This idea came to me yesterday morning. This is the most chill, most last-minute call hang thing that I've probably ever done. Um, and it just felt like I wanted to gather with people today. I want to plug in. We have an incredible experience starting tomorrow. And I just felt this like, pull, like get on live today, jam with people. Whoever can make it can make it. It's a Sunday, and we're gonna have a great time. So I would love to know. Uh kind of because we're such a small call, I almost want to like popcorn around a little bit and like hear from you. Like, what is your number one goal right now, income-wise? And like what like what's most exciting to you about that? So I see Ashley's face. Will you go first, my love?

SPEAKER_02I um so income goal that I would love to get my business to is just starting to see uh consistent 3k months of baby business over here. But that's my first goal that I want. And um, what was the other question? I forget now. What's most exciting to you about that? Um most exciting to me about that. Um, I honestly think that's a low ball. It's like an easy to get to a number. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Like what would be like, ooh, this feels juicy.
SPEAKER_02Uh uh I guess 10K. That's the number of ones, right? Um, but I would say let's go in the middle. 5k. And what's exciting about that to me, that means that I have got um new uh women that I'm helping um every day, and um yeah, I'm having more conversations around like how I can help people with their life and the work that I do. So that's what's exciting about that for me.

SPEAKER_00I'm so happy you're here. It's such an unusual call time last minute. I just like got the pain, so I'm following it.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, no, it's awesome. I love it. Perfect timing. Um well, my juicy goal is 10k months. Uh, last month I had a pretty high month. Um, one that I haven't had in a good minute. I made like 5200 almost in my business. And yeah, for me, that it was exciting, it was um exhilarating. I'm like, oh my god, I can't believe this is believe this is happening because money was just coming in so quickly, yeah, like in big amounts too. I'm like, wow, this is like what I've been working so hard for the past couple months, and now it's finally coming into fruition, you know. Um but now this month, um it's a little slower. So, you know, ideally just creating consistency and just increasing um to eventually have like those consistent 10k months because for me it would feel I would have that freedom, you know, that freedom that I'm craving to um, and that's safety, freedom and safety, and then impact, of course, you know, helping more people, creating these experiences where people can um, you know, go out, have fun and enjoy life and not get fucked up because I'm doing these um non-alcoholic bar crawl events, which is going really well. And fun, how cool is that?
SPEAKER_00I love it. Yeah. Amazing. Thank you for sharing. Do we want to do one more share of somebody who wants to just like share with the group like what your income goal is right now? It can be kind of stretchy sometimes to like actually share this live in front of a group of strangers. So it's kind of like a fun thing to play with. Does anybody want to publicly share their income goal and what they're most excited about with that? We'll maybe do one more and then we'll pop into the the training. Um, anybody? I just saw Megan Riley pop on. Do you want to share? She's on video, she's ready to play.
SPEAKER_04I'll unmute, I guess. I don't really have a clear income goal, if I'm being honest. I'm like interesting. Yeah, I'm kind of like maybe 60K for the year, like run my signature program three times and make an extra 60K.
SPEAKER_00Okay, I love that. Cool. And what's most exciting to you about that?
SPEAKER_04Um, making an impact, having like a regular schedule where I'm not feeling like I always have to be hosting and getting new clients, but I have like a reliable rotation.
SPEAKER_00Okay, I'm obsessed. So it sounds like it's gonna feel really grounding for you. Yeah. Yeah. Amazing. Amazing, guys. Thanks for sharing. Okay, so we're gonna do a brief meditation because it wouldn't be a Rebecca call without a guided meditation. Then I've come up with a list of the biggest lies that I believe block people from having consistent 10K months and quick street cred for I think a lot of you know who I am, but um, I have done over 60 consecutive five-figure months and quite a handful of six-figure months. And I've coached over 3,000 clients, paid clients, to this level. And so, like, I've seen a lot, right? I've seen a lot of patterns, I've seen a lot of like blind spots along the way. So we're gonna kind of talk about both, and then I'm also gonna share a bit about an incredible experience I have starting tomorrow morning, which is the five-figure fast track 21-day Telegram experience. This is a sales challenge, and every single day you are going to get a concrete, specific money-making activity on that you can take action that day, plus a mindset or energetic shift to get you thinking bigger, taking bolder action. And just my number one goal for this is to increase your sales momentum to help it feel lighter and more joyful and more simple for sales to be flowing in. And I'm also asking that everybody make and keep one marketing promise to themselves for the full 21 days. So I'll give you ideas of what that promise could be. So maybe it's daily posting, maybe it's daily sales on your IG feed, stories and emails, like whatever it is for you, we're gonna make and keep that promise to yourself. One of the biggest things that actually increases sales is confidence, okay? And a sort of like embodied self-trust. And the biggest, fastest way to build self-trust is to keep promises to ourselves. And a lot of us are really good at keeping self-care promises to ourselves. But when it comes to marketing, it can be a little more wobbly. And one of the biggest reasons that mindset work can be uh like less effective is like we don't actually trust that we're gonna do what we say we're gonna do. And when you start keeping promises to yourself, your literal field, like your word becomes more powerful. You're you're commanding your ability to command reality, like your subconscious mind trusts that when you say something, you actually follow through. Oh speaking of following through, hi Brandon, you just brought me coffee and we have a puppy, so it's a bit chaotic here this morning. Thank you, babe. I really appreciate it. I actually totally forgot about the coffee. Um, anyway, okay, cool. Let's all do our meditation, then we're gonna jam. And yeah, I also just want to like name you guys are all on a business growth call on a fucking Sunday. And you know, in our culture, there's so much like anti-hustle culture. You need to rest. And I am here for self-care, right? Like I am a self-care girly. I like if I don't have my daily walk, if I don't go to my exercise classes, if I'm not, you know, getting sleep, like I care a lot about self-care. So I'm never the person to tell you like you need to get rid of your self-care and just work, bitch. But I also think that there's a lot of messaging that like makes like almost pathologizes healthy work ethic, drive, like like being obsessed with your business in a healthy way. And like I didn't get where I am by being like, oh, I could never work on a weekend. Like, that's just not the reality of what it took for me. And so, like, here I am right now, and I'm doing this on a Sunday, it actually feels so fun. Like, this feels 0% draining. So I would also play with there are ways that you can actually post more, serve more people, but it gives you energy. And sometimes we have to like break out of these ideas of what it's gonna take, or even what we classify as work, because like it's like, oh, like I some people are like, they'll rail on coaches saying you have to post every day to make sales, okay? There's a million ways to make money, there's a million different ways to make 10k months, but like being afraid of action or having like a really like delicate disposition where you can't do this and you can't do that, and this is too much, and this is not it's not the vibe. Like the vibe is really like, how can we find the sales and marketing activities and the the offer structures that are energizing, that are fun, that like you're on a Sunday and you're like, this sounds more fun than watching Netflix, you know? And not that you can't watch Netflix, right? Not that you can't. I've read so much Fairy Smut in the last year, you guys, I cannot handle it. But like, how can we plug into like it's fun to work? It's light on the system to work. Taking on clients like brings me joy. There's a deep connection, a creativity when I post content. How can we associate sales and marketing with really juicy, delicious emotions and frequencies so that bare minute, so that action doesn't feel like the enemy, right? Like we don't wanna be having action be the enemy of self-care. Action and earning money is self-care. So that's a a little start. I just went on a ramp before I even did the meditation. Okay, now we're gonna meditate. Take a few deep, slow grounding breaths in and out, in and out with every inhale. Feel your belly expand. And with every exhale, start to settle, relax and release. Roll your shoulders a little bit, roll your neck, and just feel yourself loose enough and plug into this right now, present moment. Letting yourself be fully present. Anything you were doing before this, anything after, just let it melt away and give yourself the gift of your full focus during this time. Allow yourself to pour into you. When you pour high-quality nutrients into your own cup, you will have more to pour out. And the slowest way to grow your business and grow your income is to just try to pour more from an empty cup. Okay, so I really want you guys, for each of you, it's gonna be something different, but one of the best ways to kickstart an income increase is actually to level up your self-care standards. So this may sound in opposition to what I just said about not being afraid to work, but it's actually both, right? It's like we actually have to take better care of ourselves if we want to call in more income and have a more powerful energy and an energetic potency in the online world. So sometimes it is working more, but we got to make that work light and juicy and fun. And for that to happen, we need to be pouring from overflow. So notice anything in your life right now, like do a little scan of your days. Like, what is anchoring you into a lower frequency? Maybe it's a friendship that's not quite aligned anymore. Maybe it's a habit that, you know, it's not terrible, but it's not helping you. Maybe it's a small place you've been breaking your word. Like, just do a quick scan. Like, what is actually leaking your energy right now? Um like what is it? And like, what if you didn't have to get to a place of deep discomfort and pain in order to shift it? Because, you know, the energy of increasing your income is also the energy of being proactive and this feeling of being ahead of the game, right? And so so often we wait to change until things are bad, right? We wait to start the new food plan until like we're getting terrible headaches that are getting it away with the work, or we wait to go hire the personal trainer until you know we see ourselves in a bathing suit and we're like, this is just not my healthiest self, or we don't do the work on our marriage until it's like a big blowout fight. But what if it didn't have to get bad in order to upgrade? I want you guys to start thinking about like, how can I upgrade my consciousness and bring an energy of proactive ahead of the game energy? Because another thing that really holds us back from increasing our income is this feeling of like barely holding it together where we are. And so some of you, this is another piece, some of you are, you know, in an energy of like, I'm just doing my best, but like low-key, I barely have my shit together, I feel chaotic, I feel, you know, overwhelmed, whatever. And so sometimes it has nothing to do with your worth or even people wanting to pay you or your demand, but it's literally a signal over you that's like almost as if you're in school and you're like, please don't give me any more homework, please don't give me any more responsibility, I'm barely hanging on. Like, I just I'm just you know, like almost a feeling of like I can't handle more. And the universe listens, and people smell that on you. And so if you can't handle more, which isn't there's no morality around this, right? But let's get so curious about like, why not? Like, are there things you're doing that are leaking your life force energy, commitments that you've made that are not in alignment? Are there clients you're taking on that are not the right people for you? Like, what actually is leaking your life force energy? Get clear about that, okay? Next, we're gonna bring in our angels, guides, beings of the highest love and light into the space, having them bless you, having them elevate your energy. I'm hearing that they very much want you to know that the fact that you're in this call, like the only people who are attracted to this call are in the vortex of 10K plus months. Like nobody on this call, like I'm literally scamming you guys, you guys are all in the vortex of 10K plus months. This is something that you can have, that you will have. It is certain, it is done. There is no doubt about it. It's just how fast and how smooth do you want to go? So, locking into that version of you where this is done, and you don't have to use 10K months necessarily. Something I really enjoy is visualizing a massive pile of like cash money, like a bank vault full of money, okay? I want you to imagine that in front of you. And I want you to ask that money in the next month, what are my most needle-moving actions to increase my income? And just listen for a moment. Notice any ideas that come through, notice any names. Like another thing that I always believe is there are always 10 clients in your world right now on the edge of hiring you. Who are they? Where are they? Are they in other people's audiences? Is it someone who reached out but you never followed up with? Is it somebody who bought last year and if you emailed them, they'd be so down to buy? Is it there's people everywhere wanting to hire you constantly at any given moment of any given day? They're literally floating all around you, wanting to come in. I just had this beautiful experience. We turned on our ads yesterday, and somebody who had done my programs in the past sent me a beautiful message about how she was like, I don't know, you fell off my radar, and like, um, you know, I did a couple of your programs a few years ago, and you know, it's so great to be back in your field. I can't wait to binge your stuff. Like, I've made these shifts in my business, whatever. And it's like, she was like so excited to be back in my world, and my ad just got her on the radar. You know what I'm saying? But there are people everywhere, everywhere. The demand for your work is so much bigger than you know. It is so much bigger than you know. And another thing I want to have all of you guys do is proactively notice the growth of the domain of the demand. Okay, so we have a reticular activating system in our brain. When we look for evidence of something, we find it. Shifting your beliefs is great. Saying mantras is great. I'm a real, like tangible girly. I want you to look for evidence that the new beliefs you are bringing in are true. And the number one belief that you need to be finding evidence for daily is that the demand for your work is sky high and growing daily. I don't care what you look for on a daily basis, but you need to be tracking and collecting very proactively evidence that this is true. Okay? So just notice that. Let that float in. So, so good. When you're ready, open your eyes and come back. Alright, guys. So I'm gonna go into the lies next, but I would love to know how was that for you? Did that bring up anything for anyone? Maybe we could get a share or two just on anything that brought up before we dive into the next.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, go for it. Okay, so I'm starting my first day of working with a new person, like a new contractor. I'm on boarding for doing work in my business. I'm doing it tomorrow, is when he starts. So what I got from that, or I don't know how much of this is a question, but I guess like some support or insight is good. Invest as long as he's good at the job and actually my my philosophy on hiring is like just start assigning work and if they do well, keep going. If not, let them go. So provided provided that works and this person does well, then I need to invest on the front end and just getting out from some of the mountain of client work I have right now that's uh causing these like don't give more homework vibes. So that I'm more locked in on some offers I want to launch and like free to like be cre yeah, you're already saying yes. Go ahead.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Well, okay. The first thing that's just coming through for me intuitively is like it's safe to be so, so supported. And it's also like I would really play with the belief that the universe sends you insanely incredible people, that your business, like it is like a dream to work with you, that people are so blessed to work in your business, and that you bring out the best in everyone around you. That people like, even somebody who is like, quote, a mediocre employee for someone else, like they get around your orbit and they're like, I don't know what it is about Janie, but like I just want to go above and beyond for this person. I feel so blessed to be here because the truth is, like you can step into the version of you who like brings out the best in everyone around you and like be a dream to support. So that's all I'm gonna say for right now. We're gonna do more QA in the five-figure fast track, but that's just like off the cuff, like what comes up. And and you get to be so, so supported. Thank you. That there. Yeah, absolutely. Okay, we're gonna go into some of these dirty little lies that the coaching industry tells you that you need to increase your income. Um, hold on. Where is this? Where are my dirty lies? Hold on. Sorry, I don't know what happened. This was, oh, here it is. Okay, we're pulling them up. Thanks, guys, for being so chill on my little Sunday call. Okay, dirty lie number one. Okay, dirty lie number one is that you are somehow not good enough as you are right now to work with the clients you really want to work with. Okay, so one of the biggest reasons that we don't grow is that we're not actually speaking to our true dream clients. We're not speaking to people who hold our values, who are badasses, who are light on the system, who can easily afford us, who, for whatever reason, we are subtly, we've got like a bit of a settle energy. And it's like, this is such a weird analogy that's coming through, but this is what's coming. It's almost like that concept of like dating down, where you date somebody who's like, like you feel safe with or whatever, or and and people do this with clients. It's like they can only be powerful around clients who aren't that powerful, or or whatever. And so they don't speak to the clients that they really, really fucking want to work with because powerful women might intimidate them, or they might feel more insecure around these people, or they can only be confident around people at a certain power level. But the truth is, if you want more people hiring you faster, you need to be speaking to people who are in their power. And so I would really take a moment and like look at do you have a belief that like powerful women or powerful people with money to spend who highly value your work, is that safe to you? Do you feel totally safe? And maybe even do a little muscle test? Like, how how safe does that feel to you? Because this is a big, big thing that can get in the way. So type in the chat, does anybody feel this? Like, has anybody like is this something that you guys have experienced? Like the fear of taking on clients who are maybe a little like intimidating. Yes, yes, cool, cool, cool, cool, yes. Yeah, it's a big thing. And so we're gonna we can talk about that a little bit more. But this is a big thing that holds you back because your next level is not more work, but it might be scarier, it might be more vulnerable, it might feel energetically intense, it might require more intimacy, like even like hiring people, like it's vulnerable. Getting on a call with a new client who's like, you know, a big fucking deal in their own right, and like who can easily pay you and is totally in their power, that might be emotionally intense. Not more work, but emotionally intense. And so, yeah. Okay, Jamie said I was so confident last week I felt badass and came through and I talked to people, and then I had a setback. So, so normal. I love this. Okay, I'm glad this is resonating. Okay, lie two people need one-on-one access to you to get value. This is gonna hold your business back from making 10K months in a way that's light on the system. Um, this, the the close sister to this is that the more access somebody has to you, the better. I actually don't agree with that statement. I've had programs that I've run before where I'm like, oh, maybe I should just add more calls or more access. And the quality of the questions went down when people had too much access to me. It's almost like it was less intentional. Or recently in my spiritual CMO mastermind, we started timing the hot seats to 11 minutes. The calls are so much better. People come focused, they come with like fire powerful energy, and it's just like boom, let's get in, let's go. And like it's just, it's such a yummy shift. So that's another thing is thinking that people need more from you or they need one-on-one attention in order to get an insanely powerful shift. Like, honestly, one of the biggest shifts in my business, and I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars invested into coaching, it's been incredible, but probably the most powerful program or the most powerful shift for me was a $2,500 investment. You know, like it wasn't the most expensive thing, and it was a one-to-many offer. I didn't do any one-on-one with this coach. And so, really, it's about the codes that you need. It's about the people whose energy activates you. It's about knowing your specific gap. So, yeah, that's another big, big piece. Okay, next, okay. So the next thing, so let me know in the comments. Like, have you ever felt like people need one-on-one access to me to get the most value, or I need to give more to make sure my clients are getting enough value. Does anybody resonate with that? Put that in the comments. I would love to know. Cool, cool, cool. Or that it's easier to sell one-on-one than group. That's another thing, Def. Yes. Okay, cool. Like it's so funny. Another thing with this, um, this is like a tangent, but it feels important. It's that you need to provide more information about a program in order to sell. I, my current five-figure fast five-figure month fast track. It's like a mouthful. Um, it starts tomorrow. Um, FYI Brandon will pop some of the links in the chat, but I just did a checkout page. And I'm a sales page girly. Like, I am a verbose lady. I love to write, but I was like, let's just do a really brief like this is the vibe, this is the outcome. They don't need a million billion bells and whistles. A couple of people asked me like a few short questions. I answered them, and they're like, okay, I'm in, okay, I'm in. Like it was so light and easy. So another thing is that people need more and more and more information. A lot of times, people just need to feel the vibe. They need to feel your embodied certainty, they need to know the outcome, they need to know the basics, and then move. And literally selling as if powerful people are buying is gonna be such a shift. Okay. Next lie um raising your prices hurts your clients. This is a terrible lie. Okay, so let me know if you guys have ever felt this. But when you think that charging more money or inviting someone into work with you is like somehow taking from them, and you're a spiritual, empathetic being, you are going to cock block your sales. But when you realize that giving someone the gift of investing in themselves calls forth like the most beautiful, delicious experience, and that like you're actually denying them a deep and beautiful and soul-enlivening experience by low, keeping your prices low so you don't hurt people. Like all of that shit is definitely cock blocking you. So you need to get some of this stuff, it's not even something you say, but it's like when you move through your world, when you show up in your marketing with these lies in your brain, it's it creates a friction and it makes it harder for people to pay you. And in subtle ways, you will block the sale. Okay. Next slide. And we're gonna do some hot seats at the end. So stay tuned. I'm trying to balance this while also being realistic by my current position. Cool, cool, cool. Okay, the next slide is that you have to obey authority and how things are done in your space. So many people are not making more money because they are fucking obedient to the way things are done, what people are telling them they need to do, the this is how you market, even though it doesn't feel right to you, or people who are making more money than you are doing something that like doesn't vibe with your values, or uh people say, like, you know, oh, you have to do one-on-one before you do group programs, and you're like, okay, or you have to do, I was just talking to someone on uh Get Rich Off email call this week, and she her past coaches told her that she couldn't host retreats, even though she'd already done two retreats until she filled up her one-on-one practice. But all she wanted to do was retreats, right? And it's like we we get fed these messages often by people who are in some way, shape, or form an authority figure and default, obey these people. And like, if you want to make more money, you need to get more disobedient. You need to question this is how it goes, this is what you need to do. You need to start questioning that shit in your own head. Uh, another thing is like this idea that you always need to be investing at your edge 24-7 into high-ticket coaching in order to grow. I don't agree with that. Do you need to invest to make money? I believe so. I I love investing, it has been amazing. But like, there are just these like fucking things that authority figures have told you that are totally blocking you, that you have, you get to just be like, no, that's not how I see the world. That's I completely disagree with that. I'm trusting my way, my voice, I'm a leader, I'm an authority. And just because somebody currently earns more, has a bigger audience, has been doing this longer, is older, does not mean that they are an authority over how I run my business. This is fucking huge. And when you start being way more disobedient to the powers that be, you will make more money. Okay. The next lie, this is a really interesting one that I've seen again and again, is that it's out of integrity to sell a hot specific result. Has anybody felt this way? Especially people who do inner work, people who are like people get different results for different things. People can feel a sort of like fear or resistance around claiming a 3D result that their coaching helps people with. And obviously, you want to do a result that like is that you're embodied in. Okay. So, for example, like I've had over 60 consecutive five-figure plus months and six figure months. Like I know this, like the back of my hand, right? But can you imagine if I was like, well, what if like a lot of you came here because I had the audacity to talk about five-figure months and you guys want that? Or you want something like that, right? Can you imagine if I was timid about that? If I was like, well, I'm and so when you actually declare a hot result that is in range for you, that you can help people get, when you have the audacity to claim it, your clients' results get better because they calibrate to your certainty around that result. And so I am not saying lie about your income. Like I'm not saying sell a result that you haven't embodied, but I am saying notice like the free-floating, I call it like integrity perfectionism, where we're like terrified to ever tell a lie, terrified to ever do anything wrong, terrified. So like, well, what if I say 12 pounds and you know, lose 12 pounds in six months, and like somebody comes in with a rare disease, or you know what I mean? And it's like it's too far. Okay. So this is something to just sit with, let it in, let it marinate, like, yes, integrity. But also you are co-creating your client results with your own certainty. And it's absolutely easier for somebody to buy something, like people aren't spending, and again, maybe this it depends who it is. There's an exception to everything, right? But like people aren't like, oh, let me drop 30k to regulate my nervous system, but they might to, you know, get pregnant naturally or whatever after 35. And it's like, if nobody has the audacity to actually name that result, that yes, we're not God. We cannot guarantee every single person will get a specific result. And smart adults know that, but like have the audacity to claim a hot outcome. It will help your business and it will help your client results. Let me know if that lands with you guys. Okay. Um, next, that you are responsible for your clients' well-being, like a mom is responsible for her babies. Okay, when you do this, earning more is gonna feel heavy. So if earning more money or taking on more clients feels heavy to you, it's probably because you feel fucking responsible. You feel like somebody's well-being on planet Earth is on you. And when you take too much responsibility in this way, it's gonna feel heavy and you're gonna subtly push it back. Okay. Cool. I'm gonna stop talking at you soon. And we're gonna chat. Um, the next one, the next lie is that you can't handle the pressure or responsibility that comes with earning more. You actually can. Most of you have no fucking clue how capable you are. It's almost like, and and and a big thing with earning more money, I like to think about it as like training your muscles and training your strength, right? Like there, like, okay, for example, like I remember when I first started after college, my my first real job, I was like exhausted at the end of the day. I was like, oh my god, like I'm on all day. Like it was like, holy shit, burnout. But then after a few months, I was like, actually, this is fine. And it's like we just get used to things and we get stronger. And so sometimes we think like, oh god, I could never handle having hundreds or thousands of clients. And it's like, actually, probably could. Sometimes, especially if you have like ADHD, you're like, oh, I'm just like too disorganized. It's like, I bet you could meet a version of you that's like not that disorganized. You know what I'm saying? And so start to just notice these thoughts in your head that you're less capable than you are. You have not met yet the most capable version of you, and she's a badass and she exists, and she can come in sooner than you fucking realize. Okay. Um, the next, okay, we have two more lies. The next lie is that it's somehow too crowded, it's hard in the online space, we're in a trust recession, blah, blah, blah, blah. Like something in the it's the economy. It's believing that something in a 3D external condition has power over your ability to earn more money. The people in your audience don't have money, or you have the wrong audience, they're not on your list, the algorithm hates you. Whatever it is, it's the same thing like with love when people are like, oh, there's no, there's no good men in my city, right? It's like you get to decide, like, no matter what is happening around you, that you are the exception to the rule, that you are the one that it works for, that no matter what the external conditions are, you are the one that fucking takes off. And people are like, damn, like what is she on, and where can I get some? Okay, you are the exception to the rule that gets to be something that you decide that you lock in, that you own as part of your identity, and you start collecting evidence for. Okay. Um, and then the final lie is that people disliking you, disapproving of you, thinking you're bad is at all dangerous or consequential to your life. People on the internet might dislike you. You might have a client here or there that's like, I didn't like my experience with you. You will still live. It is okay. And then, you know, so often we're so afraid of like a nightmare scenario, which in reality we could deal with. Like, if the worst case scenario happened, you could give a refund. You know what I'm saying? Like, we're and so we're subconsciously pushing the brakes on things because we're afraid of something that in reality there's like an easy fix for. Like, and honestly, getting talked about online in a negative way, like only ever has helped my business. I literally had my first 100K month after getting canceled. Like, let that in, you know, like that's insane. So, anyway, I wanted to share all of those little lies and things. And now I'd love to open it up and hear like what in here stuck to you? Like, what are you like walking away from this? Like, where are you like, oof, that was for me? Um, who would like to share? Possibly, if if possible, somebody who hasn't even gone yet today would be great. I'm like tempted to call on people, but I promise I won't be mean. Anybody want to share?

Um yeah, I love what you called out with being a little intimidated by these powerful women that I want to serve because I definitely feel like I am totally dating down right now. I'm like, let me just do the safe thing, let me do coming out, you know, but I know the real woman that I want to help isn't are are not the people that I'm helping now.
SPEAKER_00Wow. Okay, so who's the woman you want to help and who are you helping now?
SPEAKER_02The woman that I'm helping now is like she doesn't she she like self-care is really important to her, but it's not like her primary focus, and she's like a little interested in moving up in her career, but also like she's just like testing the waters with learning more about nervous system and self-care and things like that. But the woman that I actually want to be helping is a woman who is doing amazing in her career, and she's not sure if she's gonna take the next level up or if she's gonna go start something on her own. That's what I want to wanna serve.
SPEAKER_00I'm obsessed. So, what would it look like to speak way more directly to her?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I mean, I can definitely speak to all the things that she's thinking about right now. Uh like how she makes those decisions, what's keeping her up at night, just like just speaking to what what's in her world right now, rather than just being like, nervous system regulation is so cool and something good to do, and you know, like all of that kind of a thing.
SPEAKER_00So yeah. What do you feel in your body when you think of like calling that woman out on her shit? Being in front of her on a call. Notice your body.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, my throat gets a little like kind of shaded here. My gut drops a little. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Let's hang there a little bit. Pretend she's here right now, and you see her in a sabotage pattern, and you're about to call her out and just hang there with the feeling. Uh close intimate relationship with someone powerful. What was that? If you're going to be sharing, like, what was that relationship like?
SPEAKER_02Um She was very like just tell you when you're wrong, like and stupid. So she would always tell you that you're stupid if you're doing something wrong. But yeah. That was that was her way of getting us back in line and making sure we're doing it the right way. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Can we imagine in a scenario what's something you would never in a billion years have said to your grandma or say to your grandma? Like something that's like just like uh she would just be so not okay. And we're just playing like no disrespect to your to your grandma. Something you can imagine saying that she would be like horrified bombing.
SPEAKER_02I think I would if I said right back, like you're stupid, like yeah, okay.
SPEAKER_00So can you imagine right now just telling your grandma she's like stupid? Just imagine that in your mind. Yeah. What is happening on her face?
SPEAKER_02She her face is like like a horrified face.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02But then she laughs afterwards.
SPEAKER_00Oh, interesting. Okay, cool. Now I should imagine a few more like really scary, intimidating people. Anyone who got it could be a movie character, they're all around, and they're all like uh judging you. And then each one of them, I want you to just be like, you're ridiculous, you're so silly. And then I want you to say something outrageously stupid, quote unquote stupid. Like say something like bizarre and awkward out loud now. You don't have to say it out loud, you can say it in your head, or you can say it out loud, but I won't. But like, okay, the reason I'm doing this is, and then okay, so do that, and then go back to thinking about your client for a moment and that feel like a like an impressive, powerful client. How does your throat feel now?
SPEAKER_02It's clear.
SPEAKER_00Cool. Amazing. So I just want to share what we did just now. When you um your subconscious brain thinks things are dangerous when you avoid them, and so it doesn't know the difference between something that's actually happening and something that you're imagining. And so when you are feeling fear around something, whether it's in your marketing or client, when you imagine intentionally embarrassing yourself in front of that person or being not good enough, or speaking up and doing something, and you're proactive about doing something that like is completely terrifying or cringe or whatever, the fear will go away. It's like really, really wild. It's such a cool brain hack. So I'm so happy about that. And I'm curious, now that this is released, like, does it feel any easier to speak to this high-level client?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, definitely. And with you bringing all this to light, too, it's definitely giving me some encouragement of like, okay, we we gotta change some things. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I feel like we just took a year off of your timeline of earning, truly, by clearing that.

SPEAKER_04Sure, I'll chat. Um I would agree that the most resonant thing was not speaking to a higher level client. Like I'm definitely speaking to a client who is safer than the client that I think like needs my help the most, but I think the client that needs my help is the client that is not willing to pay for my help. So it is this catch 22 loop.
SPEAKER_00Well, what's the most fun for you to work with?
SPEAKER_04Um the client who's the most fun for me to work with is the client who's really ready to make a big life change. Like the clients that have been really fun for me to work with simultaneously want to move abroad and start a business and or grow their business, like grow it from a side hustle to their main hustle. Yeah. Um, and I've helped them do that, and like you know, they've stepped into this whole up-leveled life. Um, but I think I am speaking to a lot of people who are like sitting at corporate jobs and they're just like stressed out and afraid to make a move.
SPEAKER_00How can we repel those people? Like, what if you only talk to people? What if you actively in your content you're like, if you're like too chicken to even go for it, like we're not a match? I'm speaking to the people who like know they want to do this, but they just don't know how. And they need encouragement and they need help and strategy. But if you're not even willing to do this, like almost like being like, This is who I'm not available for.
SPEAKER_04Yes, that makes so much sense. And I guess what comes up is like, how? How do I do that?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I mean, what are you not saying? What what would you say if you weren't worried about offending those people or leaving them out?
SPEAKER_04That's a really good question. Um I guess I would say, I mean, you have to be you have to be willing to pay for support. Okay. That's a big one. I think a lot of people are just like not willing to pay for support. Ew, does that gross you out?
SPEAKER_00Like, I here's you need to be more open about your icks. This is another thing. I think people are really quiet about what gives them the ick, and then they end up attracting clients who give them the ick. People who don't invest in themselves give me the ick. Like, bless, do whatever you want in this life. But like, if I have to convince you that it's important to invest in your growth and you in in coaching, like you're not my client at all. You know what I mean? Another thing that gives me the ick is people who like super make fun of spirituality. Uh if you're like mocking astrology, you give me the ick. I don't want your money. Do you know what I'm saying? Like, identify your icks and be loud about them because that's what I'm calling your right people.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, that's a good point. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01Yeah, so one thing I'm really focused on right now is um like look, I know you've had many posts that were like razor sharp, but something, something that I think about literally every day was when you posted about how the shame of not being more successful is so expensive. And then I start feeling shame about that too. I'm like, I'm like, what are you doing costing yourself like this? And like, yeah, you it can be easy to spiral like that. I'm really trying to time out of this because like you can't tell me to fuck off in your own head.
SPEAKER_00Anybody who's causing you shame on the internet, you need to give them the finger in your own head.
SPEAKER_01But I know that you're right though. Like, I know that it's expensive to be it is expensive.
SPEAKER_00Awareness is good, but the second it creeps into and this means I'm not good enough, like that's like actually just wildly inaccurate. That the problem isn't the awareness, it's that like you're making that mean that there's any kind of problem.
SPEAKER_01But I'm like weaponizing against myself. I know this is this is like something I know that um like showing myself more love is like something that I've that's like really been a growth area for me.
SPEAKER_00And it's gonna help you make so much more money because we like the one of the biggest ways we cock block our money is being hard on ourselves. When we are hard on ourselves, we set a code like that everybody else around us must obey. So, like, if I want more people to be like, oh my gosh, Rebecca's such a genius, like I you better believe I better be like tracking the thin moments throughout my day where I was a genius. If I am mean to myself, it's literally starting to spin in my field. Like, be hard on Rebecca, be mean to Rebecca. Like, I believe this a hundred percent. If you spent every day thinking of like 10 things that are amazing about you and wire the shit, people will start treating you better.
SPEAKER_01That's profound. Good. So just stop worrying, just stop worrying about what tell me five things that are awesome about you.
SPEAKER_00Like brag for us, like five things that are amazing about you.
SPEAKER_01Well, so first of all, apparently it's been determined by psychiatry scientifically that some people have that dog in them, but most people don't. And like, I definitely do. Like, if nothing else, I've had big heart people on here talking about quitting their corporate job. Like, I've I've worked five months in corporate since 2019, and like I've been through shit that like I'm not ready to talk about publicly. Like, and look, the five months was a regrettable mistake, and like that was a low point that I went back even for that. But like I like bet on myself so hard. But even within business, I intuitively connect the dots when it comes to writing, like in terms of how I write stuff to use for my clients, it's sort of like what you talk about that you do, like I have that too. Yeah, I just like I see the structure and I know what it's supposed to say, and I just do that, and like I'm very sharp and on my feet, very like dynamic. I'm like, I'm always maneuvering and like finessing situations, and that's why I'm in Brandon's group. Shout out to Brandon. It's like I have a desire to like learn and know what I want to do. I like yeah, like I am a hundred percent in for being successful, and that is like an extremely rare trait. Fuck yeah.
SPEAKER_00Who was like more attracted to Janie as she was talking? Like, who was just a bad Janine? I'm sorry. Okay, okay, Janine, yes, okay. I'm guys, you gotta do. I won't. If I get if you do nothing else, make a list of 10 things every day that you're like, I'm a badass. People, it's like better than putting on perfume. People smell it on you.
SPEAKER_01That's see, that's what I'm saying. It's like this past week, this past week, I was showing up in networking, and I was showing up like a person who made it. And then I had like one, I had one day that crushed me, and I felt like rock bottom, and it was like, Yeah, I get that.
SPEAKER_00And here's the thing that's still gonna happen, but we get to bounce back, and the biggest thing there is like, how can you be so loving to yourself? Like, you're what a precious, brave human you are. So it's not just anchoring in the good stuff, it's like how exquisitely loving can you be in your lows? That literally changes the tide of your life. When you are kind to yourself in your lowest moments, you access super conscious, you access superpowers in this universe. Everything, it's like, and this is another thing, like when you are moving through your marketing, when you are doing stuff, but you're like deeply self-loving and you know you're the shit, not because of some external thing, but because you have your own back and you love you and you're with you, like everything is more powerful that you do.
SPEAKER_01So thank you for yeah, and I mean, like, I know I've talked in Brandon's group about coming back to the US from Israel, like from a spiritual standpoint, in terms of like how I'm really doing, like, you can make mistakes in your life, and like I wasn't ready and I did it anyways, and it was a mistake to come back to America right now. In terms of being hard on yourself, I was like devastated by like my mistake, frankly. But like staying in that way. You know who doesn't make you know who doesn't make mistakes? Like people who don't swing big. Oh, I thought everybody makes mistakes, but okay, there's that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, no, I mean, like, it's just uh another thing is like like you there's no way around mistakes. So again, like I want you guys to start seeing the things that you're hard on yourself for as flexes because there is a perspective in which it's a flex, and when you really feel that, again, it's like the 5D perfume that you put on that has no hormone disruptors, it's just all good. SPEAKER_00I'm good.
SPEAKER_03How are you? Yes, good. Decided to hop on the camera. I'm on. I'm I was on the road, but now landed. Okay. Um, I'm super excited to connect with you. So one of the things that resonated was like this fear of expansion, you know. Um, as I become more successful, one of the biggest fears comes up is like the fear of burnout, you know, because it's it happened before when I worked in corporate America five years ago, I was like really successful, working hard, but then I got burned down and sick. And so that's the cycle that I noticed within myself. And I one of the things I decided yesterday, I don't know how I'm gonna do it, but I, you know, anything's possible when you put out into the world. But I just launched three cities for my zero-proof crawls for June for Pride, and it's going really well. And my goal was originally to expand um for my next event sober October for Halloween to more cities in Texas, but I kind of just want to put up like a hundred cities and just go for it. Um, so I like I I uh do contract work for a company called Pup Cross. So I learned the business. I know you know how to market these events really well. Like, this is what I'm really, really good at. And these three cities are going really well. Um, but I'm like at capacity because I also have other things that I'm working on. And so that's like one of the fears. It's like, how am I going to do a hundred cities? Because I was going to do that over the course of like a couple years so that I have like that safe expansion. But a part of me is like, you know what? Fuck it. Like, why wait? Why wait to become a millionaire? Like, I can put up a hundred cities, see what sells, and like focus on those. Um, that's one piece. The other piece is I'm still doing other things, and that's kind of what I was craving support from you today. Is I'm still doing the microdose coaching. So I finally launched a group container last month called the Magic Portal. And I have five women that signed up for that container. And within within like 48 hours, three people signed up and I made $500. I was like, this is insane. This is insane.
SPEAKER_00Like it's actually their new normal, it's just normal. I love that.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it was it was wild. And so, what I'm thinking is to like I I want to like own that multi-dimensional, multi-passionate parts of myself, yeah, and create like a seasonal cyclical business because the bar crawl events, it's only four times a year, yeah you know, so once a quarter, and so the magic portal container four times a year, that would feel good because I'll get burned out doing it like all year round. And then I've also started doing consulting for other event and retreat hosts to help them with marketing. Um so so coming back to like the capacity thing and what I'm craving support is um yeah, I just feel like sometimes it's a lot, it's it's a lot of like moving pieces, a lot of things that I'm working on. Sometimes I think maybe I should just focus on one thing, but I kind of want to do it all, but I don't know, that's kind of where I'm at.
SPEAKER_00I think that the number one thing I'm hearing for you is like, do you have a daily like meditation practice?
SPEAKER_03Hmm. It comes and goes.
SPEAKER_00How I feel like if you want to be executing at a high level in multiple domains, like your daily practice needs to be dialed in. Like daily meditation, daily self-care, like really clear. Like, okay, how are we moving the needle forward today? Like, like a higher level of consciousness and intentionality on a daily basis, I believe would really help you. Because you're gonna be you're gonna be doing more. You know, a hundred cities, like, what is the version of you that steps into that? You don't have to do it with burnout. Burnout happens when we're not um, how do I want to put this? When we're outpacing what our consciousness can kind of hold. And like, I feel like there's a more like like you can absolutely do this, but you need to decide that it's what you're gonna do and start to like what I'm hearing is like command your days. Like, if this is what we're doing, let's set the calendar. You're gonna know where you're gonna be working, what you're gonna be doing. Like, what's in the way of that? Like, what comes up?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and I I do have that, like, everything is on my calendar. Um, because I believe if it's not on the calendar, it's not happening. So I feel like as far as like getting shit done, it gets done. Um the the biggest up for me is still wondering if I should just focus on just one thing, um, but then I don't make money in those other months because when like marketing those things, so I have a for proof crawls, and then I still have my Mushroom Muse page, so that's where I do like you know, the magic portal. Um but it's like I take my foot off the break on creating content for microdosing um while I'm in the season of the events, you know, and so I'm not like momentum.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. So, like, is that okay with you?
SPEAKER_03Can you repeat that if Rosen?
SPEAKER_00Is that okay with you? Like that you take breaks. I'm like, are you cool with it?
SPEAKER_03I like it for like energy-wise, because when I'm in event season, it's very hard to focus on both things. You know, like my energy feels scattered when I'm trying to create content for both. Um but then I'm not like making money in the slower times, you know. Like right now, I have to wait until more ticket sales come in. So like last month I made I had a big sponsor for Zero Proof. I got fifteen hundred bucks for one sponsor, which was huge, but that's still like cyclical, you know? And so in those lols, like I need to make sure I'm having other streams of income coming in.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So again, like there's some just preference, right? Like some people would prefer to just do it the way you're doing it, and that's fun, and that's what feels good with their energy. My preference is to have a baseline of marketing that you don't dial. So it would be you might shrink the marketing, but you wouldn't go stop start. So, like, I think we can have seasonality with our business and focus on different projects at different times. But if you want to grow everything, I would be like, what's the baseline that I need to do to keep the engine of this business running? And then also have these seasonal projects that come in and these other fun things. Like I think about with my business, like I have my marketing rituals, and then I have projects. So the rituals are the things I do every day, every week. They get done no matter what, because that's part of like the thing. That's part of what you know, what I need to thrive. And then I have project things that come in. So maybe I'll be deep in creating a course or I'll be deep, you know, at some point in writing a book or whatever. But like that doesn't mean like I might slightly lower, just like, okay, if I'm pregnant, I might not be doing the same level of Pilates if I'm super pregnant. Like, like I might adjust, but I'm still gonna be moving every day. And so you need to like kind of lock in. You can again, I don't need to like there's nothing inherently wrong with what you're doing. Like, it's not inherently wrong. It sounds like it has some drawbacks, like the stop start. You don't love that the money isn't compounding, right? But you do love that you you love the self-care, you love how fun it is. So, like, that's okay. There's nothing inherently wrong with what you're doing. I would just offer, because it sounds like you're here and you want to be making more money, you have this like I want to blow it up kind of energy of like, can we not explode, but like, can we raise the baseline commitments a bit? Like, so it's not all or nothing, but there is a baseline that you don't dip below. And I do believe that when you do that, like kind of like, okay, could it be fun to date lots of people? Sure, but like for a certain person at a certain phase of life, like being in a long-term committed relationship is more satisfying. So you get to just choose what is the most satisfying thing. Know that there's gonna be some drawbacks, but like it's worth it. Yeah, that's what I would say.
