Building a Christian family in today's culture requires intentional effort and biblical wisdom. Paul's instructions to the Ephesians were revolutionary because they challenged the pagan norms of their society, just as they challenge our modern culture today. Biblical submission means following your spouse as they follow Christ, while sacrificial love serves regardless of circumstances. Children are born with a sin nature and need to see their parents modeling Jesus, not just talking about Him. The greatest gift you can give your children is to love your spouse well, as your marriage becomes their first picture of covenant love. Creating a Christian culture in your home means letting your faith influence every aspect of daily life, not just Sunday mornings.
