Juan Ortiz is a successful businessman, loving husband, father, and sought after inspirational speaker. Juan builds and develops companies, but more importantly, he builds and develops leaders. Rising above a painful childhood, he became a "student of change" and an inspiration to thousands of people all around the world. Juan and Becky, his wife of 36 years, live in the northwest Indiana region.

John Gildein was born and raised on the south side of Chicago in the 1950's and after coming to Northwest Indiana himself, John was involved in an incident that took part of one of his lower limbs. Since then, He has moved onto being an advocate for amputees and running a support group for amputees here in Northwest Indiana.

John and Juans' main objective is to prepare men for GOD'S AMAZING PROMISE, that He will return one day. Leading men to disciple others and lead their families to a closer relationship with God.
