Hey! Ash here :) 

This episode is a little different... and if you enjoy it, I'll share more across the year. 

I have been incorporating meditation into my life for the past few years and honestly wouldn't be who I am today without it. 

As someone who is prone to burnout and guilty of prioritising work over my mental and physical health way too many times... meditation has been a game changer. 

Just a few minutes a day has helped to calm my mind, reduce stress related pain in my body and remind me how good a regulated nervous system feels. 

Last year, I wanted to learn more so signed up to a science backed meditation teacher training course with the Sydney Institute of Meditation. 

Since completing the course I like to incorporate guided meditation into Reset Retreats and starting today, the Reset Podcast. 

I hope you enjoy giving your mind and body a well deserved break.
