I've also been completely sober at a Clozee concert and like, had a serotonin drip, had visuals, had the whole nine vibes. Like, you can get there without it too. Absolutely. You Know, So. But poison? Yeah. It doesn't. I don't around as much as when I was younger, but still, every once in a while it's nice to change the state. Exactly. Well, before we get too ahead of ourselves, I am danger foley This is the Danger Den podcast and we are here at South by Southwest in Austin, Texas, and we have the danger den house where we are hosting thought leaders, artists, musicians here for the week, we are just chatting about new tech and a lot of cool different things that are going on right now. And Ryan is here, with Get Healthy USA and he has, a piece of tech that he showed us today that, actually kind of pissed me off personally because my numbers weren't great. My bad. But I'm so happy, that you are here. And I would love to just. Yeah. Welcome to the Danger den. First of all, this is awesome. I don’t know if anyone can see it but there's a kick ass Mortal Kombat arcade in the back room. So we're going to get on after this. Okay? Great. Amazing. Do you have a fighter that you particularly like? I mean, Liu Kang cool. Yeah. So that's actually like the only one that I know. So that was going to be my answer to because I don't know any of those awesome. But so can we talk about, first of all, what you are doing here today. And then we can take a bigger step back and talk about how you got here. What I'm doing here today, like my my business, my Get Healthy USA is, is we're providing education and access to health metrics. Everyone wants to be healthy. And we know the system's really broken and no one understands that it's a business. Right? We're all going to the doctor getting on a prescription. I came from surgery and cancer research for 20 years, seeing things that were largely preventable. And so now we're using physics. We're using the math of all matter to measure your cell function, your diet, lifestyle, your health. If that's working in 30 seconds with light through the palm of your hand. And so for all of the people who are not, physics geniuses like you, the way that we talked about it before and the way that I tried to articulate it, that made sense to me when she said I was on the right track, is that it's like sonar. When this machine pulses, this frequency through the meaty part of your hand, it is looking for light essentially bouncing off of it and a reflection and so the higher the reflection, the healthier the cells. And so if this frequency is bouncing through your hand and it's not reflecting anything back, that will lower your numbers, and that means that you're not as healthy. Yeah. And so your range, you're extremely healthy and you saw your numbers improve. Tell me how that happened. I'm in. The 1% of 26 million people tested. My wife's in the .001% of 26 million people tested. In terms of health. Yeah. Cell function. Right. Wow. Measuring some specific antioxidants. And it works the same way as the pulse oximeter, that little red light. And they measure the oxygen in at the doctor's office. Yeah, right. We're tuning in to the frequency, just like an instrument tuning an instrument altitude so we can tune in to the right note. We can tune in the right frequency in this. In that case oxygen to measure how much oxygen is in your body real time. Now we're tuning into antioxidants and making sure you have enough in your cell membrane to protect your body from free radical damage. And this only comes from colorful fruits and vegetables. Are you getting enough? Yes. No. Are you at risk for disease? Yes. No. Simple. So obviously, the quality of the colorful fruits and vegetables plays a big role in this. It does. And I tell people that live in food deserts because not everyone has access to everything. it’s farmers markets Seriously, it's so messed up. And even in Denver, yeah, it's very difficult to find a farmer's market conveniently. However, how poison is in the dose? So if that's all you have, is Walmart still eat whole food even if it's non-organic or anything? Wash it. Do the best you can. You're going to have way more benefit from eating whole foods than eating processed food. Processed food is what makes us sick. The poisons in the dose I mean, the second most toxic thing on the periodic table is oxygen. Too much oxygen will kill you, so don't overdo it. Poison food is designed to make you sick. Stop eating it. So, yeah, I mean, a big conversation that has come up around, you know, how it's like the endocrine disruptors and all of the forever plastics and all of these different things. how does all of this play into what you're talking about? Like if you're wearing an Apple Watch or, you know, all of these people are terrified right now, it's a lot of fear mongering for marketing buy our stuff, or this thing is bad by this thing because it doesn't have in there. But that's not a lot of science is normally behind that. So toxins you avoid as much as you can. But your body is designed to take toxins and get rid of them. Every time you breathe out, you grow your hair, you sweat, you go to the restroom, you're getting rid of toxins, including microplastics. So the way you do that is you eat more real food, you get a higher score, and that's going to help your cell membrane work in both directions. You're going to be able to absorb more of the nutrients that you're eating, and you're going to be able to get rid of and process more of the things that your body doesn't use or need, that are toxins, that are disrupting your hormones and causing gut health issues, clogging up your arteries and causing plaque in your brain. Yeah. You know, causing you to be infertile, all metabolic means is cell dysfunction. It's only two reasons. From nutrient deficiency and from too many toxins. The toxins, like you're speaking of, cause you to burn through more nutrients. Where we are already all depleted. And then you have other toxins that you can't see, like EMF and all this stuff, even the sun. But your body's designed to deal with those, so you need to up the right nutrients to properly mitigate EMF. Your best protection from EMF, vitamin E, vitamin C, and melatonin. But everyone's deficient in these, and your body's never just one thing like, don't run out and just buy vitamin E, vitamin C, and melatonin. You need all these things that your body's a system. We're not symptoms. So when you're deficient in 1 or 2 things, you're most likely deficient in other things. And that's what we're showing. When you're deficient in your cell membrane function and antioxidants, you're actually deficient in the ability to absorb proteins and minerals and fats. Your instruments really out of tune. So for someone like me, who the healthy range you said what what is what are the numbers? 50,000. So it's in 10,000 increments okay. 50. That's the blue color coded. Also. Yeah. Yeah. Eat the rainbow, not like the skittles. Yeah. It's so fun. Yeah. So the healthy range, ideally you want to be above 50,000. Yeah. And stay there and stay there. I am currently at 28,000 which is average American, which is average out of 28 million people tested. Yeah. For most people, like 99% are actually there which 99% of America has metabolic disease and its disease doesn't happen overnight. All that means is something is waiting to be diagnosed. Once it's diagnosed, you have a medication. So they measure disease. In the healthcare system. We don't measure cell function nutrition. The FDA actually doesn't acknowledge nutrition as a preventative diagnosis. It's so messed up. Or treatment for metabolic disease like type two diabetes can completely cure. Totally. Absolutely. And so for someone like me, and by the way, do we have your machine somewhere close by and grab it? Yeah, let's grab it. You know, you got it. Oh, cheers, by the way. Delicious. You like it, I love this. Yeah. It was today your first time having it? No, it was on set for a different documentary. Amazing. I loved it that It's everywhere. Yeah. I mean, it's such a good feeling, right? Yes. Dude, I know that's what I'm saying. Yeah, I'm bringing everywhere with me. Like the music scene. Just, no one's wanting to drink at least as much anymore. Do your thing. Love it, but give people a freaking option. Yeah, right. That's not Red bull. I don't want the hangover. I still want my glass of wine every once in a while. But everyone's trying to come out with something like this. They all taste like shit. Yeah, or has some crap ingredients in it. Totally. I do not approve this. I like everything about totally. Me too. Yeah, that’s awesome, cheers, cheers. Yeah. Thank you so much for being here. By the way. I had a moment when you were going around showing everyone this crazy tool that you have. Yeah, where I sat back and I had a similar moment last weekend opening for Van Deluxe and Crested Butte, but I sat back and realized that this list that I made for myself in 2021 at like a very low point in my life, I made this list of like, my soul's dreams, like in this lifetime. And it was to be able to host and take care of the thought leaders and the great minds of our generation, and literally host them and bring them together to do things. And so having the danger then be something even cooler where we can all collectively offer these amazing resources to help heal people. It's so much better than I ever could’ve imagined. And collaboration is king. Seriously. It's so special. All right, here we go. Bye. Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah. Okay. So Does it cost money or does it do anything for you to scan people? Like what's 2 dollars. every time it happens? but I get 50 scans per month. I started off with like 1200. And the new device, it'll be free. But it only cost $2. We did the lab version of this test. It would be Thousands of dollars for literally this same technology that we're getting right here for a blood test for. For carotenoid antioxidants would be normally between 500 and $1500 on the low end. And so next year, we're going to have the ability to own one of these for $300. Yeah. Okay. So when I hear this and I believe you, but like part of it and you know, but just based on all of the whole story of it, the Elizabeth Smart thing, when she was promising that you could test your blood in the comfort of your home and you have all of these people making these crazy claims, what about this? I understand that it's like latent frequency, but it's the number one story I hear a lot, and it's a valid question. It's a great question. So we didn't create this. The NIH created this. This was $150 million acquisition of technology. This technology is used all over the place. It's on the Mars rover testing for signs of life. It's in the Hubble telescope of testing for planets and stars and what their gases are made out of. It's used in a lot of labs. Anyone who works in engineering, and especially with lasers and light, understands Raman spectroscopy. That won the Nobel Prize in 1930. There's over 120 published studies on this device. Yeah. Wow. Oh, and a computer. One of them was a ten year Yale cancer study. we have breast cancer studies outside of. Can you test for breast cancer on something? Obviously not this machine, because this is built for hand. Right. This was designed by the NIH for disease risk assessment, so I'm screwed. Change your score, change your risk level. Because there's all these other factors that we can't, you know, toxins and metals and all this stuff we can't account for. But we can tell you, if you have enough cellular protection and your cell membrane is functioning correctly by this test. Dang. Okay. All right. Cool. So we had breast cancer studies for 50,000 or higher. Breast cancer survivors. Anyone who kept 50,000 or higher did not have reoccurring breast cancer, but those that did not keep their score that high either the breast cancer came back or some other secondary cancer did. Jeez Louise Okay, you can look up antioxidants, say for cardiac disease. And on PubMed find 20,000 studies on antioxidants and cardiac disease. There's more studies on antioxidants and any disease. And there are on pharmaceuticals So this is this is some serious stuff. Serious stuff. Life changing stuff. Yes. And everyone needs access to it. There's only 2000 these devices and because this is very expensive, this is $100,000. Don't touch it. Don't touch it. I’m afraid. Me too, I'm terrified. I know she was walking in here. Got to have bodyguards on this thing. Next one won't be fragile. You can drop it and carry in your pocket. It's literally going to be like a diabetes insulin reader. Like that kind of. You get your score right. Your blood sugar and insulin and this score impacts your insulin sensitivity. So when you're crotenoids are higher, your antioxidants are higher. Your body keeping the insulin resistance is the better score. okay. So is this correlated? Obviously it is because it has to do with insulin, insulin resistance and glucose spikes. Taking apple cider vinegar. Yeah. Before big meals, which is something that I learned to incorporate. And it helps with my PCOS. It helps with a lot of different things. So makes apple cider vinegar little shot glass full with water in the morning before you start your day, or before you eat something with heavy carbs and it can help to suppress those glucose spikes. And so what this reading. So I do that though. Yeah. And why. Because that's not that's not enough to be better. Yeah. It's like modality. It's kind of like, getting an IV of methylene blue or something. It's, it's really important that it's a good modality. It's something you can do, but it doesn't replace the nutrition. So it's like a buffer that you're giving instantly with that apple cider vinegar. Real food, whole foods, berries, fruits, apples, vegetables. They come with their own buffers built in. It's nature's technologies. It's beautiful design that. Why do these things have color? Why do flowers have color? Why does every fruit and vegetable have a bright color? To attract our eyes to say come, come eat me, this is going to be good. I got all these other things in there that you need because nature is meant to be appealing. Yeah, nothing works in isolation. There's not just one vitamin or mineral. There's a whole bunch well, which is what's so messed up about the psychology of the artificial food war is they go for the brighter the color. They they are aware of the psychological tricks and the primal nature of what we're drawn to. And they reverse it on us. Make that food addictive. Totally. Yeah. Turns off your satiation. But eat enough apples. Your body will tell you when you're full, okay? And tell you I’ve had enough. So I need you to give me three things that I can do to improve my score. Simple, okay. Eat colors, not calories. Okay. Make sure you're eating whole foods as much as possible. When I say whole foods, not actual whole foods place, but foods as they are in nature. Yeah. Not you Bezos. Yes. You. Bezos. Yes, mostly the organic stuff comes from China. It’s unregulated anyways, not, wack bro, not cool. And other than that, just get enough protein and fiber. I know actually protein is a big problem for me. I have a difficult time getting enough protein. She knows Noelli knows. Yeah, But, yeah, that was I mean, thank you so much for that. And I would love to circle back with you at some point down the road and actually take this seriously to try and improve my numbers, because that was just downright embarrassing. I would like to take it as an opportunity to really look into what the heck is going on, because having the danger den is literally meant to be a sanctuary for artists. I can't be walking around with burnout numbers on an artists, or it's a hard life. You're on the road a lot, you’re traveling, totally and it's high energy. You need your stamina. built up, I mean, we have studies on products that increase your stamina with the Navy Seals published. So it's a different ballgame when it's, you know, someone's trying to sell you the science of a product. And actually, the science of a specific product for most of the industry doesn't have that. So we have 70 scientists across 12 PhDs for the first supplement listed in the Physician's Desk reference. And we actually have published peer reviewed studies on all of our products, if not multiple studies on all of our products. Wow. Well, I would love to be a guinea pig for you anytime you want. So if you ever want to test, like case study of sorts, I was, psych you know, love the statistics side of it and the case studies. And so this is converging worlds for me where, you know, I would have loved to have been a data scientist, at some point. So this is really cool having the opportunity to interact with such unbelievable technology. And I'm so excited to hear that so many people are going to have access to this within the next year. That's so soon. And it is just a really important, a reminder for everybody to just do what you can to try to live a healthy life just because firsthand. It just sucks way worse when you don't have the prevention in place. So take care of yourself. Thank you so much for being here. Is there anything else that you would like to add or say? You got the mic. So say exactly what you want. Thank you for having me. What a lovely connection through our friend Shane. Absolutely. Shout out to Shane. Yeah for sure. But yeah, it's a disease. Doesn't happen overnight. Don't buy into a lot of the fear mongering. What? Help. Whatever your situation, you can change no matter what it is PCOS, infertility, Alzheimer's, all these things you can dramatically lower your risk and improve wherever you're at. It's a state of mind. mhm Absolutely. And Having the ability to showcase companies like this who are doing, big things to change the world. And I don't say that lightly. This is really exciting. But this is why the danger then exists. And so if you are interested in keeping up with us, subscribe and do all of the goofy things that they tell you to do at the end of these things. But thank you so much for being here, and you can be found at underscore holistic underscore Hub on Instagram, holistic Space Hub on Facebook. Reach out to me is what I do full time teaching doctors, health care providers. We love entrepreneurs. We love everyone. Anyone. Because health isn’t political and we're all entitled to the information about how to take care of ourselves. And this is such an epic way to do it. So thank you and thank you for sharing your gifts with everybody here at the den. Yeah. danger den. cheers to you. Appreciate it. Thank.
