IS Prime is MedGeen's process for ensuring we are creating and providing the best vaccines to have optimal protection in herds. It's the process of working with our customers to understand the diseases that they are seeing in their animals, doing diagnostics to confirm what diseases we're seeing, and matching those results with what we have available for vaccines in our facility. Next, that leads to providing the vaccine to the customer, having them use that in their animals, and then monitoring how successful that vaccine is. So it's a continued loop with this customer to ensure that they are getting the correct vaccine. That vaccine is working. If it is not, how can we make it better? Or is there a different disease that they're seeing that we need to address next? So it's a cyclical process where we continue communication with our customer. Very much customer involved and always keeping that communication and always trying to optimize our vaccines so they are performing the best to protect those animals in the field. When we're talking about diagnostics for our IS Prime process, that means working with veterinary diagnostic labs across the country to determine what diseases we're seeing in these animals, getting sequences of the disease, typically a virus at this point, and analyzing that virus against what we have in-house for our vaccine production. If we don't have something in-house that matches the sequence of the viral protein that we see in the fields, we can create a new what we call construct to produce a vaccine that matches that viral protein that's affecting the herd. Monitoring our vaccine's success in the field not only includes the veterinarians that are using it and the feedback that they have with success on the farm, but it also includes our research and development team that will do studies to try to generate serology data to actually show that our vaccines are inducing an immune response to that specific protein that we put in the vaccine. So we are not only, we're not only relying on our customer to provide feedback and how successful it is working in the animals, but we go above that and also continue to work on the research side to show if we're able to use serology that yes, we are getting an antibody response with the vaccines we're putting in the field. I believe IS Prime differentiates us from other vaccine companies as we continue the relationship with our customers and we continue to optimize our vaccines to ensure that they are working. We continue to be creative with the offerings that we have. The vaccine platform that we have, the killed backlavirus vector vaccine, allows us the flexibility to make combinations that other companies are not able to do. So we are able to meet our customers' needs better than a lot of other companies. We're working directly with customers, directly with veterinarians, producers to ensure that they can provide the best quality health to their animals. And we never stop working with them. It's a very tight-knit relationship with our customers, whether they're the veterinarian or the producer.
