Hello, hello, gorgeous souls of the internet. It's Rebecca Ives here, and I am so freaking lit up to go live with my incredible client Bailey. She will be on in just a few moments. Uh Bailey is in my mastermind. She is an ethical horse trainer, turned business coach, and just I describe her as human sunshine. She's genuinely one of the coolest people. And I'm really excited to talk about her journey in the mastermind, her incredible work in the world, some of her hot, spicy takes, which something I think is so interesting is Bailey came in thinking, I just don't have that many hot takes. Like, are my takes that hot? Are they spicy? And then over time it became clear why that was. Um, and I'm just so excited to talk about it. Oh, I see Bailey. So if you just want to request to join, and then I'll let you on, and then we'll just fucking jam. I love going live with my clients. It's the best, it's literally the best ever. Just taking a little sippy sip of my coffee. I hope everyone's having the best Friday. Oh, there we go. Okay.

unknown

Doop.

SPEAKER_00

Hey, hey. Here we go. And if you're listening on the podcast later on, hello, podcast. How are you? I'm so good. I'm super excited to be here. I am literally so thrilled to have you. Can you introduce yourself for people who may not know you? Who are you in this wonderful world? What do you give a big fuck about? Who's your dream client? Like who do you work with? And we'll just go from there.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my god, who the hell am I? Well, as you know, as you know, it's been transitioning. Like, what are you getting up to? Um, hey Titan. My dog is like loud in the background. He's like munching himself. Um, for the past two years, I have been a business coach primarily for horse trainers, ethical horse trainers specifically. Um, I used to train horses professionally, and then I kind of accidentally stumbled into marketing and sales.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Can you share what an ethical horse trainer is, just in case? Because I think that's like so so key.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you. Yes, I can. So for those who don't know, the horse industry is incredibly violent. Like you would be shocked by how standard it is to be uh wildly violently abusive to horses, and yeah, it's it's industry, it's industry standard for the horses to suffer deeply for their entire lives, and um it's especially in like competitive spaces, yeah. And we're also science is just now catching up to how to train horses in a way that is like conducive to their health and well-being. So there's this there's a new wave of people doing this in uh just a way that honors the horse. Yeah, um, but it the horse industry is so steeped in tradition that it's wow, yeah. It's like crazy how intense the tradition keeps people and identity keeps people holding on to the abusive methods and like denying them. Yeah, even the way we keep horses, like horses are supposed to walk um like 20 plus miles a day, and we keep them in like tiny box stalls.

SPEAKER_00

So that's just like yeah, no, but I feel your passion and soul mission to be a voice for these sacred beings, and it's so crazy because horses are so healing, and the fact that they suffer such deep abuse on this planet, but I genuinely believe like horses are medicine keepers, like they're such a they're I mean, they're like in the family of unicorns to me. I know that's crazy to like say, but I just think they're so beautiful and powerful and sensitive and healing, and they have this like healing medicine, and I can totally see how like it's almost like coming into this end into that industry first. Like it really makes sense to me, like what a deep part of your purpose that was.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. Uh huh. I love that you're in touch with that, with how magical they are. I was fearing what they are, but I love that you can see it. It's so cool.

SPEAKER_00

Animals are just like I just feel like they connect us to our souls and our hearts and like so much of humanity's issues. Obviously, they're instinctive creatures and they're animals, but like they're they're just like such medicine. And it just like it's like I feel like one of the edges of the healing world right now is like equine therapy, right? Like people are talking about like a lot of people with PTSD and and stuff like that. And you know, not to just transition. I know we haven't even gotten to your work, but one of our most powerful coaching moments from my perspective is when we channeled your horse. Yeah. And like I just I find that fast. So I want to rewind a little. So okay, keep going with your story. I just, you know, I have so much to say, and I just enjoyed it.

SPEAKER_01

But I can't wait to hear what you have to say. I'm excited to talk about it. But yeah, so okay, so as for the rest of my story, um, you know, the condensed version, of course, is that I did um I moved into marketing and sales um behind the scenes of a different personal brand. Right. Help turn the business around from losing money every month to just generating seven figures.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, pause. How did you do that? Like, how okay, so you turned a business around from losing money every month to generating seven figures. Like, what was that process like?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, okay, cool. So um, so the first thing that happened is that I took a business coaching program. Okay. And um the personal, the owner of this personal brand, she like put me through this business coaching program. I was just a social media manager at first.

SPEAKER_00

I actually love that they invested in you that way.

SPEAKER_01

Like, how cool. Yeah, totally 100%. I was I yeah, it yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Another little side note, I believe when you pour into people and are generous with people, the ROI that that person is gonna bring back into your life. This is why I love paying my coaches well. This is why I love paying teamwork, like it's so like they weren't just like, oh, she's a social media manager, they invested in you, and then you like massive that's fucking cool. Okay, carry on.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, it's so cool, yeah. And there's so much to be said about how how people really try to grip and like save everything, and it just is like keeps everything constricted. So yeah, so I went through this business coaching program with Rachel Bell back in like 2018. Love Rachel. I know it's like her, yeah. We we met in high school, so that's how I knew of her. What? Yes, that's so crazy. That's the reason that's and it's so serendipitous because that's the only reason I'm an entrepreneur now. Because I had no concept that any of this existed. Like I didn't know people were doing this, and for me, I was like, oh, different kinds of people make money and and have businesses, like totally different. Like, I'm not even in that vicinity.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Um, and then a friend lended me a self-development book. I think it was like You Are a Badass. And then I was finding it.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, and I love is that Jen Sincero?

SPEAKER_01

Yes, yes.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, can I just say I love her book because she's one of the few personal development writers with like a personality? Like, she's such a fun, I find her so fun to read.

SPEAKER_01

Anyway, yeah, totally. So it was such a cool, it was such a cool time in my life because it was like I I it was the first time my world had been opened up because my other lore is I grew up in like a almost cold. It wasn't quite a cold, but it's very intense and religious. And wow, so I was very sheltered. I had a really, really limited view on what reality could be. And then all of a sudden I had this book, and then I was following Rachel, who was making a bunch of money and like crushing it, and I was like, whoa. Um, anyways, so yeah, so told my told the person I was working for about Rachel, and then she was like, Okay, let's put you through this program. I went through the program.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, can we talk about also you're such a manifester to like just like do you see that? Like, I that makes sense to me because I feel like you're like human sunshine. So I'm like, of course, people want to pour into her, but like that's really cool. Yeah, okay.

SPEAKER_01

It's funny that you say the manifesto thing because um I I was listening to the book, I think it was like a think and grow rich or something. It was just new concepts that I was learning for the first time. And I had this like full-body electric lit up idea where I was like, I'm gonna pitch myself to this personal brand. Like, I'm gonna I'm gonna pitch myself to her. I'm gonna go to this event. Wait, so you pitched yourself to this job in the first place. Yes, I I paid three grand to go to an event that she was running as like a retreat. And that was a good ROI for you. Yeah, it was really good ROI. It was like 3k on a credit card, I was so scared. I pitched myself and she was like, Um, I don't really need anybody for like horse at horse training assistant. And then a few months later, she was like, I could use a social media manager.

SPEAKER_00

So yeah, wait, so I just okay, so like a lot of people would see this whole trajectory and be like, she just got lucky. But like you fucking did the inner work to open your consciousness, you got a lit up soul idea. Then you had the audacity, you didn't have proof that this was gonna lead to anything, but you felt it. You went to the event, you made the ask, she said no, and then later came back. Like, you created that magic, like that is fully you, like in soul alignment, and like oh, thank you for sharing that. I didn't know this.

SPEAKER_01

That's part of your lore. Yeah, oh my gosh, the lore goes deep. And thank you for hearing that and seeing that. And it's so cool. I'm sure we'll circle back to this, but yeah, magic has been a huge theme in my life as of this year. So I it's so it's fun. I'm so I'm coming back to that.

SPEAKER_00

So, anyways, um magic is my favorite fun fact in my lore. My first AOL screen name was Magic Girl R. Oh my god. That's no concept of spiritual environment. I'm obsessed with magic forever.

SPEAKER_01

Wow, yeah, that's so sick. Anyway, well, it is yeah, okay. Well, to answer your earlier question about how I did no, no, it's good.

SPEAKER_00

I'm like the craziest most all over the place interviewer. Like, my podcast is just a whole anyway, keep going.

SPEAKER_01

It's like an ADHD or stream to just like it's very spontaneous. Yeah, exactly. It's so good. It's so good. Yeah, so okay, you earlier you asked how I did it with this business. And basically, what was your process? Um, okay, well, the first thing was just learning how like more so like principles-based marketing and sales, because this this personal brand had like 200k followers, was really great at like going viral, but not really great at converting sales. And so I literally just learned like post types and copywriting.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Um and then everything exploded from there. But then another thing that happened is I just had like a business intuition, mostly based in like simplicity, because this this personal brand, she's a manny gen, and everything was chaotic, everything was so much. She was paying like a huge team to do all this stuff. And I was like, I feel like you and me could do this, like you, me, and like one other person doing customer care could do this one day.

SPEAKER_00

Wait, and I love that we've even named this in your time in the mastermind, like that your approach is marketing minimalism. Yeah, yeah. And that's been really cool. Like this thing, you just it's like your genius. Like you are such a genius at minimalist marketing. Anyway, keep going. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Minimalist marketing and minimalism with like streamlining systems and stuff, and paring down on team and like knowing just in and it's funny because I wasn't a business person before this, I was a horse trainer. Um, so but I just had like an instinct and an intuition on how well this could go uh if they streamlined and pared down, and then yeah, and it took off. So that we had a you had sight, you had foresight. And like you, yeah. Yeah, it was cool. Yeah, that part was really interesting to be like, I just know. I don't know why I just know, which is such a thing for women specifically, I think.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and it's also Claire Cognizant, I think. Like, I really do think Claire Cognizant is like one of your clairs for sure.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you. That's cool. Yeah. I have had someone tell me who's like a reader, she's like, you'll be be able to like read the future one day. I'm like, Well, sick.

SPEAKER_00

I haven't ever tried, but wait, should we put like can read the future like in your IT bio?

SPEAKER_01

It's so I feel like I I can when things are super aligned. Like when it has when it has to be, when that's my like destiny, that's when it comes through. Otherwise, yeah, I don't know.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah, yeah. You're not putting lottery numbers, you're like, it's like the destiny line. Okay, cool. Okay, so you learned copywriting, you learned kind of you had this vision for a more simplified team, marketing. Okay, amazing.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and then I did that for like four years, and it was awesome. I worked like two hours a week sometimes, and the yeah, and the program that I was selling crushed it and got like a industry-wide like um notoriety. It was really super fun. Yeah, and then yeah, and then now uh and then upstairs.

SPEAKER_00

Well then okay, how did you know it was time to go off on your own? Was that scary? Like when you were like, okay, I've helped, yeah, give me a like a peek at that.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, oh my gosh. Well, my whole it was as it does, my whole life fell apart at the same time. So I was married, I got married really young because of the cult situation. Yeah. I got married at like 20, and I think by 24, 25, I think at 25, um, I found out he was having a very like like an eight-month-long affair. Wow. And then yeah, and then my and then I had already left the religion, and so my parents didn't believe in divorce, and then also were sided with him because he was like still religious or whatever. So my gosh, wow. Yeah, and of course, there was actually there's a lot of deep wounds with my family that I couldn't even say on here, it'd be too much. But yeah, um I so I had to leave. I didn't have to, but I chose to. Um, it was time. I left my husband and I cut off my family, and uh all this happened at the same time. And I also simultaneously, the person with this personal brand was going through quite her own transformation. Yes, and and I still luckily I got to have that job for another like year, and she was really generous and and gave me a heads up like six months before she was like, Hey, I'm gonna go a different direction with this. Like, I don't even whatever.

SPEAKER_00

It was just more of yeah, so it was like uh you both like came together for a reason in a time, and then both of your paths were kind of like, yeah, I love that.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, exactly. Um, and so so I had like you know, I I already knew it was kind of changing because she had taken like a like years-long sabbatical, and I was handled like whatever. So I was like, okay, I need to either get a job or study business. And I was so terrified to start a business because of the in really intense judgment of my family, like just being seen by them in any way. And I of course I blocked them, but it didn't really, you know, it doesn't matter, like they still find you.

SPEAKER_00

Um I found out a family member who'd been blocked for years was like secretly on my email list.

SPEAKER_01

That's the thing.

SPEAKER_00

Like, if they want to know and you're posting online, like they're gonna find out, but at least your boundaries were clear, and then they're the one, you know.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, 100%. Um so yeah, yeah. So I was so scared. I tried to get jobs, but like I had a weird resume. I didn't know how to get a job. I had been self-like, because even as I was working for this personal brand, I was like an independent contractor. I didn't have like it was so and then I just knew I was supposed to have a business. So um, it was so scary. It was the scariest thing I've ever done. But then I sure launched my first uh business coaching program for horse trainers. Yeah, and um, that went that went great. I sold out my first one and I was like, Whoa, I could do this! That is incredible to sell out your first offer, like that's badass. Thank you. It was it's so cool, and I'm noticing this a lot in my own clients too is a lot of it was people I had like connect, like someone who like uh what am I trying to say? A girl who knew a girl who was like, Oh, I know, you know, so all these connections that I'd already built were really paying off. And then so by the second launch, it was like a lot slower, and I was like, oh no, this isn't gonna work like I thought. Um I worked with Rachel Bell again, who was like a lifesaver. I don't know if we can have a business without this because of the emotional um intensity and stress of having an income that goes up and down for the first time in years.

SPEAKER_00

I didn't have a you know, it's awful being an entrepreneur, like you have to like we cannot look to the outside world to tell us we're safe, especially in the early years. Like it's like such a shift, yeah. Wow, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and I thought I was like, I first I just was like, oh, I'll start this and then it'll get just get bigger and bigger every time.

SPEAKER_00

What else could possibly happen? Like there is something to the new coach optimism where it's like there's no jaden, it's just like full delulu, like how can it not work? Which I do think helps people grow fast in the beginning to an extent. So there's there's so much beauty in that, but yeah, I I 100% agree.

SPEAKER_01

Like, I'm I wouldn't I don't regret feeling like, oh, I'll just do this and then everything is gonna keep going up from here. Right. Because it's probably like it could have happened, like that. It's not impossible. People do it all the time.

SPEAKER_00

But um, and it also allows you to if I had never felt that way, because I had a similar thing, I'm like, of course it'll work. And like I it was like a a mix for me. Like it was like a roll of like a lot did work, but then things didn't, you know what I mean? I think a lot of journeys are much less black and white, you know. Yeah, yeah, a hundred percent. That's so true.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. So so yeah, so I I got more coaching, which was so important. I don't I really don't think I could have done it without that uh mostly emotional like coaching through the process because it's like I kind of knew how things worked, although I learned a lot still, but I just needed to feel I was so traumatized and fragile and coming out of depression, and it was just there's so much going on in my internal world that having that support was really important. Yeah, and then yeah, and then I did that for like for two years, and then the beginning of this year, I was like, oh my gosh, I need to be coaching more than just horse trainers, and I have all these courageous, because you had found something that worked and you were like in a niche, and it was like a very I feel like it was like this is predictable, you know what I mean?

SPEAKER_00

Like, yeah. So I just want to name like you got courageous again.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, thank you. And it's funny, I I have I I can like so see how I've been courageous this whole time. That's the only reason I can be an entrepreneur now, and also I'm like, I had no choice. The universe made it very much.

SPEAKER_00

Totally would I have chosen courage, or was I just put in this situation where I had no other choice? I feel that.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, and both are so perfect because technically I could have chosen to be like I see the universe and I'm not gonna do it. Right, but I've always yeah, I just respond to the demands of what of my destiny, so yeah, and I've gotten braver and braver the longer I've done this, and it becomes now it's a norm in my life to just be courageous in the face of like total potential collapse, you know.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, totally, and I've just watched your content come alive, like especially in the last like month or two. Can you talk about that? Like, what's that been like for you?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it feels like I feel you more, yeah. A hundred percent. So this shift has been it's been so interesting. So before my content was very like uh in accordance with my what I've done before and also just my understanding of like the principles of marketing, so not a lot of play with it, more so following the rules. Um yeah, and then lately it's been a lot more like playing, and and as you mentioned before, the second I really brought my horse into the marketing, yeah. I mean, every single time I post him, people people have a visceral visceral response to him, and he's really magical.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I feel it. I literally feel like, oh my god, I love her, I love the horse, I love it. Like my body is like love, like it feels like a like a big light when I see the two of you together. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Oh wow. So it's so it's so funny because I've always experienced the magic with him. Like we've been really close since I got him like nine years ago. Um, but I what's his name again? My name is Ford. Ford, I thought so. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I didn't even realize I I didn't know that other people could witness something like that because it feels so internal and and and relational between the two of us, but um, I've had multiple people.

SPEAKER_00

People who pick up energy can. Yes, they can't, and it's it's like watching a couple who's super in love and cute, and you can just feel their love, and you like you get a contact high. I I can feel people's energy, and I think a lot more people can than they even realize. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I think you're right. Yeah, a hundred percent. And it's so funny that you channeled that so. Strongly with um with my horse because my friend and mentor, who's also a shamanic healer, and just like the most spiritual, wise woman of my life, um, adopted mother, just like the most magical person. She's like, You need to have Ford, like he needs to be in your business. Like, he wants to be, he's talent, he's you guys have this amazing connection. And I'm like, you know, sure, okay. You know, I just something about it didn't feel like I could translate. Yeah. Um, but to like her, who knows us really deeply and has witnessed us before. It's so funny that she said that, and also you were just like, You should do, you know, you should channel your horse.

SPEAKER_00

And I was like, Oh god, Rebecca, that's my site. It came through. I think you were stuck on something or whatever, and we were like coaching around it, and then it was like, I forget how it came through exactly, but we ended up consulting his energy and his spirit, and then like that day, like sales came in. It was like a whole and you your energy shifted, and it was just so cool to like I think so often we're like, I need to figure this out, but we have so much unseeing help that we can we've counsel, yes, a hundred percent.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, a hundred percent. Yeah, and it's funny, I need to use it more because every time I'm in a situation where I just need something, especially when it relates to my horse, I'll go to him and I'll be like, here's what's going on. Can you use your manifesting powers and make and get this to work out? And it always does like he he he has he's really powerful, so that's oh my gosh, I love that so much.

SPEAKER_00

So cool. Well, so tell me a little bit about like oh, I know what I want to ask you. I want to talk a little bit about like hot takes. Yes, because like when you came in and I hear this a lot from people who are like love bunnies, and they're like, I don't know if I have hot takes. Like I kind of like love people and like I'm cool, I'm like live and let live. And I had this thought, I was like, I bet she does, but can you share like your transformation in your thinking around your hot take content?

SPEAKER_01

Yes, yes. It's so uh okay, yeah. So when it comes to business coaching, I'm like, I don't give a fuck. Like I don't care, I don't really follow that many other business coaches. I only people I like love and respect. And then uh and and if people said say things I don't agree with, I'm like, oh well, it works for them. Like I just like couldn't get myself to care. I and I'm not super deep in like the like the coaching industry, so I'm just like I don't care. I am a little bit chronically offline, like I scroll rarely, which feels really good for my system because I'm so sensitive. Um, so I was just having a hard time caring. And um, and then yes, so but then when I think about the the only thing I really have hot takes on that I could talk about forever and be like get genuinely like worked up about is just the way that society understands human emotion because it's the most magical, powerful thing. It's like literally what being alive is in many ways, and our society just has no grasp on how this stuff works, on like feeling our emotions and not suppressing it and not shaming it and all this stuff. So um, so yeah, another like kind of awakening that I've had in the past few months has been about that my work is supposed to be moving towards emotional alchemy, which I've shared on my account about like how me and my horse do that together in one of the most powerful ways, and just the ways that I've been able to survive this world as a very sensitive person. And I've started to integrate it just in my own business coaching, and it's already been one of the most powerful experiences that my clients have had is the emotional me. And like it's a it's feeling emotions, it's somatic work, it's a little bit of intellectual work, but blending them all together has just been insane. And so when it comes to things like that, I have I I could go on and on about things I disagree with, and then I'm upset that this world teaches us to like deny and disown and shame our own emotions.

SPEAKER_00

So yeah, totally I love that. Are there any common like emotional blocks that you've seen, like with sensitive entrepreneurs where you're like, this comes up a lot.

SPEAKER_01

I'm so curious. Oh my god, yes. So the one of the most common ones that comes up with sensitive people, and especially these like evolved, um, empathetic, pure soul people, is that they are not in touch with their own anger and they feel like anger is wrong. And what happens? It turns inward on themselves, and then they get lethargic and shut down and sad or and or depressed because it's all the anger is turning inward because someone can do them so fucking dirty, and then they'll be like, Well, I can see all their past wounding and all the reasons, da da da.

SPEAKER_00

So I think they call that suicidal empathy. This is a new term I'm like learning about, but I oh my god, I want to let you keep going. But I also just like anger, it's so funny. I've been doing a lot of emotional work lately and and parts work, and when I go underneath the 50%, like fear or sadness, and then I keep getting to underneath it is rage. A lot of rage. And I'm like, wait, I was not in touch with my anger at all. Like, how? Like, yeah, I would have been like, I have anxiety, but I actually have rage. Yeah. Anyway, that blew my mind.

SPEAKER_01

A hundred percent. And a lot of us grew up around an angry person, and we don't want to be that person. A lot of us, it's just been shamed, or like our anger couldn't be held by our caregivers. There's so many reasons to feel and then as we get spiritually involved, we have all the reasons to just like bypass our own anger. Yes. Um yeah, but I've worked with multiple clients really recently through anger, and it was so cool. And what's so cool because you can feel anger and not hurt anybody, like you can just process anger, which is so my client just like two days ago was like, I can't believe I can feel this and nobody gets hurt because of course she was hurt with anger. So what happened with these clients when we pro but when they had the experience of somatically and emotionally processing anger is they woke up, like they all of a sudden had energy again because it wasn't being like crusting.

SPEAKER_00

So it's like they have like fatigue or procrastination or kind of that dead feeling in the business, and the truth was that they weren't they weren't letting out their anger. That is fucking fascinating. Yeah, not letting it out and turning it inward. So, what does it look like if anger is turned inward? Like, what is that can you share? Is that like the critic or yeah?

SPEAKER_01

I mean, I'm sure it can manifest in many ways. For I would say the most common and my understanding of it is usually it results in like depression, and it could be like lethargy, it could be like low grade depression. For me, I had major depressive disorder for seven years after experiencing traumatic going through a traumatic experience with horse trainers who are very abusive. And and all the anger I could have that I should have pointed at them, which is why I was pointing it at myself, so it's so simple. Like, yeah, I've heard of this over and over again being the case, but usually it's like lethargy.

SPEAKER_00

Um wow, I really resonate with that. Oh I think I I I think this is a major fun a lot for people who and especially since I think burnout is really like you work with a lot of newer coaches and entrepreneurs. Yeah. I I do as well, but I also work with people who have like that they have gone through some kind of burnout or like they had a big success and then they yeah, and I've definitely had my own journey of that. And I think I wonder how much burnout is related to just like suppressed or disoriented rage. Do you know what I mean? Like things happen and you made it mean something and you so it's almost like you almost get like a virus. Like the body, I think that's autoimmune. The body turns on itself instead of directly identifying the threat and saying, fuck that. And like, and because we're so spiritual, see put ourselves in other people's shoes. So we have like crazy levels of empathy. And then I just think this is such it's like the real pattern under so much stuff. And I think what's so cool about you is like you do the strategy, but you also have the attunement and presence to know when it's a strategy conversation and when it's an emotional conversation. And this is where I see I've been in rooms where like somebody was like on the verge of tears, they were super activated, and the coach is like mentally talking the strategy with them. And I'm like, this person doesn't have access to their deepest wisdom, right? Everything you're doing right now is like could it could be 10 times more powerful access. So we have to be able to spot as coaches, like what is strategy and when is actually like you're just you're disconnected from your intelligence because you're in a trigger. Anyway, yeah, I could go on.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, exactly. I mean, that's something you're so good at too. I've seen it so many times where someone will come to you with a strategic question, and you're like, You're like, let's do coffee, and they're just like, I'm like, we will, because I love a copy sparkle.

SPEAKER_00

I really do.

SPEAKER_01

But you're so right about the clear, and that's something I love so much about emotional alchemy work, is how much cognitive clarity comes through after you process the emotion. Like you don't have and energy and power, like you said, like a lot of people, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Another thing is like they talk in this space, it's like be an authority, be an authority, but when you're not in touch with your internal authority, no amount of authority language is gonna make people feel like wow, this woman knows her shit. Authority is a body state.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Anyway, keep going. Sorry. No, no, passionate.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it's so good. Well, I can see why you're passionate because it's embodied in your work for sure. Like, I I I love that you do that. Yeah, yeah. I don't know where I was though, so you might have to drag me back. I don't know what we're talking about before. I don't know what I was saying, but it was so good. Yeah, yeah. Riff was perfect.

SPEAKER_00

I love it, I love it. Um, well, I am curious about your experience in the mastermind. Like, what did you think you were gonna be like before? What was your experience in there? Like, did anything surprise you? I just love to kind of hear you riff a little. Yeah, oh, of course, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so I joined the mastermind because you gave me some very distinct feedback that I was really looking for. Like, I was like, I I already was thinking about expanding my niche, but it felt really scary. And then you did the like roast my bio or whatever, or roast my profile, something like that. It was so fun, and you're and you were so fun in it. But you get it was you immediately tapped into the question I'd had for a month that I just couldn't figure out. And you're like, you know, I almost never tell people this, but you could really broaden your niche. And I was like, I've never told anyone that before you.

SPEAKER_00

I literally, and now I've said it to a couple people actually, which is so weird, like how we can change. But like for the longest time, I was like, the more specific, the better. It's the doctrine. But yeah, no, yeah. Sometimes it's just not the case, right?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, a hundred percent. And it was cool. Um, and I had been already, I had already been working with new types of people, like shamans and Ricky healers and stuff like that. So when you said that, I'm like, okay, thank goodness someone knows what's going on, because it's not me.

SPEAKER_00

Um, which of course was that? You do know what's going on, but I think we all in our own business, it's so like holding everything by yourself in your own brain is a fucking lot. And I think so many spiritual women, like to just have a reflection, a container, somebody else being like, Yeah, I see that too. Yeah, it's just like, oh, makes the whole body exhale because you do know what you're doing. But like to have to be the one in charge 24-7 is like a lot. It's like when you want your man to plan a date and you're like, I don't, I don't want to know. I don't just tell me where to be and when. I can't hold anything else.

SPEAKER_01

Anyway, cute that's such a good emoji. That's actually so good. Yeah, and not having to do things alone, especially something big and scary, is huge. So for you to come in and be like, oh, I think you could do this, and I was like, Well, that's exactly what I was tormenting myself over. So thank you. Yeah, so so that's why I joined, and I and I was kind of like, I think I came in for a lot of strategy, and then what I got was a lot of soul, too. So yeah, so that felt really good and powerful, and and again, in tune with my own magic, and I also want to say too how you are in the container is so fun because so you're so on your you're so fun in your content, and you also have like the really hot, spicy takes, and then in your containers, you're so like loving and dropped in, and and you care so much about the person in front of you. And um, I wasn't I I I I guess I'll say I was surprised. I wasn't shocked, I wasn't like, what Rebecca is like this, but I was she's a soft love buddy Pisces.

SPEAKER_00

No, but I really appreciate you sharing this because I think I do think I'm different in my content than I am in my containers, a little bit, and I really appreciate you sharing that.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. And I think that's the cool thing is that both are so useful and important and cool, and like it people are vibe vibing with it, obviously. So but that was that was my experience. I'm like, oh nice, no wonder I was drawn to this.

SPEAKER_00

Well, and it's actually for a reason because I like in my public content, I want to be an example that you do not have to that you can actually like I prioritize my soulmate clients, not everybody. And I actually don't believe in do no harm, like I think that's kind of impossible. And so I'm really focused on I want to be the voice of love for my people who struggle with a very specific set of things, and so to do that, that's who I prioritize. But in the containers, like I am in coach mode, which is not content creator mode, you know? So totally yeah, appreciate that.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. It's so fun. I always know it's gonna be fun. Another thing that happens in your in your mastermind and in your containers is I'll come in feeling cloudy and then literally just being in the space, there's a lot of clarity all of a sudden that comes. Like I'll start talking to you, and I'm like, oh, I had these questions, and all of a sudden I know the answer. Yeah, so it's all there's so much magic going on. Like, I you don't even have to say too much. Like, we can get nitty-gritty, but so many times it's happened where I'm like, whoa, I just you I just know now. Yeah, yeah. So you have all this strategy, and also the the portal is like really powerful.

SPEAKER_00

Thank you for saying that. I so appreciate it. Yeah, well, so tell me a little bit about like what's next for you in terms of like what you're launching, what you're doing, where people can find you. Like, I'd love to know.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. So, what I'm doing right now is I I have one-on-one business coaching spots with me, and it's gonna be integrating a lot more of the emotional support work, which I'm just obsessed with, like it's so important. Yeah, and so and I know you're kind of having this shift too, which is I know we're both going through a similar shift. It's interesting, it is really interesting, yeah. Um, so yeah, so I in my business coaching program, my one-on-one program, it's four months, and I help my clients to create, launch, and sell an online offer for the first time. My clients who just freaking kill it in there, like they walk away making uh at least 10k for their first launch quite often.

SPEAKER_00

And not doing everything. You do it the marketing minimalist way. Meaning, you're not telling them a million strategies, you're like helping them really zero in on the needle movers that are aligned so they don't have to literally do everything, which I think is such a differentiation for you.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you. Yeah, I'm glad you said that. It's so it's so true because my clients are typically people who have an in-person business doing healing, doing, of course, horse training, body work, um, all uh dog training. I've worked with several dog trainers. So they're people who tend to have a kind of a their in-person business is rocking it, but they're at a cap with their revenue because they literally can only be so many places at once. Yeah. And their local market has a certain, you know, okay. So so those are the people I'm working with, like these uh super nerdy educated gear souls who are ready to like take it to the next level by taking at least a part of their business online and giving them a lot more uh time and space in their lives so they're not like running around all day. Um, yeah, the running around all day serving clients in person. So that's who that's who I help, that's what I help them do. That's what I'm doing now. Um super stoked to get some more more clients in the door, especially now that I'm in more alignment with my other skill in helping people emotionally process, because that usually is like one of the major factors of like almost the biggest learning factors. And then for the future, um I expect to be moving more and more and more towards emotional alchemy work. Um I I will be interested to see how long I'm a I do business coaching. Um and I I love the tangible results my clients get in it. Like I love that after they work with me, they pay $10,000. Like that part. So it's really, really good. And also, um, like you said in our in the masterclass, you were telling me this seems like a zone of excellence, but then the zone of genius that I have is in the emotional work. And also, like I when I do it, I'm in like reverence of it. Like I feel I feel more like less like a coach and more like a channel, which sounds egoic, but it's like the opposite. It's like emptying myself out to just like serve the person in front of me.

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

And I like had a session the other day with someone where we just did emotional alchemy work, and I literally like after the this is gonna sound crazy, but after the call, I like literally like bowed on the floor, palms up, and was like, thank you for that I got to do that.

SPEAKER_00

That is what I believe every woman should leave every call feeling. I don't care if that's unrealistic, like I think that's a sign that you're in the highest service to the planet. And I do believe that when you are emotionally nourished, your highest intelligence, your highest magnetism unlocks. Like, I actually do believe that like if oh you will always be capped or you will burn out if your emotional, if your business outpaces your emotional intelligence. And that was me. I was bulldozing for years. I made a ton of money and then I crashed, and then I have to, I'm in a process of rebuilding in a way that like doesn't have my body fighting with itself, you know? And it's like like old me would have totally made fun of this and been like, fuck that. Like, actually, it's just about a hot product and a hot audience. But like the thing is there's a there's a a price tag to pay for overriding your nervous system long term. It like it's not sustainable long term, and being in it for the long term is when things really compound. So I just I love everything you've done.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, thank you. Thank you so much. Yes, yeah, nervous system and like your calling, you know, that's what you're supposed to do.

SPEAKER_00

Well, sometimes the universe will redirect you when you're on, you know, I do see a lot of people who are very focused on strategy and then it's stop working as well. And it's not because they're not good at marketing, it's because the universe is literally like this way, this way, and it starts in whispers and then it gets fucking louder. So I think being open to like, you know, yes, we have an idea of what we want our business to look like, but we're in collaboration with our higher self, with the universe. And I feel like when we are open to the universal nudges and working with those nudges, not just our emotional intelligence, but our psychic intelligence, our understanding of the kind of the role we incarnated to play for the elevation of humanity. When we are in sync with that, we're in highest service and and we get access to the miracles and the blessings and all those things. And like, like the opportunities that have people go, like, oh, she's so lucky. Often it's because we're like in right relationship with our purpose.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, a billion percent, yes. And I'm in the exact same boat as you were like, if I had heard this before, I'd be like, Fuck that.

SPEAKER_00

I could not, I could not, I was so triggered by anything. I know this is like a little off topic, but like this is what I've been realizing. And I I like have been writing up a storm about this. I was so triggered by soft girl culture, like like the people leaving hustle culture. I was like so triggered. I was I couldn't be with it, which means that there was it was that I was like anything connected to that read as like dangerous, like at a very deep level for me. And it was like, I have to override this part of myself or I won't survive, versus like, oh, this part of me has intelligence and isn't a threat, and it's just one part of me. And anyway, I could go on and on, but it's been such a it's been such a journey an awakening journey for me.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it's yeah, it's so interesting. I remember like literally last year, I think I said something like, Yeah, business is just the first and then it works, and like that. And I think it can be like that. It's like a very masculine way of running business. Like I saw you just your most recent post about Alex Hermos. I actually fuck with Alex Hermosio.

SPEAKER_00

Me too. Because I feel like he's so authentic. Yeah. And I feel that his heart is really in the right place. I just feel like I have different values in this phase of my buttons. I feel like a deep sense of power, service, and goodness from him. Yeah. Actually, so I hope that came through in the real. Like, I actually don't hate him. I I really respect him. I just am like not for me. Like we're we're very different.

SPEAKER_01

That's exactly how I feel too. It's like I think he's also what I love about the universe is like so many things can be true at once, which is that everything he says, I'm like, he's fucking right. And also, I also believe in magic. And so and it would gravity that way.

SPEAKER_00

Feminine energy sales is so different. Like, I don't know. I can like, you know, like lay by the pool and make out like my partner and have this stuff, and then come on and say the right thing and the right energy. And people are like, I don't know what it is. Like, I just know I have to work with you. And I'm like, it's my feminine that's it. Like, I don't know. Alex Ramosy doesn't have that, and that's okay. You know, it's beautiful, but like the girls who get it get it. Like, there is just this like magnetism that turns on when you're in your pleasure and your purpose and your joy. So fuck yes. Fuck yes, a hundred percent.

SPEAKER_01

I'm so I I love how like there's so much uh like so many parallels with what we're doing.

SPEAKER_00

I know it's really cool. It's so fun. I love it. Yeah, it's wild. Well, I would love to know if you have any final thoughts for this audience of like what you wish, because a lot of my clients, like, I love how you say sensitives. I feel like my clients are like witches. You probably have a similar thing, but it's like a very spiritual women. And I'm just curious, like, if you could leave spiritual women who love who are who have a love-hate relationship with marketing, yeah. If you could leave them with one message or one piece of wisdom, or one thing that you like wish more women entrepreneurs knew, what would that be?

SPEAKER_01

Wow, okay. Well, what's coming through right now in this moment, and I'll just trust that, is is something we talked about earlier, which is courage. And oh, okay. Yeah, like well, and it's it kind of goes like it goes back to you you know, you already know. You already know. Oh and it's the confusion is the fear. If you're confused about what you're supposed to do, or if you should make an investment, or if you should start a business, or if you should do this thing, it's like you already know, and the only reason you feel like you don't know is just you're afraid to do it. So work with the fear and and see courage as the solution more than figuring it out because you already know.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god, this is such a mic drop, especially for somebody who I have an open head in human design, and confusion has been my kryptonite. And you're so right, confusion is a symptom. The root is fear and like lack of courage. And I love that you named that, especially with marketing. It's so easy. So loud, smart voices of experts, and so much advice like contradicts each other that I think a lot of spiritual women feel extremely confused in business. And like understanding, like I love it when like you're kind of recoding uh emotions that people like try to fix or try to heal. And it's like, no, like confusion doesn't mean analyze, confusion means fear is present. Let's actually tend to that root fear and let like disconnect from it and notice it as a part, and then let the wisdom emerge. This is fucking beautiful. Thank you. This is such a gift. Anybody submit to this? Like, I actually want to think about this for a second. Like, what are you confused about? And then drop a level deeper and ask, where are you? And then if you weren't moving from that series from love and courage, what would that do? And then I dare you to go fucking do it and watch your life. I love you. Bailey and I love you sharing you on. Um, also, if you're listening to this on the podcast and you love this, please message me or Bailey and let us know what landed with for you. Please share this. We like we're just two picks on a mission to help people live their best life. I don't even know.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, yes, 100%. I'm super chatty in the DMs.

SPEAKER_00

I would love to yap. Yes, I love it. All right, guys. Takes care. Thank you so much for being here, Ailey. I just adore you.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, Rebecca. Right back at you. This was super fun. You're so fun to talk to.

unknown

Yay!

SPEAKER_02

All right, bye, guys.
