Self‑Realization Fellowship monk Brother Kamalananda conveys wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how engaging in outer activities with calm inner awareness can help us to feel God’s presence amid the demands of life.

Through our practice of regular meditation, offering our actions throughout the day to God, and letting go of our attachment to the results that come from our efforts, we can experience greater peace as we fulfill our various responsibilities.

This talk was given at the SRF temple in Glendale, California, in September 2025.
