This is the Quantum Time Traveller, where the universe speaks, and we're so excited for you to join us on our journey. Welcome to another episode of the Quantum Time Traveller. This is a solo transmission with myself, emma Bushall, as your guide and channeler, and I've been called to talk about freedom, actually what it takes to taste freedom, and this is one where we all have a view, a visual of what freedom feels and looks like for us, and what that actually means to us in our world. It could be anything of feeling free. Uh, how this is being received in my channel is this is about the absence of joy does not give you freedom, and that freedom comes with peace of mind. That freedom comes with peace of mind, that freedom comes with peace within. That freedom allows you to feel you're in a good place. You're in a good place to feel free and available to choose what you really want to be in your life, and knowing that you can do it, be it is the other part of that freedom aspect, because, yeah, you can sit and bathe in that beautiful, joyful place of being and really come into contact with how that really feels for you and what you might experience in that and what makes you happy and what makes you feel good, makes you feel good. But that's momentary. If all of the things are stacked against you, that you then come back into a world where everything just doesn't match and you've just had that moment of joy. The moment of joy is the taste of freedom and it shouldn't be momentary, because shouldn't is an exercise where you're not really in an aligned or an allowed place of being, where you can feel that most of the time, and whether that's your job front, whether that's your relationship front, whether that's where you're living, your environment, place that you're living, the location you're living in, um, all of these aspects are form a foundation of where you are and how you're freely um being as a person and choosing to operate, uh, and how that's set up for you. So let's just put this like this in my channel, where it's coming through as a taste of freedom in your spirit, in your spirit and your outlook and your belief.
Speaker 1:Now I just did a classic example of this yesterday and that's why I'm talking about it here in in this podcast is I actually decided, when I got up in the morning yesterday to actually have shown me, come into my way of seeing, being in my day-to-day, to experience nothing but seeing the joy in everything, seeing the beauty in everything, to make me feel at peace, to make me feel free, to make me feel pretty good in my day. And it was amazing what came up for me in my day to show me how I'm viewing my world, where I wasn't experiencing joy, where I wasn't experiencing fullness and purpose in my day, and I'll give you an example. So I got in my car and I was in my car and I was going down the road the same road I go down to my work, to my clients, um, and there were notice boards that appeared to me on radar, showing me complete and utter fear. One was about how you were going to be getting cancer and the other one is if you're feeling really alone. There's a place you can come to that you can contact. On a billboard on a bus stop in my space of all of about four seconds drive from my house. I hadn't turned on the telly, hadn't turned on a radio.
Speaker 1:I literally got up, asked myself, got myself together, set my intention that all I'm going to see today is the pure abundance of joy coming into my world and how that may show up for me and what comes up that isn't joyful. I'm sharing it with you here. Those are the two things that came up which immediately leads you down, whatever it might lead you down. For me, I made note of it. I didn't actually make it mean anything to myself, to myself, which is an art in itself.
Speaker 1:It's the art of detachment, is detaching yourself from a belief that actually, that might actually make you feel a certain way that is not actually going to be great for you that day, and that could be anything from making you remember something from somebody that may have passed from cancer, or if you've had a recent health scare, or you've watched something on the telly. It's something that has come into your immediate self to give you a fear-based reaction to something that's made you feel a certain way, without going going too deeply into that, then that takes you down a thought pattern or a process or a way of feeling that then totally matches everything that will come up in your day to that frequency that you have been shifted into because of a billboard that you saw, or I saw, driving down the street four or five seconds into my day that could really make or break or shape your day and your way of being to have. Whatever it is, it's going to happen for you that day and that's as simple as that, as simple as your external world, and it's knowing. It's knowing this, it's being world and it's knowing this, it's being aware of this, it's being aware of all these subliminal advertising, it's being aware of the way it's making you feel, it's being aware that not everything is for you to be feeling all at the same time, and it's being aware of how you actually allow that to go. Just let it go, let it be, let them have it back, give it back to the billboard people that put it up and carry on your day in your car, the way that you're going to work or however you're being in your day, so that you're managing your reaction to something that's affecting you and then making note of wow, that's making you feel and let it go.
Speaker 1:And this is the art of actually managing your emotional state in the world at every level, so that you then don't interact with people and react to situations or come across things that escalates, something that isn't great for you and you're having that absence of joy. It is a discipline, it is a way of being, it is something that you have to be mindful of and a lot of the time you go around you don't actually realise. Actually, some of this stuff has never been yours, but you're carrying it because of how you're feeling in that moment gives you reason to take it on board. Naturally, they're taking it on board but not really realizing it. So I want to leave that little exercise with you to feel the presence of joy, what it takes to taste that freedom, and how you then sustain that with a short exercise of allowing the law of detachment, allowing that energy just to pass through you, allowing the story to play out and then let it go.
Speaker 1:Or if it's something that's really affecting you on a deeper level and it's really got you, then it's acknowledging that and saying actually, yeah, I'm not over this. I'm not able to move through this and this is where I'm meant to be and then letting it go, because everything you take on is a choice, every emotion that you react to is a choice, and it's how that story began in the first place. That is the choice. Okay, let me know how you get on with this. It's an exercise, it's a discipline. Every single day, feeling the presence of joy in your life is a choice, until next time.
