In this episode I speak with John Coleman.
I met John and his family in 2013 or 2014 at the Fruit Winter event in Thailand. They attended the UK Fruitfest for a number of years at which he contributed as a speaker.
John has been on a vegan diet for over 30 years and has been into raw foods for over 20.
John's interest in the topic led him to his own research which led to a book called "Are Humans Omnivores?". His work in referenced in "The 80/10/10 Diet".
