Have a FABULOUS day!
Let's take it too. Let's see if it works this time. You know, it's Mercury retrograde and tech, sometimes be teching. So I'm really excited to have my incredible mastermind client Robin on today, who is a master pattern whisperer who is obsessed with helping women find their way out of good girl conditioning and this good girl pattern, and I can't wait to have her on. Oh my gosh, okay, yay, there she is. So just go ahead and click the request button. It's like two little people with a little plus sign she'll come on, and I'm just so excited to jam with her. This is gonna be juicy, I guess. I can't wait. I can invite you. I can invite you.
SPEAKER_00How are you?
SPEAKER_02I'm great. Yeah, there's a little bit of mercury recognition technology there.
SPEAKER_01Mercury. Oh my gosh. I am so excited to be live with you. I was just introducing you a bit and saying how you are what I would consider a pattern whisperer.
SPEAKER_02Meaning I think that's very fair to say. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01You take something that so many of us are living inside that we just think this is the way life is, this is who I am. And you're like, yo, this is a pattern of behavior that's like the biggest block to you manifesting your dream life. And like I'm gonna help you spot it and all these micro moments unwind it and then like liberate so much energy and power.
SPEAKER_02And so Yeah, thank you. That's such a great way to put it. I really appreciate that. Yeah, because I I became obsessed with this for years, really asking the question, like, but how though? Because I would get advice for my own patterns and problems, and I would say, yes, but how though? Like tactically, how though? Yes. And then that developed over decades of finding a method and then developing this method to really help people spot these patterns, specifically with good girling, which you and I'll talk about. But yeah.
SPEAKER_01Okay, yeah, yeah. So can you tell us like what is the good girl pattern and like how like how it really called to you and like sort of your origin story here? I want to know.
SPEAKER_02It's really tough to go through the origin story in detail because I I know for a lot of people they'll talk about sort of like an arc of kid, this happened and this developed, but for me it was really sort of 25, 30s. I'm I'm my 45th birthday is next week, so I've really been working on this since I was like 20. So yeah, but but to make a long story very short, I had a ton of challenges when I was young, and I really struggled with girling, and it showed up across the board in so many ways and relationships with my family, my parents' romantic relationships. I struggled with very severe body image challenges, body dysmorphia, and so just across the board, this need to be appropriate and feeling safety and accessing safety through being considered appropriate really became a pattern that showed up for me. And when I when I started to unravel this and really wanted to claim my life back, so my life was just a dramatic dumpster fire mess because of all this.
SPEAKER_01And when I'm so interesting because you seem like I feel like if someone met you today, like they would never have that thought. Like I experienced you as like so grounded in your feminine power, radiant, articulate, like so. I mean, it's I think for anybody who knows you and then hears that, that's it's a testament to the power of this, but keep going. Okay. No, and I appreciate that.
SPEAKER_02I worked very hard to get there, and it took a really long time. And then that part of that was really me figuring this out. And yeah, for what I really for for myself and in this work, and also in I I work, I had a very long career in sales, was speaking to so many people about making decisions and really looking at what holds us back. I really started to whittle this down. I know good girling is a topic that a lot of people talk about.
SPEAKER_01They people will you talk about it in a very unique, very precise way that I had never like I understood the good girl like at a general level, but like I nowhere near the level of precision that you have. So yeah, keep going. I think it's so beneficial.
SPEAKER_02Thank you. Yeah, because I really wanted to bring precision clarity to this for people because a lot of people think, okay, well, people pleasing or shrinking or hiding or all this. And yes, these are things that happen, but what I started to notice in working with mentors over the year and really figuring out was these adaptations that happen on a nervous system level when we're young, they happen because of the way that we are just in our family and how things happen. And we learn to be certain ways, and we install these rule these rules in this like internal operating system. And so good curling for me is this very specific rule that external harmony equals internal safety. And it becomes this rule that we live by. So if we can manage the external, when the external is happy, it becomes this like control mechanism. And so for us, it's almost like a tripwire. Like we'll try to make decisions or do big things in our life, or we feel aligned with something, we want to go after our biggest dreams or show up a certain way in relationships or in entrepreneurship, and then all of a sudden, this thing happens, this rule fires, and we find ourselves sabotaging ourselves and shutting down, shrinking, hiding, shape-shifting, all these things. And what happens for so many women at that point is then we start to feel a ton of shame. Like, well, why can't I just be different? Or why can't I just go after this thing? So I really started to look at this pattern. And for a lot of coaches, they'll pick like a domain of life that really lights them up. And what I realized was I'm interested in how this pattern shows up in all these domains of life, like not just really romantic relationships, entrepreneurship, career, finances, expression, hobbies, I mean, you name it. Yeah. So I decided to become just an expert in this very specific pattern in this adaptation, so that women I work with across the board in every area of their life can really live these bold, big lives and get rewire this and what I call the good girl reflex, really slow it down, rewire it on the nervous system level.
SPEAKER_01You know what's so funny? Like, something I'm playing with is like, how can I have compassion for these parts of me? Because like the good girl reflex served us at one point. Like, right? If you had a scary home environment growing up and you learned if I'm a delight, I'm safe. And like that was that was actually really smart of your system at that time.
SPEAKER_02But now it's a brilliant pattern. It's brilliant at that time.
SPEAKER_01It's not it's it's outlived its usefulness. And often I think the trickiest part with these patterns is that we don't always know we're in them. So I'm actually really curious like, how can somebody who's like, okay, I think I might have a good girl, but like, how do I spot it in real time? Like, what would you say to someone like that? Like, how do we become more aware of that?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, this is a great question because to be honest, this is a reason why I really worked on creating a whole method because it is very hard to spot it. Typically, where a lot of women spot it is in the spiral after it fires, in the shame and the self-talk and the way the pattern plays out. And then we spot that and we try to fix it at the level of confidence or fix it at the level of shame. So it actually is very hard to do.
SPEAKER_01Okay, so it's like after the the pattern has fired. So basically, like most people kind of know it like I just set a boundary with my mother-in-law, she's mad, now I'm rethinking, like, why did I do that? And now there's drama, and then so she's aware of it then. Is that kind of what you're saying? That's a little bit.
SPEAKER_02What what I see when I when I talk to most women is that they they notice like they'll they'll have a perfect example, is like they'll have an idea or a vision and they'll want to make a decision on something, and they'll take a clear decision, and it'll feel so right and good. And then all of a sudden, when it comes time to execute on that thing, this sabotage comes in, or they shut down or they don't do the thing, or whatever. Yes, yes. Then they are kind of spiraling in this shame or confidence, like, why can't I just be confident enough? Why can't I? Why can't I, you know, what's going on with me and kind of judging the pattern, and then we look back and we're like, well, that was the that sabotage was actually a moment where that thing fired. So this is why with the work that I do, it's really about we've got to slow the pattern down and catch these little micro moments and actually become aware of it a little earlier. So that's such a good question that you ask because I think that's one of the traps is that it's very hard to actually see while it's happening. And then so many women that I talk to feel the aftermath, the sadness or the lack of confidence because it has happened, and then try to address that as the issue. Like confidence, I understand can be something for a lot of people they want to work on, but yeah, so many women I've worked with, it's like you don't have a confidence problem. You have this nervous system adaptation that's firing in inconvenience.
SPEAKER_01Which is good news, I think, for a lot of people, because confidence is one of those like sort of amorphous things, whereas this feels a little more precise. And I mean, so what I'm hearing is like you kind of like here's how I tell in my own body, and I'm curious if you see anything else. Like for me, I know when I'm in absolute thinking, when something feels really urgent, or when I'm having a big emotional response to something that's like kind of doesn't match it, those are my kind of like, oop, turn the light on, like something's happening here. Like, let's introduce curiosity, let's whatever. But I'm curious, like, how do you work with this in yourself? Like, what does it look like on a Yeah?
SPEAKER_02It was very much like that for me too, because it would be these big, big emotional and like I appreciate what you said. You're like, now I seem very grounded because I think at this age I now am. But for me, for so much, so many years in my life, it was these big dramatic meltdowns, and it was like, and then I would sort of try try to come back to people and sort of navigate, but I'm so sorry. And I would notice myself, I would notice myself in this wild, dramatic pattern. I'd be like, what's going on? Like, why can't I just calmly state what I need and state what I want? And so I I I noticed I really had this anxious way of like manipulating and getting really overwhelmed and and just a lot of big emotions, a lot of you know, acting before I could even think about it. And that's what how I really started to notice is like, why do I get so I get triggered and it's like zero to 60, a big emotional breakdown? Yeah, that that was mine, but it's interesting because it does show up a little bit differently for for everybody, and so yeah, I love what you said. These are the moments to get curious, like what's going on here. But yes, for me too, it's like once I feel like all of a sudden these intense emotions out of nowhere, it's like what's happening?
SPEAKER_01Something Yeah, and like another thing for me I've noticed is the bigger the sensation, the more my mind goes, This is really true, which is so false. It's just like hitting something, and so it's just it's really fascinating. So I'm so curious. Like, you talked about how this like impacts all the work. You talked about how this impacts all domains of life. Can you give us some examples maybe from your life or clients you've worked with, how like in different areas, like this good girl did you call it a reflex? A pat what did you call it?
SPEAKER_02I I call it like in my business, I call it the good girl reflex. And I it's just like it's this like firing pattern. And where I really started to notice it across the board in my own clients was in two key areas. It's it's across the board in so many so many domains. But for me, in my own life, it was romantic relationships and entrepreneurship or any type of career stuff. And I really started to notice those themes come up with a lot of women. And in romantic relationships, it looks very much like this like sort of people pleasing and performing a certain way, or like to be chosen, or sort of chasing to be chosen, and really putting on this like fake performance of who we are because of who we think we have to be, yeah, and then ending up in relationships or in these sort of situationships that really don't align. They're not actually a match for us. So we're not no one can actually meet us and see us and know us because we can't, we don't actually even show who we truly are. And same thing in in entrepreneurship, and this has been a bigger challenge for me was really just being able to truly put put myself out there, make decisions and actually kind of go after careers or go after things that maybe were not what people around me thought was sort of the right thing or what were maybe appropriate. And so it in my life where it's been so incredibly beautiful, is the more I worked on this for myself, I the especially in the romantic relationships department, because that area of my life was really challenging for a very long time. And when I really took a break and I thought, I'm really gonna address this, I'm going to really become internally secure and figure this out and really figure out how to like own what I want and and not do this thing and actually hold the standard of who I am. The right person's gonna come in. And I I met the man of my dreams. We've been together eight years, married for four, and and so this is and it's been this relationship is unlike anything I've ever known because I don't good girl with my husband, he won't let me. And he's like, I love that good man. He's a great man. You know, and the same thing in entrepreneurship is like I really held the line for myself.
SPEAKER_01Well, how can you tell me about the entrepreneurship one? Like, and I I really heard you say internally secure, so I have like my take on how that would show up in entrepreneurship, but how do you see the good girl show up for like an entrepreneur?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and this still shows up for me, by the way. So, this is what's interesting is that I I do blog.
SPEAKER_01Same. I literally do this work daily. I'm like, you know what I mean? Like it doesn't just we just get better at working with them and faster, you know.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, absolutely. And I mean it first started, I really started noticing it in when I when I had this opportunity to get into sales, and it was this great career for me, and I really loved it. But I started noticing it on sales calls specifically, where I was like, in order to truly support someone, I really have to hold them to the standard of what they want, not necessarily say, okay, well, if you want to think about it, go, that's cool. Like, and I, you know, I really had to learn how to Yeah, no problem. Whatever you want, I'll send you some notes after the call. So I really had to learn how to be like in true in like to really hold a standard of like this person came to this program and and caveat, I always sold programs that I really believed in, I thought were ethical, wonderful programs. It was like easy to do that because I really that standard was there. But that that really transformed that career when I learned how to not just let that little voice inside take over, but even in terms of starting my own business or or kind of going out on my own. I I worked for the Canadian government for a long time. And then when I left that job when I was in my early 30s, because I wasn't happy and I didn't want to be there, and it's the kind of job that nobody leaves. It where I'm from here, it's like you nobody leaves a job like that. Once you have that secure job, you stay for life. And so it was very challenging for people around me to be like, why would you leave that job? That's crazy. I went to work at a gym because I wanted to be in an environment that really lifted me up and felt like wellness. And so I've often done these, made these choices for myself that have kind of gone against the grain that have been hard to do. Um, and then even in entrepreneurship, like when I started, I think it was about four years ago, 2021, when I really went online for full steam for my coaching business, even that was really hard for me because a lot of people around me were not, were kind of thought it was a bit strange of what is this weird career that you're doing. Yeah. So it's it was this really having to work with these parts of self and and push myself and trust myself and notice as that reflex was firing to really power through. And it gave me a lot in terms of being able to actually develop this method fully and support my clients, it's been through my own journey of noticing, you know, how the pattern fires for me and also years of training too, and working with wonderful mentors and training programs, but a lot of it has just been my own experience.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I mean, I'm just thinking of all the applications. Also, like I feel like Good Girl is a huge part of burnout, and I know you had a journey with burnout. I don't know if you're open to sharing that. Very open. I think we should talk about that because I think it is alive in the collective right now. This conversation, and I know for me, I've been on such a journey with like my relationship with my feminine and my energy and burnout and striving and soft girl boss babe, whatever. Like it's been such a thing for me. So I'm just curious about if you're open to sharing, like what that journey was like, what you feel like maybe contributed to it, and what like how you're because I think it's very courageous to be like, I need space, and then like, okay, now I'm coming back from a more full, grounded place. So I've yeah, anything you feel called to share, I know it's gonna be medicine for people.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, well, that's really what happened. I in 2021, I just had this vision that I was gonna go online and and start my business, and that I just had this like sense that it was really going to work out. I I've I lived my life like I really trust in myself. I trusted my faith. I trusted God, I'm like, I'm doing this thing. Yeah, and and it it really did. It blew up very quickly, and I sold out my coaching practice. I took on 17 one-on-one clients, and which was wonderful and incredible.
SPEAKER_01I wasn't 17 is a lot. I think the most I've ever had was 13 one-on-one clients, but they were also copywriting clients. It was like it's like, and everyone's like, oh my god, you did the thing, and you're like Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And all I wanted to do was showing, and I I celebrated, and then I just poured every piece of myself into these incredible women that I was working with. Some long groups that stayed that were longer-term clients, some that were just kind of a few sessions, but I poured all of myself into this, and I just showed up, and I what I knew how to do at the time was just really show up for these people the best way I knew how. Yeah, it was not efficient, I hadn't built systems, and so it it just took so much out of me. And yes, I also at the time was just, you know, I I didn't really have a a good sense of kind of what the core offer was. It was just if there's an alignment and I felt like I could help this person, let's figure it out. So everybody sort of had their own individual coaching plan for me. Everything was really customized. Wow. And I yeah, and it was it was really hard to keep up. And I, you know, I found that I just wasn't able to provide for some people, I wasn't able to provide the the best work I could have. And it just, I burnt out, and it just I'm glad I went for it. I look back and I'm like, I, you know, I I tried a thing, I took action, yeah, you did, but I learned so much, and I I kept there. So there were five clients that stayed with me long term after that, but I did step back from from coaching in a big way, and I went back to high-ticket sales, which yeah, for me, it's such a funny thing to say, like the the the sort of the I guess you could say like for me, like the comfort or the security security of high-ticket sales.
SPEAKER_01In a good way, but I think if you pulled the vast majority of like sensitive spiritual women entrepreneurs, like when they think comfy, cozy, like high-ticket sales does not come quite.
SPEAKER_02Nobody thinks high-ticket sales. I know, but I I've I've mastered it, I love it, and and I loved the authors I was working on. So I went back to sort of the security of a you know, a hundred percent commissioned job, which people find hilarious.
SPEAKER_01That it really is hilarious. Yeah, yeah. But it's but it's also a testament to how skilled you are at sales. Like you're like, this is secure.
SPEAKER_02This feels good. I love to do this. And I I really took the time, and my my husband is a brilliant, a very successful entrepreneur, and he w had a bird's eye view of kind of what was going on and was really able to give me some great advice on like what to do and and how to really come back and have have a comeback that would be successful, and really how to check in with myself and how to build better systems and kind of come back. And he was just watching me go and he was like, You do you, and then he's like, Would you have some guidance on this?
SPEAKER_01Um, how would you respond to that? Like, how was that? Because my partner poaches me and I coach him. Like, we definitely have, but it can cause it's a it's tell me more. Like, what was that like?
SPEAKER_02Well, my husband is incredibly sovereign, he's a real individual, he's an introvert, he kind of the beat zero and drum, whatever that expression is. Um, so he lets people do their thing and he just observes. And he's like, if you'd like some guidance, I'll offer, but you do you. And so he really did give me some great guidance, and I'm very open to it because he is brilliant. I trust his expertise in this area, and he sees me through this really loving lens, but he also knows me so well, and he's like, I know how you're gonna be successful. And so we've had some, he's also had some pretty tough love conversations with me about like what it takes to be successful as an entrepreneur, and if you want it, you've got to have systems, you've got to build a system, and you have to be someone that can actually show up and coach in a way where you've got systems supporting you so that you don't burn out. So um, so that that's what happened, and it was it was an incredible masculine wisdom.
SPEAKER_01Like yes to the masculine. Loving such a bull actor.
SPEAKER_02And going back to the good girling is like just from before when I mentioned meeting my husband was like really holding that standard for many years where I was single for a long time and lonely, going, No, I know the type of person that I want in my life, I know the type of masculine man that I want, and I am going to hold the standard for what I want until that person or those you know, interviewees men start coming in and then I'll all align with the right person. So I I that's part of it is like I have a partner that holds such a beautiful masculine frame and leads us so beautifully, and I can be in my feminine, and he is extremely masculine because I stopped good girling and was like, this is what I want, and I'm gonna get that. So that's kind of just tying back to that, but that's why it's like that for me. Um, and it took me a long time. I got married at 41. That's pretty late for a lot of people, right?
SPEAKER_01So just I know this is so expansive for people. Like, I really want, I hope a lot of women listen to this episode because yeah, I think a lot of people like it's you know, there's so much societal messaging too around women. And and yeah, I I think it's such yeah, I really like my own big hair. You got everything you wanted by being able to withstand almost like the strong winds of other people's judgment, goods, perspectives. And you talk about this, it's like you you talk about this concept of holding like a solid shape. Yeah. Can you tell me more about that? Like what like I kind of heard you talk about for but for people who are listening, like what does it mean to like hold your shape in the world?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, so I I've had the absolute privilege of being mentored by an incredible Woman, Dr. Sam Raider, who invented a modality called source code. And in this modality, and there's a book coming out, and everyone should follow her. She's really wonderful. But okay. And in this modality, we we learn about these different coping styles. And as I was developing this method for myself, I was really gravitating towards one of the core coping styles that we talked about, which was this idea of like this people pleasing and being kind of symbiotic in relationships. And what she had described, and this is what really planted the seed for me, was the opposite of that. The antidote, the medicine of the salve, is to become solid. And that really led me to understand like that's the core of the work that I'm doing with women. And so taking this coping style, this really brilliant concept that she came up with, and then really making it my own in my practice and what it looks like to hold and actually feel our edges. Because when we think about good girling is, and for so many women, good girling takes on this form of shape shifting and like hiding, shrinking, and actually like changing the shape of who we are to accommodate. And what I talk about when I when I really mean like solid as I've made it my own is like what it means to actually know who I am. Because a lot of people will say, like, well, just be yourself. Well, so often for good girls, we don't actually know what that self is. We understand how to perform a role that other people will respond to. So it's like I know how to perform this act that will get me the right response, but I don't actually know who I am and what my solid edges are.
SPEAKER_01And so I'm obsessed with this so much. And I do have to say, this is why I do inner work with marketing. Because coaches are like, be authentic. But if you don't have that level of felt embodied self-awareness of what your authenticity is, like what you actually feel, like you can't like be authentic. This is why people have boring brands. Because their brand doesn't have a shape, it doesn't have an authentic shape. They their brand doesn't have edges, it's shape, and people smell it. The reason you you access more life force when you're in your authentic shape. Oh, I love that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and even with so much of the work that I was doing, is like I found that, and this is why I would I always come back to the but how though, because this idea that I should just be myself, I I don't actually have a self-concept yet. And this is what happens for so many women that get caught in these good curling, is like they've never actually been able to touch that self-concept work, like that idea of who I am. So, in order for us to be able to hold our edges and actually have standards and know we are, we have to first feel that solid shape. And once I know my shape, I can like taste it, hold it, I can actually return to it. So that's what it looks like in terms of these micro moments of catching a pattern. Yeah. I actually have something to, I can actually bring in a felt sense of, okay, wait, hang on, I want to return to my truth, but I actually can know that, which means I can bring it online and get back to it. And I can't do that if I don't know it, if I don't know who is me.
SPEAKER_01Yes. Okay, so if somebody's like, I want to take the very first step to like feeling my shape or knowing my shape, like how where does somebody start? Obviously, they need to go follow you, download all your things, etc. But like what's step one? Where should they start? Is there a mindset shift? Is there I don't know. I'm just curious what comes to mind.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and for me, I think it it's different with every client that I work with, but I think the common thread that I've seen is really just to like kind of be able to turn that energy into the heart. And I find the reason I love to start with the heart as a resourcing place is because I feel like it's very accessible for everybody. No matter if you have sort of a faith that guides you or you you God, the universe, whatever it is, it can be easy to kind of see the world through this like 3D lens and get really caught up with things. But when we just when we drop into our heart and we drop into this sense of essence and connection with who we are, we can often feel something that's a little deeper than all of these judgments and our personality and the things that we think about ourselves. It can really anchor us into this like truth. For some people, they then connect that truth to their faith or into God or whatever. For some people, it's just like a they connect to the ground, to Mother Earth, whatever. But it's a starting point for everybody because it brings us into this sort of sense of love and truth and connection with ourselves. And when we do that, and there's there's a lot more to this, but when we do that, it like really just anchors us into this resourced place of like, okay, like just take a beat and come home to self, and we can start to feel like who we are from that place of love. Because when we connect to the love, it's very hard to get distracted by all the other things, and it's it's a great pattern interrupt. So, like feeling into the heart space is a really big part of the work that I do in terms of like helping people resource and come home to themselves. And I have a lot of practices around this because it is a great, it is a great place to start. And then from there, when I work with clients, it's like we develop like a whole sort of sense of okay, well, who am I and how do I actually know myself? But it often can start very easily from the heart to just drop in.
SPEAKER_01I love this, and something that really stood out is you you said the heart is a very resourced place. Can you share like what I love that fray? You use really interesting words, and then I'm like, that some of that I think I'm just you know, I I but what do you mean by like resource? Are some of our parts more or less resourced? Is it that we're less resourced in a moment of activation? Like, can you just riff on them? Totally.
SPEAKER_02Well, resource is uh, you know, a core part of the work that I do because for so many of us is like there's there's unmet needs that are driving the ship for so much of what we do. And if we can understand like what are our core needs and how to actually provide those those parts of ourselves that have a need, a resource, like what they need, so often they're gonna stop these like little parts internally, our like little inner children or inner preschool are gonna start stop hijacking kind of the show of our life.
SPEAKER_01So it's it's just I I I'll stop interrupting. I just like I'm just like, yes, yes, yes, yes. Like I literally experienced this this morning. Keep going. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So it's like part part of the work that I do with clients is helping them figure out like we all have these core resources in our life that we can actually know about ourselves and we can proactively set those things up and make sure they're in place. Some of us need more time in nature, some of us need more sleep, some of us need a certain type of communication in our relationships, like all of these different things. We can find what our core resources are for us and meet those needs and actually be proactive about meeting them so that we can come into the truth of who we are a little bit easier and stay connected to those parts of ourselves a little easier.
SPEAKER_00I'm obsessed with this. It's so good.
SPEAKER_02The thing about good girl too is like we're trying to meet the needs through the these core fundamental needs that we have through these behaviors that we've learned, through these patterns that we've learned. So if we can really get under that and figure out, well, what does that inner little part actually need to feel okay? And so the heart as a resource for me is just like love is the most powerful resource I think that there is. When we can connect to the love in our heart, and for some clients, they connect that to a faith, and some connect it to like nature or whatever. But it's when we can go there, it really allows us to kind of fill our own cup and kind of take a beat and just actually feel like the word what the word resource means if we think about it just in reality of life, 3D, often it's water, food, shelter, all these things that we need to live. But beyond that, there's so many more levels to it where we actually have like emotional needs and all these different things. So it's uh to me, it's like the first step at actually really feeling like our cup is starting to fill up a little bit.
SPEAKER_01I love this so much, and I I do want to share what happened this morning. It's such a small thing, but I felt like I was like at this moment of like oversleeping a little bit and feeling like a little like hard on myself. Like, Rebecca, you should be moving faster. You should be out on your walk by now. You should be, and then I realized that with myself and I got really curious and I was like, what does this part have to say? And what I really heard was like, Rebecca, like slow mornings are everything for you. This is how your body, like you this is like if you want your peak productivity, you need to plan for slow morning. And I don't know, it was just a such a mindset shift. And it's like once I gave that part what it needed, like I was able to, and it's like that's a perfect example. I mean, so maybe it's silly, like, but I I just feel like I've heard all these productivity routines where it's like get up and immediately get in your gym clothes or like get up and go. And I hate to get up and go. I mean it's not for me, you know what I mean? I want to I want to be a little slow noodle in the morning that is like peak abundance for me. And um like just giving myself that, then I was I had such a more loving mindset, more space opened up and was like, oh, instead of fighting this part of me and and experiencing and what how I got to that was like I was feeling like resistance to getting up and going on a walk. And when I really interrogated, or not interrogated, but got curious about that part, it was like, oh, because this is actually my need first, and I have a ton of energy for productivity once my core need of slow lift known as slowness first thing in the morning is mad. It's a small example, but I think it just goes to show like I don't know, like it the qualitative shift is massive. And when we're not fighting ourselves and when we're not like I think a lot of people can relate to like this idea that they're sabotaging themselves in resistance, procrastinating, lazy, just their self-talk. And it's like it's like completely inaccurate. You just have a different way of moving, and in order to I don't know, I'm just very into this right now. And it wasn't paying with the moment, and then I made it into a post. You know what I mean? Because it's like, and I'm like, spiritual women need slow mornings, you know, and so it's just a perfect way to show like how your our healing can become our content anyway.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, absolutely. And what's interesting too is like the resources change. Like I used to absolutely need that. There was a period probably about five, six years, where I had about an hour-long morning routine with like prayer and movement and slow mornings, and I needed it. It was a core resource for me. And as I start as as as the the sort of the energy of my life and my career and things started to change, my core needs changed. And now I actually need to get up, I go to the pool. I swim four or five times a week, I get up, I go to the pool, I do sauna, I move my body really early. And that's it's it's the exact medicine that that slow morning was before, just different. And I think this is part of it. It's like the more we're important. It's important to listen to ourselves. It's it can be seasonal, it can flow, and this is where like really listening to ourselves, attuning to ourselves first, and knowing and allowing ourselves to need what we need and then meet those needs and really becoming secure internally is what changes the game for so many women that struggle with this good girling pattern.
SPEAKER_01I just love thinking of good girling in the realm of self-care. I think that's really interesting because even like there are times where I'm like, I want to go out to restaurants and dance classes and do different things, like I just want to be out, out, out, out, and that feels so nourishing to me. And then other times it's like I do not want to leave the house. And like, can I just let myself can I let myself?
SPEAKER_02Can I actually guide?
SPEAKER_01Trust this, like that. There's no right or wrong way to be in this world.
SPEAKER_02Well, and this is one of the biggest things that I teach women how to do is actually to turn the sort of, I guess we could say, like the lens internally to be like, where is the decision coming from? Like to turn inward for that authority. Because what you're just talking about is you're like, do I need this? Do I want this? Do I want this? And the answer is here within you. And for so many of us, we are attuned out to the answer is gonna be out there, so I have to be attuned and looking for it so I can match what and who I need to be. And so it's like turning that back, and this is one of the hardest things for women to learn how to do that I work with in this pattern is learning how to find the answer, is gonna be we're gonna turn inside to find it, and it can feel so incorrect at first because it's like, well, I know what my internal answer is, but how do I check to make sure that's right? That's what I get here all the time. Yes, but how do I check to make sure that's right? Because I want that, but how do I check? How do I know? I'm like, you check out.
SPEAKER_01To make sure that's right, right. Well, and even okay, so like last week I didn't go to Pilates at all, and I've had this thought like, I go to Pilates at least three times a week. Like it's like this rule or whatever. And it was just like I had this, I started feeling guilty. And then I was like, no, that was the right move last week. Like that's okay. You know what I mean? It's even that rightness, and especially I think a lot of people like there's some areas where they're in touch with their own authority, but then others where they default to like somebody else knows better than me. Like whether it's like you know, a doctor who knows more about your body, or whether it's uh uh some uh I think a lot of people like feel this in entrepreneurship when there's so many experts telling you like what to do and what you're doing wrong. And so it can be very hard to feel into like what's actually true for me. What's right, yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02And and for some people, I've and I've worked with a lot of women where it's like the pattern fires really intensely in these areas of life, but not so much over here. Like they're actually really able to trust their authority on XYZ, but ABC is like that for some reason, no, and it's interesting. I mean, there's there's no rules. I mean, it shows up differently for all, but we all have these beautiful internal worlds and how we develop and these patterns develop. So it's it's really looking at like for some people, it's like, yeah, for some reason I trust XYZ this, but not this, and pulling it all apart can be really interesting. I'm obsessed with all of this.
SPEAKER_01Um, okay, so I would love to hear about what drew you to the mastermind and what your experience has been like in there, and kind of you've been uh I feel like your voice has been on a journey, and I'm just like, yeah, I'd love to hear about it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah. Well, you the it was I just trust the divine timing perfectly. I was in a moment where I was like, I had been starting to feel incredibly secure in my work for about three to four months before I found you online. I had really started to pull together this method, and I was no longer questioning my method. I was like, no, I have worked with enough people. I this is a tried, tested, and true method. This is, I am ready to jump back in and really with my own authority, and obviously, because I'm I go through this on my own with the good girly, like I am ready to put myself back out there. And then I started to notice that it wasn't a confidence issue with the work or the method or anything. I was I would go to think about how I wanted to share the content and how I want to, and again, because I know my method so well and I know this, I had what I would have needed to be able to express this, and I just couldn't. I just started noticing it firing for me. Like I just felt like blocked, and I I would feel really creative in my mind, and then I would sit down to write, and it would just be like this blank, and I would I felt just like I couldn't get it out. I couldn't do it, and I was like, I need some help because I've got to get I want to get this content out. I actually am really excited to move and and expand my business and work with more people, and yeah, and so and then I started I I can't remember how I found you, I started following you for a while, loved your content. I was so drawn to, and I mean this in the most highest compliment of all time. I was so drawn to your audacity, your conviction, your energy. I was just like a million times yes to being in the proximity of how you operate and how you you kind of are online and your just your confidence and your consistency in the way you show up because I was following you for a while and I was like, the consistency is so hot, like you're always so I was like, I felt I so I was like, I'm just gonna wait for I know there's going to be something that's the right fit, and I think you have launched a couple of smaller things that were very specific, and I was like, no, I'm I'm gonna wait for she's gonna launch something more in-depth, and then I'm just gonna jump right in.
SPEAKER_01And then guys, anyone listening to this if you're like, oh, I have to do something specific, or like a lot of people will think, oh, if people bar aren't buying smaller offers, there's no way they're gonna buy a bigger offer. It's so not true. Like, some people are just waiting for a higher ticket, longer offer.
SPEAKER_02Literally, I was like, I need more proximity. I'll just so I know that's that's kind of crazy, but I was like, I I really was drawn to just the the way you were, and actually for a while I was following you. I don't even think I've told you this ever a while just following you and just kind of soaking up the way you are online. So I'm like, this is how I want to be. I was like, I have the same conviction in my work, and this is how I want to be, and I'm I'm really struggling to put put it out there. And so then I I think I saw the the master, I can't even remember. I think I saw it, I was I just messaged you and I was like, I think this is good. I kind of told you where I was at, yeah, feeling blocked.
SPEAKER_01And I got such good energy. Like I always get like an instant like yes or no, and like I felt like a sparkly aura. I was just like, yes, yes, yes, this is like what my soul came on this planet to do. This is gonna be like instant. I was like, oh yes.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and I was I was really excited, and then yeah, so then I I I jumped in and I think we messaged a little bit. I confirmed a few things, felt like such a heck yes, and uh then I jumped in and it's been it's been such a wild ride. I think I messaged you the other day. I was like, I feel like what I've loved the most is all the behind the scenes stuff. Like you're like the behind the scenes workbook, everybody where that Rebecca provides that like in Give Is has given me so much to really find my voice. Like it's I've I've had all these great prompts and just really been able to like practice writing because like you pick a prompt and then you go. And like I told you at first, I was just like writing gibberish just to start writing anything, speaking anything. Yeah, and and that's been really helpful for me. So, not even just the the actual mastermind calls, but the the actual prompts.
SPEAKER_01I love a good prompt from somebody who like I'm a big journaler, and I find like in my own mentorship, I'm like the right prompt, like give me prompt. I love prompts, yeah.
SPEAKER_02And you're you are very good at writing prompts, and so I was like, I mean, that's your expertise. So I was like felt like I was like, yeah, I'm a big prompt girl as well, and I I really love that. And and some of when I and I just really had to like start getting it out, and yeah, first in the beginning, it was even hard to start writing, so it's it's been really beautiful to push myself. It's been a it's been an interesting journey of of really figuring out why it's been so hard to come back, and I think I've really started to see why now, and just because of that burnout originally, but I'm I'm I'm excited because I really believe in this work and I'm excited to to have worked through this and to be able to get myself out there.
SPEAKER_01One thing I'd love to share that I think you'll be cool with, tell me if not, but like this idea of I I know one of your shifts was like almost approaching marketing from like I'm the director of marketing for a big company versus like intimacy with the are you open to chatting about this?
SPEAKER_02A hundred percent. This is so funny. I I so I I texted my actually last week I was in New York City with my best friend, and so yeah, I had I was back by the time we had our call, but I texted her, I was like, this is so funny, this just like landed in this call because yeah, this is such an obvious thing, but this was so clear for me. It was like because you were like, it's almost like you're trying to be like you're trying to embody this role of like this like marketing director to get it.
SPEAKER_01I felt like you were like the way you were talking about your marketing, I was like, I feel like she's the director of marketing for like yoga journal or like some big wellness brand where she's the director of marketing for like a big impersonal brand, or not impersonal, but like a wellness brand, not an yeah, okay, keep going.
SPEAKER_02But even more importantly, it's like I'm holding what what I was focusing on was how to perform perfectly and properly in this marketing role, as though I am the director of marketing, having lost sight completely of the fact that that's not my job. My job is to get online and to just have the skills that I need to be able to really connect with the women that I know that are out there that are just freaking done with this pattern. Because the clients that come to me are they come to me at a point where they're like, they have decided it's enough. It's no longer about like, I think I might have this pattern. It's this is done. I'm done. And so it's always like, it's always this big like, I know I'm gonna change this, I'm just not sure how. And so I I really know what it's like to be in that place, that spiral where you're just like, I've said this is done, it's still spiraling, but absolutely it cannot any longer. And I'm ready and I'm just waiting for that person to show up. So you reminded me that it's it's not about getting being the marketing director, it's about simply having the skills to be able to actually be the coach, the identity specialist, the practitioner, the the woman that is here to like walk with these clients and and walk through the fire of this change. And that landed so deeply for me because that little perfectionism part of me was trying to like be this like perfect marketing director, and that and I was like, oh my goodness, yeah, like why do I need to have like all these perfect content pillars? I know my work, I can speak about it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and so so I love that it's I there's two things about this that I really love. One is like understanding like the purpose of the content is to create the sense because I see this with a lot of coaches where they're like very focused on being super good at content rather than like when you are a coach or healer, your number one job is to have a woman who's just rolling Instagram find you and be like, holy fuck, she sees me. Like this woman sees something and is articulating something that I have not put words to, but that feels so deep and so real. And I like her or I'm activated by her in a way that I sense has growth for me, or like there's something like I feel like I could be really real with her. And so that is what we're going for. Not like damn those graphics, unless you're a graphic designer. But so many people who are coaches and healers. And the real goal is for somebody to feel a level of intimacy and trust with you. Their entire focus on marketing, I'm not saying this is you, but this is a really big pattern that I noticed. The focus of the marketing is like, am I doing marketing, this dance of marketing perfectly rather than am I? And marketing gets so much easier when it's like you're not auditioning for marketing director role. The role you're not even auditioning for, but the role you're here for is like deep soul counsel. So it's like a totally different set of what qualifies you.
SPEAKER_02It was such a powerful reframe. Like I can't, I cannot, I would say that reframe is probably worth the whole investment of the mastermind, to be honest, because it like it was it was just something clicked. I was like, yeah. And and I I started, and I last week I was really going through because I were creating this new website. So I was doing all these testimonials, and as I was watching all the testimonials, I was like, oh yeah, like I'm here for the women who are like the late bloomers, and usually it's good girls and late bloomers kind of ends up being a very similar thing. So it's like women, women in their 30s, 40s, 50s who are like, that's it, like enough's enough. I'm gonna reclaim this one precious life I have to live. I'm this, I'm not living this way anymore. And I as I was looking through these testimonials, I was like, oh yeah, like these are my women, my people, and I know what it's like.
SPEAKER_01And they're not like oh my god, she made a spelling mistake, or I don't love her color on her graphic. They're like, they're like, I feel exposed in the best way when I read her content. It's yes, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, or my my goal with with with content or with anything with this is I I want women to really see like I see a tactical and practical way out of this. Like I see, oh, this this is actually describing this in a problem, and I can actually see a pathway out of this thing because so much of it.
SPEAKER_01I love that you said pathway out. Like I really want to highlight that because I think this is there are a lot of very aware people who can tell you about their patterns that those patterns aren't shifting. And what you're offering people is a very practical pathway to shifting the pattern, because like the point isn't to just self-analyze forever, it's to actually get out of this pattern and act as the version of you who's not ruled by the pattern.
SPEAKER_02100%. I'm actually very tough love about this. My clients will say, like, I'm very tough love about this. Because, well, because uh being able to describe your problem to me in like here's why I do this, is like to be honest, like right at the beginning, the the first the first module of my program is like this is done. Like you can you have five minutes to describe this and then that's it. No more.
SPEAKER_01I love that boundary, it feels so good because we can get addicted to telling the story of why we're so fucked up and then just like practice it, you know.
SPEAKER_02Exactly. And that is really extremely uninteresting to me at this point. And it's not that I don't care about people, just I know you put that in a post.
SPEAKER_01I want I want to hear a post where you're like, I am extremely uninterested in why you're like this. In why you're like this. Like, I could I could not care less and here's why.
SPEAKER_02Like, that's kind of a I mean it in the best way because what really changed my life was when I had people, healers and therapists and people in my life that were like, I do not care why you are like this. I want to know in the micro moment when the pattern fires, do you know what to do? Can you actually rewire this? Right?
SPEAKER_01So then Mike, do you know what to do in that moment? And if not, like go higher.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01Like go to her page right now. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Well, because that's the thing, is what if we're really talking about long-term freedom, and this is for the the pillars of my program are secure, clear, and free, because we have to feel first secure, and then we have to feel clear in who we are. So secure is the ability to like turn in and actually meet our needs and meet ourselves and actually connect with ourselves. And then the the clear is like that solid we were talking about is like, well, who am I? Do I actually know me? And then the free is like, how do I actually use those two now that I can meet myself and now that I know myself, how do I actually use that to manifest this life in my dreams and actually work with my brain and my nervous system and actually get out of this and become this magnetic, confident, wonderful person that can attract all the things that I want in my life and actually like work with energy and know what to do. But we can't do any of that work until we stop explaining the problem or why we got here. The awareness of the problem is just it's a spiral.
SPEAKER_01And something else coming through as you're saying this is even you noticing patterns and creating your own methodology is such a testament to the fact that you're not good girling. Because I think another symptom of good girling is collecting certifications and always using other people's modalities rather than noticing patterns and creating your own modality and being like, this is what I see. Like that takes so much audacity to be like, I noticed. And this is one of the biggest things in content that I notice too is a lot of people are repeating things, but they're not noticing like noticing things, trusting their opinion and trusting that what they notice is valid, and then speaking on what they notice, which is the birth of real thought leadership. This is why you have a modality, it's it's rooted in your own perception and trust in that perception. And too many people do not trust their own perception, and that's why their content sounds like everybody else.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. And I I mean, I have to be fair too, like I did I have done a bunch of certifications that made me feel confident to pull these pieces. I mean, I've done more certifications than I could count on both ends.
SPEAKER_01I'm constantly learning, but the your ability to be like, I took a bunch of different things and I and my client data, I noticed the pattern, and now this is my modality, like that is really powerful. And that's like a way like I think because in the online space, we're always people are like, be an authority, be an authority. And what I see is a lot of people performing authority, but it's not it's not embodied authority, and that's why it doesn't work. They'll do like a they'll use confident language, but it won't land because people can just feel in the body if something is coming from real authority or not not to make not saying this to like give people something else to be insecure about, like that's not my meaning, but like there is a difference, and when you speak about this pattern, like I've heard people talk about the good girl before, and I've always been like, that's cool. But when you spoke about it, I felt the truth in my body. And that is why it doesn't surprise me. Like the first post you made back, like people came in, like people it's why your business blew up when you look at people around and you're like, Why can two people have the same strategy? Or one person do a lot more than another, and they're the person doing less is getting better results. Why are you such an amazing salesperson? It's because you speak from a place in your body, in your authentic authority that just lands as truth and is inherently trustworthy and you know, in the online space, especially with all the AI, like when you can find your shape and speak from that place, which is what you help people do. Every strategy works so much better. Yeah, it's true.
SPEAKER_02Exactly. Anyway, I'm I really I appreciate that compliment so much because I have worked, like I have I started really working on these parts of myself probably when I was like about 20, 22, 23, when things were really not going well in my life. I started tasting a little bit of like, what do I need to work on and how do I develop myself? And I've been developing myself since then I'm turning 45 on the 24th of July. So it's it's really taken me a long time to feel that. And so, but I know it's possible. This is the conviction that you feel for me is I know it is possible.
SPEAKER_01I can tell you no, and yeah, I want to work with coaches who know. That is the most underrated. I want to follow people online who know. Not because they're borrowing knowing, but because they've gone deep in themselves and I can feel it, and it's so trustworthy.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I'm really glad to hear that. And that's you said it perfectly. That's what I want women to develop. That's why I want to help them develop, because I know it's possible for every single woman to feel that and have that in her own way with her own expertise or brilliance or whatever it is. Like, I just know it's so possible. And these these wirings and these adaptations from when we're young that we take with us that no longer serve us, we can rewire them. What was wired can be rewired. We really can do this. Yeah, so good.
SPEAKER_01Oh what a breath of fresh air. Um oh my gosh, I love this so much. I'm trying to think about it.
SPEAKER_02I want to say one, I want to say one more thing about working with you because I want anyone that's considering to work with you. It's just, yeah, like I've just really felt that it's not even so much like you give great guidance and that the program has been wonderful and everything, but it's also just being in your energy. And I know a lot of people say, like, well, whatever, but being in your proximity.
SPEAKER_00Like, it's just the energy. I came for strategy. I got soul. I don't know what it wasn't anything specific. I just felt clear after the call. They always say that.
SPEAKER_02This is yeah, I just I mean, and I know a lot of people talk about proximity, but in this particular case, like I really did feel like you set a standard, and I felt like I was able to be like, okay, yes. And even if I was like, when I was just like writing and it was gibberish, I was like, no, like I'm gonna do this because this is the standard. Like, I want to be great at this, and I want to be excellent at it. And I really felt like that was excellent at it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, like you are you have you well, here's what I will say marketing is an ever-evolving skill set, but you're so clearly an expert in what you do. It just it's so apparent every time you talk. So it's like, anyway.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, thank you. But I but but I just wanted to say because I really do feel like just there's some there's a magical quality about being in your containers that that like I can't put my finger on, so I'm not surprised other people have shared it as well. They're like, I don't really know what it is.
SPEAKER_00I'm like, that's so helpful. No, I'm just kidding.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I know it's wildly unhelpful, but if anyone is interested in experiencing this magical quality, this vague magical quality.
SPEAKER_01No, but I do think well, I what I'm hearing in what you said is like consistent bold content was something that you saw as a very clear, this is going to move my business forward. And when we're in a room full of people, you said something, you were like each week coming to the calls, and we're it's like the content is what we do here that it starts to become normal to your brain. Like if you want to start working out and you have a roommate that works out and eats healthy every day, and you hang out with that roommate, like you're gonna, it's gonna start occurring to you. Exactly. It's like you sync to people, like periods sync, right? So do a behavior so do like content consistency, right? So I love that. Yeah. Um, and then I also think on the boldness side, something that I'm really committed to in my rooms is like boldness is celebrated, and I do not have to agree with my clients' takes on certain topics. Like I my thing is like, is it aligned with as in your language, like your authentic shape? Right. And so to me, I think when we're in a room where, because most rooms are not like that, there's a lot of rooms where there is a level where your expression actually is much too much and will cost you belonging. You know what I'm saying? And so when the intention of the room is bold self-expression, and that's part of the culture, I do think like some of the good girling, like it almost is like, well, to belong here, I don't have to be a good girl. So like that's good, you know what I mean?
SPEAKER_02So I think the perfect way to put it. Yeah, exactly. And I I felt that from you, and I felt I think the boldness was one of the things that really drew me to you because I was like, that's for me, is like I'm always trying to figure out how to it really express my boldness and really allow myself to be in that. So I was like, you're exactly right. It's like wait, if you want to exercise, you go hang out with healthy people and exercise all the time. It's like content is what is what we do here. So it's yeah, I think that's that's been and it's just it's just been so wonderful to be in this. I'm I could not be happier about this relationship, this investment. Like, I'm just so I'm so happy. I'm so grateful to you because it's been really helpful for me. And I just feel like I'm just starting to, I'm just at the beginning. Like, what it's like watch out, like buckle up everybody. Like, I feel like I'm really starting to find my voice.
SPEAKER_01You're my favorite person, the kind of person to work with is somebody who's like, number one, so value aligned, and number two, like such an embodied expert and so such such deep purpose and devotion. And now it's just like, okay, let's like ramp all these behaviors, let's unhook any crunchiness around marketing because like you've got the goods. It's like a I see it's sort of like a house full of gorgeous furniture and beautiful whatever, and it's like, okay, let's arrange the furniture and make this. Yeah, you know what I mean? Like you have the raw materials, we're just like, yeah, yeah, that's how I feel. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02And I and one of the things I would say too is like, even just with my own clients, is like I I've really felt like that's been the sort of the journey of my life is like figuring out how to understand how all these pieces go together and there's no timeline and let myself just take the time it takes to get to that point. And so I'm so drawn to work with women as well who are like kind of in that position where they've got the goods. It's just we've got to figure out how to get these adaptations wired and in a way where we can actually really exalt who they are. So yeah, it's I I feel so lucky that I get to do this and that I've my life has kind of gone in this direction, and especially with technology these days, that we have the opportunity to have these careers and do this stuff. So it's like when I had this block in in marketing, I was like, no, like this is we've never been luckier, there's never been more opportunity to actually have a business. So it was like, how do I just figure this out? Because like when I first started, it would have been very hard for me. The one of the reasons why I ended up in sales was because of some of the challenges I had when I was younger. I didn't actually get my undergrad completed at on time with my friends, and it was closed doors everywhere for jobs because of that. And the world is so different now. We don't have to worry about that kind of stuff. So it's like really just taking advantage on, and I think that was the path for me because those closed doors forced me to go through very specific doors that developed me to come here today to do this work now. So I trust God's plan for my life perfectly. But I will say it's like part of this is really trusting that like now it's so exciting to have the opportunity to be an entrepreneur like this that I was like, I gotta figure this out because I've never been, it's never been easier to do this, and I I want to do it.
SPEAKER_01I love this so much. Well, so how can people work with you? If somebody's like, okay, this woman is like light bulbs are turning on in my brain right now. I know I need to work with her.
SPEAKER_00Like, what's there next? What should they do?
SPEAKER_02Yeah. For the next, like, I will say for the next two weeks, if you see this or next week, if you see this, please send me a DM on Instagram. Um, we'll link it. Um, I am going to be very, very, very soon. There will be more pathways, funnels, and things that will be a little bit more official to work with me. But now you can find me on Instagram. You can send me a DM. It's gonna be a little bit of that manual connection for the next little while until I get website. That's amazing.
SPEAKER_01I actually during this time of like all the bots, I actually think like getting a gender message from somebody so uh refreshing and trust building. I love that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you'll come straight to me, we'll we'll talk it out. And and yeah, so and then in time, um, you know, there's gonna be more things available because I'm building them just like like I said, just kind of coming back, and um there will be more offers and things. But my program is called the Good Girl Exit, and that's what it's called. It's a it's a six-month program. I'm currently offering it one-on-one. There's a ton of practices and things behind the scenes, and then um it will it will be a group program very, very soon. Uh, we'll continue continue to still do the one-on-one work, but um there will be a group program coming probably by the end of this year. So exciting things.
SPEAKER_01I love that so much. Guys, check her out. Go give her a follow. Um, I my last question that I've been asking people is okay, so my community is spiritual women um who are looking to get better at marketing and and be in the online world in a way that feels so authentic and they're often sensitive and spicy and all of these different things. And I'm just wondering, like, if you've had one message to the woman likely listening to this, like what comes through? Like, what do you what do you actually want to keep those women to know?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I I would say I want them to know that with your world, there there's going to be like all of the little check marks we want to see to join a marketing offer. Is there gonna be it? Will there be like back end workbooks and will there be prompts? Will there be content? Yes, there will be all that. So the structure will be there and you will have what you need to like plug and play and do the thing. But then there will also be like I was saying that intangible quality, there will be this incredible coaching. And I was so pleasantly surprised to see in the back end of things all these little like chakra healing things and all of this really beautiful stuff that complements like the energetics that complement the structure so well. So, what I loved was just that it had both, and that's really important to me because I feel like both are essential. So I would say to anyone wondering, like you're you're gonna have everything you need structure-wise, but you're also gonna have this whole beautiful side that's energetic and spiritual and really gets to the deeper things. I think that's why it's been successful for me and probably for a lot of people that have been here. So, not to worry, they have both.
SPEAKER_01Aww, I love that. I so appreciate you sharing that. It's you're just such a cool human, and it's been an honor to have you in this phase. And everybody go follow her. If you guys are listening to this on the podcast in the future, like definitely DM us with your biggest takeaway, share this episode, and yeah, we want to know like what your takeaways were. Thank you so much, Rebecca. Bye.
SPEAKER_02Bye bye. Yeah, I don't know how to do it.
