.

Ultimately, the aim of the call was to put Henning in the service of the Muslims.

However, Henning did not allow himself to be harnessed by the Muslims. He did not allow himself to be made subordinate. Henning remained spiritually free.

Henning was a Franconian at heart, and his life revolved around seeking and enabling greater freedom for the Franconian people.

The Muslim religious group dynamics had no sufficient reach into Henning's environment. Syed's God was not powerful enough in Qala, Gozo, Malta!

How could that be? Isn't Allah the Almighty?

Syed became a bit confused and puzzled.

Syed insisted that Henning was not eligible. Henning would not get what he wanted. Henning's religion would be inferior. Henning's people would be inferior. Henning's name would not be as powerful.

From his point of view, Henning concluded that Google support was not “good” after all.

In fact, the evilness within Google started many years ago. First Adwords, then Google Play, and now it had arrived at Google Workspace.

Would breaking up Google even achieve anything?

Months ago, a court in the US ruled that the Android and Google Chrome divisions must be sold!

Was it worth wondering whether the Google support experience was only problematic because Syed was not very proficient in English?

Henning closed the chat and clicked on “issue not resolved.”

Consequently, the following day, Henning received a follow-up support email from Google in perfect English.

Technically, changing the billing information from one country to another would not be possible.

Hence, Henning should back up all his files and cancel the subscription. In this process, everything would be deleted. Henning would have to re-upload his files and set up everything anew with a new payment profile for England.

What Google failed to mention is that it can happen that the zip archives of the backups can no longer be unpacked correctly due to errors; hence, on the way, some important files get lost forever!

Most importantly, however, they pointed out that “Henning must be from Sweden!”

As is well known, there have been Koran burnings in Sweden in recent years, and many Muslim refugees in Sweden have taken to their heels and moved to Germany, France, or other European countries instead or have returned to Arab countries.

The Swedes are said to be the ones in Europe who are most effectively able to defend themselves against being taken over by Mohammed and Islam! Allah has the greatest difficulty gaining a foothold in Sweden!

So, in regard to Syed, it was not only an English language proficiency problem!

It is highly likely that a certain US church organization has been entrusted with supervising Google and is now ensuring that the spiritual distortions of this global player are becoming more apparent in the secular realm so that, at least within certain limits, the US judiciary is able to intervene.

Syed aus Hyderabad (Das Problem der Globalisierung)

Hallo und willkommen! Ich bin Henning Dierolf, der Gastgeber des Heyrolf-Podcasts.

Im heutigen Podcast erkläre ich das grundlegende Problem der Globalisierung und wie jeder einzelne von uns davon betroffen ist. Das hat natürlich mit Outsourcing und Profitstreben zu tun, aber es steckt noch viel mehr dahinter. Es ist nicht nur ein gesellschaftliches Problem, sondern auch ein großes Risiko für die beteiligten Großunternehmen, aufgrund ihrer Positionierung im globalen Wettbewerb um beispielsweise höhere Gewinnmargen.

Mitte Juni 2025 war Henning, ein deutscher Bürger, dabei, sein Unternehmen Devarai von Malta nach London zu verlegen. Seit Jahren hatte das Unternehmen ein Google Workspace-Abonnement, um E-Mail-Konten zu verwalten, auf Google Cloud-Speicher zuzugreifen und die Google-Textverarbeitungs-Apps zu nutzen.

Google stellte pro Nutzer und Monat eine Rechnung für Workspace aus, die bisher an Devarai in Malta unter der maltesischen Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer adressiert war.

Letztere musste nun geändert werden. Henning konnte eine Rechnung, die an ein nicht mehr existierendes maltesisches Unternehmen ausgestellt war, nicht an die neuen Buchhalter in England weiterleiten.

Eine ordnungsgemäße Buchhaltung war erforderlich!

Henning kontaktierte den Google Workspace-Support, um dies zu ändern, was im Abonnement inbegriffen ist.

Auf der Website öffnete sich ein Chatfenster, und es dauerte 30 Minuten, bis eine Mitarbeiterin namens Manisha antwortete.

Henning erklärte Manisha die Situation.

Es dauerte weitere 20 Minuten, bis sie zu dem Schluss kam, dass sie das Problem an ein Expertenteam weiterleiten müsse. Es dauerte weitere 30 Minuten, bis jemand namens „Syed” antwortete.

„Syed” ist ein arabischer Name, der mit „Meister, Herr” übersetzt werden kann.

Syed begann das Gespräch mit „I hope you are doing good!”

Aus Syeds Sicht und entsprechend seiner Umgebung im islamischen Hyderabad tat Syed natürlich den ganzen Tag über Gutes.

Allah war Syed wohlgesonnen!

Henning erklärte Syed dann seinen Fall.

Syed wollte eine Kopie der Gründungsurkunde für das neue Unternehmen Devarai mit Sitz in London. Henning wurde aufgefordert, seine Referenzen vorzulegen, um sich vor dem Herrn (Syed) zu rechtfertigen!

Henning schickte die Gründungsurkunde von der Handelsregisterstelle und gab das Gründungsdatum, die Adresse, seine Telefonnummer und seinen vollständigen Namen an.

Die Firma war von Malta nach England umgezogen. Die Rechnungsadresse musste auf England geändert werden. Henning wollte keine Rechnungen mehr an Devarai in Malta geschickt haben, da Devarai nun eine englische Firma war. Henning erklärte dies mehrmals in korrektem Englisch.

Die Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer war nun ebenfalls englisch und nicht mehr maltesisch.

Syed, der sich anscheinend für überlegen hielt, schaute auf Henning herab und verurteilte ihn ein wenig.

Syed sah sich selbst in dieser überlegenen Position, obwohl jemand im technischen Support bei Google in Hyderabad nur ein Bruttogehalt von 6.000 € pro Jahr verdient. Aber das ist in Indien ein ziemlich gutes Gehalt.

Also sagte Syed zu Henning über den Google Chat: „Du bist nicht berechtigt!“ Du bist minderwertig!

Syeds Team stimmte ihm zu. Die muslimische Gemeinschaft war sich einig.

Gott ist durch das emergente Verhalten einer Gruppe von Gläubigen präsent, das durch die Mittel einer Religion orchestriert und kanalisiert wird.

Die indischen Muslime wollten sich über die vermeintlich „minderwertigen“ anderen stellen, um sich ihrer Überlegenheit sicher zu sein.

Der Muslim sieht sich als mächtiges Wesen, das von Allah auserwählt wurde, um über alle anderen zu herrschen.

Sie wären das auserwählte Volk, stärker, mächtiger, fähiger und dafür verantwortlich, sogar einen Deutschen wie Henning zu unterwerfen.

Henning wollte sich jedoch nicht unterwerfen. Er erklärte, dass er ein erfahrener Unternehmensleiter sei und legte den (buchhalterischen) Fall klar dar und forderte Syed auf, seine Google-Support-Arbeit ordentlich zu machen.

Dann wollte Syed mit Henning telefonieren, um die Angelegenheit zu klären.

Sprache die in Lauten geäußert wird, ist am dominantesten!

Henning sollte sich Allah unterwerfen. Der Gott Mohammeds ist der Größte! Es gibt keine mächtigere Religion auf der Erde als den Islam!

Der Koran ist das heiligste aller Bücher.

Natürlich bekommen Muslime am Ende immer alles, was sie wollen!

Man sollte die Sympathie der Muslime suchen und sich bemühen, ihnen zu gefallen und ihnen zu dienen. So wird der Kunde nach einiger Zeit zum Diener.

Natürlich sollte das nicht zu offensichtlich sein, und der Kunde sollte sich dessen nicht zu bewusst sein. Wichtig ist, dass der Wille des Kunden auf das Wohlergehen und den Erfolg der Araber und der indischen Muslime ausgerichtet ist.

Der muslimische Vater (oft der Leiter des Kundensupports oder ein Imam in der Nähe) wird zur ersten Vaterfigur. Er soll einen zu größerer (indischer) muslimischer Liebe führen.

Es ist dann eine Liebe im Einklang mit dem indischen Islam und auch den Arabern.

Was Henning wollte, wurde dort jedoch nicht besonders geschätzt.

Er sollte immer das Wohl der Araber und der indischen Muslime im Sinn haben. Wenn dies erreicht wäre, würde Henning aus Syeds Sicht „wirklich Gutes tun”

Schließlich hatte Syed das Gespräch mit den Worten eröffnet: „Ich hoffe, Sie tun Gutes!“ Und nun schien es, als habe Syed vor, Hennings Annahmen über Gut und Böse nachhaltig zu beeinflussen und zu verändern.

Henning nahm den Anruf nicht an. Stattdessen teilte er Syed mit, dass Malta, wo Henning wohnhaft war, in Europa liege und sein europäisches Telefon keine Anrufe aus Hyderabad annehme.

Letztlich war das Ziel des Anrufs, Henning in den Dienst der Muslime zu stellen.

Henning ließ sich jedoch nicht von den Muslimen vereinnahmen. Er ließ sich nicht unterordnen. Henning blieb geistig frei.

Henning war im Herzen ein Franke, und sein Leben drehte sich darum, größere Freiheit für das fränkische Volk zu suchen und zu ermöglichen.

Die religiöse Gruppendynamik der Muslime hatte keinen ausreichenden Einfluss in Hennings Umfeld.

Syeds Gott war in Qala, Gozo, Malta, nicht mächtig genug!

Wie konnte das sein? Ist Allah nicht allmächtig?

Syed war etwas verwirrt und ratlos.

Syed bestand darauf, dass Henning nicht berechtigt sei. Henning würde nicht bekommen, was er wollte. Hennings Religion wäre minderwertig. Hennings Volk wäre minderwertig. Hennings Name wäre nicht so mächtig.

Aus seiner Sicht kam Henning zu dem Schluss, dass der Google-Support doch nicht so toll war.

Tatsächlich begann die Schlechtigkeit bei Google schon vor vielen Jahren. Erst Adwords, dann Google Play und jetzt war es bei Google Workspace angekommen.

Würde eine Aufspaltung von Google überhaupt etwas bringen?

Vor Monaten entschied ein Gericht in den USA, dass die Android- und Google Chrome-Sparten verkauft werden müssen!

War diese Erfahrung mit dem Google-Support nur problematisch, weil Syed nicht so gut Englisch konnte?

Henning schloss den Chat und klickte auf „Problem nicht gelöst”.

Am nächsten Tag bekam Henning eine Folge-E-Mail von Google in perfektem Englisch.

Technisch sei es nicht möglich, die Rechnungsdaten von einem Land in ein anderes zu ändern.

Daher solle Henning alle seine Dateien sichern und das Abonnement kündigen. Dabei würde alles gelöscht werden. Henning müsste seine Dateien erneut hochladen und alles mit einem neuen Zahlungsprofil für England neu einrichten.

Was Google nicht erwähnt hat, ist, dass es vorkommen kann, dass die Zip-Archive der Backups aufgrund von Fehlern nicht mehr richtig entpackt werden können und dabei einige wichtige Dateien für immer verloren gehen!

Am wichtigsten war jedoch, dass sie darauf hinwiesen, dass „Henning aus Schweden sein muss!“

Bekanntlich gab es in Schweden in den letzten Jahren Koranverbrennungen, und viele muslimische Flüchtlinge in Schweden sind auf und davon und nach Deutschland, Frankreich oder in andere europäische Länder gezogen oder in arabische Länder zurückgekehrt.

Die Schweden gelten als diejenigen in Europa, die sich am effektivsten gegen die Übernahme durch Mohammed und den Islam wehren können! Allah hat die größten Schwierigkeiten, in Schweden Fuß zu fassen!

Bei Syed handelte es sich also nicht nur um ein Problem mit seinen Englischkenntnissen!

Sehr wahrscheinlich ist eine bestimmte US Kirchenorganisation mit der Beaufsichtigung von Google betraut und diese sorgt nun dafür, dass die geistlichen Verwerfungen dieses global Players im säkularen Reich deutlicher werden und deutlicher gemacht werden, damit zumindest in gewissen Grenzen die US Justiz in die Lage versetzt wird einzuschreiten.
