Now let's solve some pool problems with your host, Frank and Jackie Disher. You

Unknown:

and the water is green. How much acid?

Jacque:

Hey, friends, welcome to the deep end with Frank and Jackie. His side kick in life and on the air. We're so happy that you're here with us as we get gear up for this spring crazy weather we've been having. We had, I don't know where you are, what you're having, but we've it's crazy. It was

Frank Disher:

so windy. The other day, I saw a chicken lay the same egg three times it was. We got one of those. That's a

Unknown:

new one. You've never done that before. We

Frank Disher:

got what they call a haboob. As haboob is these where we get these winds out of West Texas, and it kicks up all the dirt and brings it into North Texas and East Texas, and turns all our pools, a nice coat of dirt across the bottom of it, and blows leaves everywhere, a boob. You know, we were talking about the other day, and I say now I think when it's just, when it's a smaller storm, they call it a bitty but it's a haboob. It's big, strong winds, somebody

Unknown:

out there will get that

Frank Disher:

is, I got it. That's all that matters to me. But, yeah, it crazy weather. I mean winds. I mean, like, I think peak winds of 60s, sustained winds of 30. It was cold. Yes,

Unknown:

man, it was cold.

Frank Disher:

It hurt to be we went and met our new, soon to be puppy that's coming soon, and

Unknown:

we are well,

Frank Disher:

we'll be picking it up in, you know, next week sometime. But I talked last week about how we lost our lovely Lola bug, and she will be forever missed. She was the best dog we've ever had, but we got a new one coming right now. Her name not to replace her, no, just to fill in her spot in the house.

Unknown:

It's hard, y'all, if your dog, people

Frank Disher:

win. It's it's rough, it's rough. You know, I know there's worse things in life, people, we get it, but man, it hurts. It hurts, you know, just the unconditional love of a dog every time you walk in the back door. And now we've been missing her so bad ever since we got back from Hawaii. But anyway, it's yeah, let's move on before we start. What else happened? Well, water's warming up quickly, and we

Jacque:

got to put Mentos in it, so I don't

Frank Disher:

know. Well, I mean, it's still too cold to swim, but it's warming up quickly, which is going to kind of lead us into what we're going to be talking about today. But y'all, it's time to get ready, and we're starting to get our pools ready. We're getting our blu ray Excel ready for our pools. We're getting our borates ready to make sure that we're topped off and over 50 parts per million and all of our pools. Because once you start hitting 6870 degrees, it's Katie bar the door. Or how'd you bar the door? I guess it'd be the algae is going to come screaming, and it's, you know, been waiting no prisoners. It takes no prisoners. It's been waiting all winter. You know, it's been sitting there, lifting iron and, you know, eating right, and just ready to just jump up on you and beat you down like you're a step child. But so you got to get ready, and that's what we'll talk about today. But we got our, you know, our grand opening has started for our new location in Roanoke, Texas. If you're anywhere near Roanoke, y'all, we got some deals. We got some good deals. They'll beat the deals you can get on the internet. And we're talking quality products. These aren't

Jacque:

that's the difference. It doesn't matter if it beats the internet. Sometimes it can be $10 more, but it's the quality of people that are like, but I can get it for this, son, yeah,

Frank Disher:

you can, yeah, you can. You can go buy that. I'm being mean and hateful. You can go buy that less than 50% cow hypo and you know, well, or you can come get the good stuff, yeah, had a good price. Yeah. Y'all need to, if you're anywhere in the area, you need to come by our new location in Roanoke. We'll be having some events over the next couple months. You know, stuff in the parking lot, things like that. You know, doing stuff with Bahama bucks next door, and doing stuff with the with the new Williams drive in. That's the gas station behind us. We're going to be working together on some things and but the prices are every day. Yeah, you know so and we're also, we're sharing those prices at least through March. We're mirroring the prices in our lantana location, in our North Richland Hills location, and we, y'all, we plan on blowing through some product.

Unknown:

We're sitting on some product land. This is a legitimate truckload

Frank Disher:

sale. We're talking truck. We're not talking pickup truck. We're talking truck, Big O, Big O, 18 wheeler truck. If you're in the Dallas Fort Worth area, man, these are, these are deals are gonna be hard to beat. It's not just on pull chemicals, it's on pull equipment. We got a lot of good deals so but if you're there, come look us up. Or see our new store. Meet our peoples and you know it's, it's become lifelong friends. Y'all, let's become buds. Look us up. Look us up. One of our employees had a baby. Well, he didn't have a baby, but his wife had a baby. Yeah, Keegan. Oh, Keegan's wife had a baby. He had, she had a baby this week, which was really rough on the guys, because, you know, we, you know he deserves his time off. You know he needs to spend time with this, with his wife and his new child. But those winds came through and it, you know, we're talking about how messed up the pools were, and so now our guys are having to cover his route as well as their own routes. I

Jacque:

think two of our guests said, I have never wanted to quit my job so badly. That's when I saw my first pull. Yeah. What was it Wednesday morning after the wins on Tuesday? Was it Tuesday night with yay, there we had two or three of them go like, Oh no, I literally was gonna have a panic attack. It was

Frank Disher:

great. So bad it jumped on them, really, because, I mean, they got through the winter leaves are awesome. Just bam, yeah, yeah. All right. You know, we talked about the water warming up and be getting ready. So there's two things I want to talk about tonight, only two, and which

Jacque:

will lead into about we'll probably be here three years. Sit down with your popcorn in your diet. Let's go for it.

Frank Disher:

Well, the first thing is, because we just don't talk about it. Enough is borates. Y'all, water's warming up. So you know you need when you're that water hits 65 degrees. Y'all, you need to be dedicated to be ready.

Jacque:

And I think I should clarify right here. I don't mean to interrupt you. I'm so sorry, but we had somebody go when you said 65 degrees several times ago, somebody that said, Well, it's only 50 degrees outside. It's the water temperature. Just make sure when we're talking temperature, yeah, it's your, if you put your little piggy in there and it's 65 or above, that's what we're talking about. So I just wanted to clarify that, because we had two people ask about that. Well, yeah,

Frank Disher:

it's, you know, I don't care what the air temperature is, yeah, you know, because I'm not Kim in the air. So if y'all ever, and that's a good point. If y'all ever hear me talk about temperature, talking about water temperature, because

Jacque:

Texas goes through every season, every single day.

Frank Disher:

Yes, we're cold, hot, cold, yeah, we'll be freezing. And hit 75 during Exactly.

Jacque:

So it's the water, it's your pool. Yeah, right.

Frank Disher:

So the water temperature is moving up there, and we need to have everything ready. So, you know, like I said, we're getting our pools starting, you know, getting ready to start getting the borates in them above 50 parts per million. So we going to be ready. And I feel like I need to talk a little bit about borates and reiterate the greatness of borates. And what borates does, y'all and it's it comes from the element boron, which, and there's a place in California called boron California, and that's where a lot of the borates come from, where the boron comes from. And there's different different types of borates, alright, so there's the laundry detergent. It's 20 mule, 10. Team borax. And then you've heard the products they call lemon fresh and borax. If you're old, like we are, or like I am, Jackie still 21 but if you the old commercial, lemon fresh and borax, and you well, that that's borax. Well, I remember all commercials. Okay, so you do. I can't remember an actor's name saved my life, but I can sing you every commercial I ever heard. And you should never be and I should not say so this is, this is kind of a, you know, you've heard the term idiot savant. Well, I'm like, just, just kind of idiot hitting the Savant. I kind of missed on. I'm just idiot and bad at it. No

Unknown:

comment whatsoever. But rain, man, go ahead. Okay,

Frank Disher:

so there's different borates out there. There's tetrahydro borates, or pentahydrate. The borate that we like to use is boric acid, and the product that we sell on the store is called protein, and that is a pH balanced borate, and we love it. Now. We also get boric acid in bulk that we use in the field. We get in 50 pound bags that way. We're not we don't have to pay for the buckets, but and we'll go out and if, when somebody wants to come and get borates, we typically, we can go treat the pool for them for about the same price that we can sell them the product. But this protein, this pH balance protein, and the boric acid that we use, it's pretty much dump brush and go, because it does not affect your pH. Some of these other borates, if you add them, they run your pH up really, high when you first introduce them, and I believe it's for every 15 pounds that you add, you have to add one gallon of acid. Now 15 pounds will only cover typically 5000 gallons in your pool, because you we typically have to add three pounds per 1000 gallons to get above 50 parts per million, which is where we like to keep our borates. Some people say hires better, but the EPA recommends 50. So 50s where we cut it off. You know, we don't ever want to cross any lines there. And, you know, test the waters is, kiss is a good way to say it. So we top it off at 50, and that's where we leave it. And then whenever we drop down where we get near 40, we'll boost it up again to get it back above 50. But when you're initially dosing your borates, it's typically three pounds per 1000 gallons, and if you're using the non pH balanced borate for every 15 pounds, you have to add a gallon of acid, and you have to add it much slower. You have to be careful not to let it sit in a pile on the plaster, because it will set up like concrete, and it freaks people out because it's extremely hard. But if that happens with to you, if all you can get is the non pH balanced you know that, like Penta hydrate, borate or whatever, and you dump some in there and you get that big clump, don't freak out. In a couple days, it will be gone. It will dissolve. But it's best if you can have your brush ready. I would mix it in a bucket of water, have the water in the bucket mixing well as you're adding the borates to it, and then pour it into the pool. But it's a long process when you use that product, and you're adding that product, and you have to chase it with acid, because it's going to run your pH way up. So because of that, I do not prefer that type of borate. I prefer boric acid, or the pH balanced protein that we get from Haviland, because Haviland is our chemical manufacturer that we that we use. So if you can get the pH balance, you can pretty much just dump it in the bottom of the pool and brush it, have your pump running, make sure it all dissolves, and it's going to dissolve pretty easy, and you're good to go in a couple days, it should be thoroughly mixed. And you might even want to leave your pump running, maybe overnight or something. And if you don't already run it overnight, and you know, in a couple days, test it. You know, because you may be off, off on your measurements, on your pool, you may be off on your gallonage. Test it or have it tested, you can take it to a pool. Works. We test for borates and see where you're at. If you're a little light, okay, add a little more. If you're a little heavy, don't worry about it. It will go away over time. And just test it once a month. You know, after you've initially dosed it, just once a month to take take a water sample into your local pull works or or you can buy the borate test strips if you wish, and test it yourself. I don't like strips because. Don't give you a number, it gives you a range, and it's between your brain and your eyes, and that strip to determine what that number is. I like numbers. I like numbers. That's why I don't like I don't like test strips, because you are having to judge what that color is. And I've done the test with my guys in the store. You know, we'll have a meeting, and I've had all my guys test the same sample water, and everybody gets a little different. And it's not that they're testing it different. They're using the same reagents. They're using the same thing. It's our brains determining what that color is and comparing it to another chart. So, you know, everybody's eyes are a little bit different, so I like taking it, you know, like I love the spin disc that we use in the store, because it spits you out a number, and it says, This is what the borates are. And so that gives me more of an exact reading. And I prefer that on everything, you know, I don't like guessing. I want a good, solid number. But Hey, babe, it is already time to go to a break. So we're gonna go to break, and we may talk a little bit about borates. And then I got another subject I want to cover,

Unknown:

and the water is green. How much acid,

Frank Disher:

how much chlorine. Hey, Jackie, hey Frank. Have you ever wondered how you can clean between all those pesky filter pleats on a cartridge filter? Yeah, I lose

Jacque:

sleep over it. I mean, it's so tedious and it takes forever, I could never seem to get them all clean. Well,

Frank Disher:

here's a pro tip. Try the cyclone filter cleaner. It uses water pressure from your garden hose to spin the filter as you clean it. This allows all the filter pleats to get thoroughly cleaned out. And the best part is it is fast and doesn't hurt your

Unknown:

back. Wow. The cyclone filter cleaner. You got it.

Frank Disher:

The cyclone filter cleaner, you can thank me later. Thank and what I love about their filter cleaner is they have this wand. It's the best filter cleaning spray device I've ever used. We've tried many, many different ones. They got a short version now and they got a long version. But I love using those things, even on our de filters, we use their wands. And do we have a code? We have a special discount code if you go to cyclone filter tools.com, and use code deep end, we'll save 10% on your order so you can buy direct from them. Great stuff. I'm glad I found it. We got one on every truck. My guys love it. Guys, don't miss out on this. This is the best filter cleaning system out there.

Jacque:

Hey friends, welcome back to the deep end. We are talking about some things to help you get ready for this season that is upon us. We are one week into March, which is crazy

Frank Disher:

about. Spring is what? 21st Yeah.

Unknown:

Well, we're, we're springing forward tomorrow.

Frank Disher:

I mean, but the first day of spring is March. I think it's March. 21

Jacque:

march, something, yeah, and Easter is April 20. It's just going by so fast, I don't even know. Yeah,

Frank Disher:

all right, so we talked about borates. I do want to go one more time. I wanted to talk about everything that boys does for you guys. It's worth the money, trust me, it's worth the money. I put it in every pool we service, and I would not do that if it was not worth it, because it's a large expense on me every spring to put borates in the pools, and it's a large expense on me to put it on any pool that comes on the service. And I wouldn't do that if it wasn't worth it, alright, what borates does for you? Number one, it softens the water like salt water does. And anytime somebody comes to me and they're like, hey, I want to go, you know, we want to switch our pool to salt. And I'm not anti salt, y'all but salt has its negatives, all right, it's not all positives with salt. It has its negatives. And a good system now is probably going to cost you, know, around or over $2,000 to put a salt system in. Y'all, you can buy a lot of chlorine for $2,000 so, you know, I just don't think the payoff is good enough in it. You have Ph issues with salt. I definitely don't like that, because I'm a huge water balance guy, LSI guy, and that's extremely important to me. And the pools that we have on our route, so salt runs your pH up. So I'm not a big fan of salt, you know, I'm not anti it's just, you know, I think a pool can be more properly managed with traditional chlorine, if the pool is managed, well, right, all right. So one of the things that help us manage with traditional chlorine or with salt, because salt creates chlorine. So you can say benefits with borates in a salt pool, but borates softens the water and gives you that smooth feeling when you come out of the water like a salt pool does. So people enjoy that. Some people want the salt system, just because of that, you can accomplish that with borates, all right, so you don't have to put $2,000 worth equipment on your pool and stuff that's going to use more electricity and stuff that creates a little more balance issues and creates more tasks that you had to perform by cleaning the salt cell and stuff like that. It's not that it's a salt system's horrible, but you know, you can avoid it all right? So you can do borates, and it softens the water. So I love that about borates, and our clients love that about borates. Borates is also a natural clarifier. One of the responses we frequently get when we bring somebody on the service and we tell them, Okay, we're going to be adding borates. Expect that you're going to see us out here dumping a lot of product into your pool, and it's going to be changing the water little, basically making it smoother. But what they'll comment is they say, What did y'all do to my pool? The water has never been so clear. Now it was clear and acceptably clear prior to us adding borates, but after we had the borates, it's like, oh my gosh. It's like looking through glass. It's super clear. Because what borates does, my understanding, is it changes the tension of the water and things that were buoyant at different levels, moving around, floating in the pool at different levels, two feet down, three feet down, four feet down, whatever. When you add borates, the water changes a little bit, and that stuff that was floating at these different levels will now sink out, yeah, and completely settle on the bottom where it can be cleaned up by a cleaner or pulled in through the floor drains, or when you vacuum it, pulls it up then, so they will notice how much clearer the water is, right? I mean, even if your water's super clear, you're going to think, wow, it's like, or when our kids give me a hard time, they come over, weren't you watching this in high definition? I'm like, what? And they're like, yeah, no, put it on high definition. Be so much better. And they put it on high definition, and, oh, wow, that is bad. And, but, you know, I did, I mean, it was good enough for me, sure. I mean, I could see what was going on. But you put on high definition, it's like, all of a sudden, you're in the TV, you know, you're part of the show now. I mean, it's like, it just swallows you All right? Well, this kind of, it's kind of the same thing. When you add voice, water gets that much clearer. So that's a benefit. Another great thing borates does for you is borates help stabilize your pH. It helps prevent pH climb. And that's a biggie for me, because I like lower PHS. I don't like my pH is ever getting above 7.7 will borates resist climb and pH, so your pH stays closer to the range that you like it in. So that means we use less acid when we have borates in our water, and we have less tweaks, so our water stays much more consistent, and we're not dealing with this high peaks in pH that we typically have to deal with week after week after week after week. It's much smaller, so we use less acid, and anytime you use less anything in your pool, it's better, yeah, because it saves you money. Sure, all right, the but the best thing about borates that I love and is a good enough reason for everybody to use borates is its effect on algae. Algae cannot multiply as fast when there are borates in the water. Now it's been explained to me, and I could be wrong here, but don't shoot me. It's the results are the same, regardless of whether I know the reason or not, but great messes with the cell structure of algae. Therefore algae cannot multiply as quick. Therefore it takes less chlorine to kill algae. And you know, we talk about our whole thing is with the amount of sanitizer that we use, there's our main goal is to kill algae faster than it multiplies. We when without borates in the water, we with a good pH, we need seven and a half percent of our CYA, or stabilizer level in free chlorine. So if our stabilizer level is 50 parts per million, we need 3.75 parts per million of free chlorine in our water. With a good pH to kill algae faster than it multiplies, provided we have good filtration, good circulation, and not a ton of leaves and all that crap, all right, but with borates in the water, it's no longer seven and a half percent, it's 5% so we need 5% of our seaway y'all, that's a 50% increase from 5% to seven and a half percent, all right, so that's a that's a huge savings in chlorine over a year's time. That's a huge savings. So we're using less chlorine. So if we are a tab pool and we are using less chlorine, that means we're adding less tabs. And the biggest problem with tab pulls is our stabilizer levels increase over time, because these tabs are typically 50% stabilizer, or very close to it. So if we're adding less tabs, we're adding less stabilizer, so our stabilizer doesn't go up as high as we were not hitting those higher numbers and cya so we can continue to use less tabs. It builds on each other. Y'all. It helps us in so many ways. And we've had pulls that have gone down, that pumps have gone down, or whatever. And we did a lot of this when we had that big freeze several years ago where people's pumps were down for weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks. Well, we put borates in their water and stirred it up with our our riptides and our power backs. We stirred them up, got the borates spread out throughout the water, and when the water warmed up, because these these people were out for months with no pump, and a lot of them got robotic cleaners just to run around, you know, once a day or twice a day, sometimes to keep the water stirred up, and we had borates in the water. And y'all, if we wouldn't have borates in that water, oh, man, we would have nothing but swamps, yeah, but the borates, by itself, really helped us keep those pools under control. That should have never been manageable because we had no circulation, no filtration, we couldn't keep chlorine distributed, but with borates in the water, we were able to keep those pools manageable. Now I'm not saying put borates in the water and turn the pump off, right, but if you'll run it normally run. Keep everything sufficient, and with borates in the water. Man, you got some give? You got some give? Man, you don't have to toe the line so well. And you know, you don't, you don't have to keep everything perfect to keep the pool from getting algae on you. The boys takes, you know, let gives you a little leeway, and it has a lot more forgiveness in it. So if you do miss it a little bit, the boys is going to help you keep that pole manageable. But all right, we're going to go to break room, come back. I'm just going to talk a little bit about the other thing I want to talk about. And we see on a minute, you

But what does it mean? Take a dive into the deep

Jacque:

Hey friends, welcome back to the deep end. We're talking about getting ready, just a light, low key getting ready for the season it's coming up. Talked about some bull rates in your pool. Talk a lot about bull rates, a little bit about that. And then maybe let's talk about some cleaners.

Frank Disher:

You know, y'all, if y'all, y'all keep fighting those. I love players, I really do. And when it comes per cycle. I don't think there's a better purchase side cleaner than the players 280 that is the workhorse of the industry. Pressure side cleaner is a cleaner that you have a booster pump. Typically you have a booster pump that kicks on and gives a little extra oomph to your pull cleaner and has a skinny hose about three quarter inches wide, that the hose kind of follows it around, and the cleaner does its thing just through pressure flowing through it. All right, y'all, we're, we're beyond that. We've, we've gone and we moved on. Yeah, we've moved on. Y'all, y'all, robotics are so much better. They really are. I know some of y'all, you love your players, 280 and and there's i, and there are going to be some people that have certain size leaves and stuff like that. We're just, they just need a player's 280 or electro legend, because they got big old leaves that some of these robotic cleaners struggle with, or large acorns that may that some of these robotic cleaners may not be able to pull up, but y'all man, robotics are the way I love my Polaris robotics. I'm not a fan of dolphin anymore because their service has gotten so horrible, I won't even carry them anymore. I still got one in our North Richland Hill store, by the way, if somebody wants a really good deal on a m4 100, give me a call. It's our North Richard Hill store. Y'all, you can get a deal on it. It's new inbox. I think the box has been opened, but nothing's ever been taken out. Everything's put back in. It's been taped back up. No parts or anything have been stolen from it. But if you want a good deal on m4 100, give me a call, but I'm not going to fix it for you if it breaks, because their service has gone off the cliff in the ocean and sank to the bottom. All right, horrible, horrible service. All right. So that leaves me with Polaris, because Polaris is still huge in the industry. The representation in the Dallas Fort Worth area is fantastic. They're owned by fluidra, which also owns Jandy. I love I love players. I love the robotics. The Alpha iq plus is probably my favorite. It's a very, very good cleaner. But they also have the epic series that are very good. And now we also have another brand that I love, that is, I'm just playing with it, but I'm loving everything I see. It's, it's cordless only, and it is the Maddy Mac y'all sweet looking cleaner. Yeah, sweet looking cleaner. I like the look of it. It's a kill looking cleaner. It is like, like you put it next to anybody else's robotic. It looks like you parked a Lamborghini there, right? You know, it's a good looking cleaner. The baskets, probably a wee small you know, but if you don't have a whole lot of leaves, man, the Maddie Mac, I think is going to be a good cleaner for you. It is cordless. It's rechargeable only, but you can get them. And I believe it's two and a half, four, six and eight hour battery lives. I think

Jacque:

that appeals to people that don't the cord bothers them. Yes, the unit, I mean, and so it looks sleek to where you could still be using it, but you don't have the cord situation happening, you know,

Frank Disher:

it's a cool little cleaner. I mean, what I was fearing on the cordless style cleaners is it's going to become a chore, because each time you use it, you because most of them only have an hour and a half, two and a half, maybe a three hour battery life. And typically an hour and a half, two hours, is what you're going to run them. So if you only got a two and a half hour battery life each time you use it, you have to pull it out, put it back on the charger. Charge it like if you use it today with tomorrow, you got to take it out, put it on the charger. So you can't

Unknown:

use it tomorrow, right? Pain in the pencil, right? So it's,

Frank Disher:

I think it's kind of adding a chore with these short battery lives. Okay, so that was kind of bothering me, and I'm getting a little bit of feedback that that's how people are feeling. Yeah, yes. And they did not like the cord of the corded one, because you got to plug it into a wall outlet somewhere, then you got a cord that runs across your deck. And some people are like, No, that's gonna be a trip hazard, yeah, yeah. I agree. I agree bad with it can be a trip hazard, you know, depending on how your pool is laid out, you know, if you got deck, decking going all the way around, the cords

Jacque:

that come and the hose, all the things around, yeah, yeah, it's greatly, just like 100%

Frank Disher:

get it, yeah, all right, well, but now the Maddy Max got this up to eight hour battery that you can get in this thing. Y'all, you can see eight hours, eight hours. Yeah, that's what? Three to four cleanings, yeah, that you can run this thing. And by the way, guys, every manufacturer recommends that I'm aware of recommends. On a robotic cleaner. After you use it, it runs a cycle. You pull it out of the water until the next time you want to use it, they want you to put it in as needed, not just leave it in the pool, because the water chemistry can affect the life of that cleaner. It can affect sense, yeah, it's going to get in there. It can affect the metals that are, you know, in bearings and stuff like that. It can affect the plastics. It could affect the rubber on the tracks or the tires. So I get that. So what you should do anytime you have a robotic according to manufacturers, you should pull needs it, you put it in, you run it, you take it out, and then next time you want to use it, you can put it back in. But you know, if you went out there, like, say, I put it in Monday, and then we got, you know, the West Texas punishment come in and 60 mile an hour winds blowing all that dust and everything. Well, I'd probably want to just leave it in and run it again, because our water got water got nasty quick. Yeah, so, you know, but if I only had one that had a two hour battery, I couldn't do that. So what I've kind of developed last year, and I'm probably not the only person to ever come up with it, you know, but y'all the robotic bundle, well, we started doing the robotic bundle with any robotic cleaner, and then the beta solar. Love our beta, yes, the solar surface skimmer. So you put your robotic in, let it run its cycle maybe once or twice a week, as needed. And then in between, you put your beta in, and it skims the surface and will run continuously. It charges from the sun. If

Jacque:

you don't know about the beta surface cleaner y'all, yeah, and it's fabulous. And these people are,

Frank Disher:

I do like them. They are, I think they're from China, but they're good people. I enjoy them. When I met them at the shows, great people. Had a lot of fun with them, and I talked them into giving me a coupon code, discount code,

Unknown:

is it beta max? Just beta

Frank Disher:

Well, it's beta bot. Sorry, yeah, yeah, if you'll go to beta bot.com, B, E T, B, E T, T, A, B, O, t.com. You can use coupon code, and this is list. This will be listed underneath our down in the Yeah, down down in the down in the description of the podcast, and use coupon code. And this is all capital letters. It's B as in boy, T as in Tom, R as in Robert, F as in Frank F as in Frank D as in dog six, two. All right, that's your code. If you'll put in that code and you purchase it online, you will get a 5% discount online. That's worth it, y'all I believe, I believe they sell for either 329, or 349 online. So if you're near me, you can get it less expensive if you purchase direct from me in just coming to my store, any of my stores, North Region hills, Roanoke or lantana, and lot of the other porks. Now, since I've had so much success with it, they're they're starting to bring them in. So you can come in our stores, you can get them just as cheap as you can online. But, but if you are going to buy it online at beta bot.com and use that coupon code, you'll save 5% online. All right, so that's worth it. Oh no, that's just right around 20 bucks that you'll save if you purchased it online, so this robotic bundle, you know, like I said, we put the beta in. It runs every day, and whether you have a corded or a cordless robot to do the walls and floors of your pool, if you have a corded you can't run the beta. If you have a corded cleaner in the pool, because the beta is going to it's since it's skimming on the surface and that cord floats, it's going to get caught up on that cord. So you want to pull the beta out if you're using the robot. But after you use the robot, you pull it out of the water and you put the beta in and let it run for three or four days, and that stuff is falling onto the surface of the water, the beta is cleaning all that up before it has a chance to sink, so your floor will stay cleaner longer. So you can just use your robot once or twice a week, let it sit out of the pool like you're supposed to. You're going to get a lot more life out of your robot. They're not cheap. Y'all that good. One's gonna cost you over 1000 bucks. So if you can get more life out of that, and then you're using the beta, which is a pretty inexpensive, it's, you know, just a little over $300 for a beta, then you're going to have a nice, clean pool. The beta is. Super simple to empty, because you just wherever it's at. You just let it when it comes over to the wall. And it does have a remote control, by the way, where you can drive it. You just steer it over to the wall, open it up and the baskets right there on top. You don't have to pull it out of the water. You can just reach down, pull the basket out, dump the basket, put the basket right back in it, close the lid on it, off it goes. So I love the beta. And what we're doing, part of our Grand Opening special, is we're doing, if you'll buy a Polaris robotic cleaner, we will sell you a beta solar surface skimmer for $200 All right, so that's there's a reason you don't see Polaris is marked down because they don't allow it, right? You know, for you to be able to get your rebates and proper warranty and all that stuff, there's a minimum. We can sell players robotic cleaners at and their pressure side cleaners, there's a minimum. So we stay, we got to stay above those minimums, but we can mark down the beta, and that way you can get a good deal. You can do this robotic bundle program, and I'm telling you, it's going to make your life better, because you're getting much more life out of your expensive cleaners. You're not overusing them. It's getting you in the habit of pulling it out after each use, and then the beta is skimming every day of the week. The beta, if your robotic cleaner is not in that pool, you're skimming the surface. And if you got a cordless robotic, you can put the beta and your Cortis in and run them at the same time. But y'all, that's about all I got today. So I want to thank all our sponsors. Thank you fluidra, thank you blu ray XL. Love you guys. Cyclone filter tools, see you later.
