Seb is 30 year vegan in California who went raw overnight 20 years ago in a time before social media and never looked back.
He deliberately aims to live as healthfully as possible and to share the world with other life forms symbiotically.
He enjoys increasing his fitness proficiency through calisthenics, natural movements, and karate which has given him the mental strength to take on the raw food challenge and in turn vice versa.
He shares nuggets of wisdom from his adventures in perseverance and offers mentorship to those intending to steer around the learning curve.
